Abstract

Abstract: The role of housewives is very important, including in financial planning. Because of the important role of housewives in managing finances, adequate education about financial literacy is needed. From the pre-survey data conducted by the Service Team, it was found that the financial literacy of housewives in the Desa Paddingnging Kecamatan Sandrobone Kabupaten Takalar that is low. Abstract

: Indonesia is one of the countries that has the world's marine biodiversity, including seaweed or algae. Among the many cultivated seaweeds in Indonesia are Gracilla sp & Kappaphycus cottonii (eucheuma cottonii). Economically, seaweed is a potential commodity to be developed because of the nutritional value it contains. Seaweed can be processed into processed food or snacks such as jelly, there are also those who process Seaweed (Nori) as medicinal and cosmetic products. Seaweed is also used in the pharmaceutical, textile and other industries. The advantages that can be obtained in cultivating seaweed include reducing the number of unemployed, increasing people's income, and increasing local revenue (PAD). Social aspect, the development of Seaweed cultivation business provides benefits for the community around the cultivation location. With this cultivation business, it is hoped that it will be able to meet broad market needs and be able to foster work enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit in the local community. From a health perspective, consuming seaweed can help maintain or lose weight, help speed up wound healing, strengthen bones and teeth, improve the digestive system, increase energy, good for people with diabetes and cholesterol, avoid swelling of the thyroid gland, fight disease, and can slow the spread of cancer cells.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya manajemen pemasaran sangat berpengauh dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, manajemen kebijakan, katerlibatan orang tua, fasilitas lingkungan sekolah, serta pengembangan karakter kesejahteraan siswa. Penelitian ini melihat permasalahan bahwa kuranya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam meningkatkan pemasaran kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar kota bekasi. Terlihat sekolah masih menyebarkan brosur dan pamplet dalam memasarkan untuk mencari peserta didik sementara pada era digital sangat berpengaruh dalam pemarasan kualitas pendidikan. Serta terlihat beberapa sekolah menempelka spanduk promosi pada pepohonan da tembok pembatas jalanan yang sering dilewati masyarakat. Sementara banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengenalan sekolah dengan pemanfataan teknologi terutama sosial media. Hal ini terlihat kurang optimalnya sekolah dalam melakukan manajemen pemasaran. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian terlihat yaitu manajemen pemasaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar pada kota bekasi dilihat dari : 1) membangun brend sekolah. 2) promosi kegiata academik dan non academik, 3) mengunakan sosial media untuk pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri logistik yang pesat seiring meningkatnya aktivitas perdagangan elektronik menuntut perusahaan jasa pengiriman untuk memberikan layanan yang cepat dan tepat waktu. Ketepatan pengiriman menjadi indikator utama kualitas layanan logistik, yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja kurir sebagai pelaksana pengiriman di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja kurir serta pengaruhnya terhadap ketepatan pengiriman barang pada PT Indah Logistik Cargo Cabang Makassar. Kajian pustaka dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada konsep beban kerja yang mencakup aspek fisik dan mental, serta teori ketepatan waktu pengiriman sebagai bagian dari kinerja operasional logistik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penggalian data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas tiga orang kurir, satu orang supervisor, dan satu orang staf sortir. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja kurir berada pada kategori tinggi, namun terdistribusi secara proporsional melalui sistem pembagian zona dan dukungan proses sortir. Tingkat ketepatan pengiriman barang tergolong baik, di mana keterlambatan pengiriman lebih banyak disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal seperti akses lokasi, penerima yang tidak dapat dihubungi, serta ukuran barang, bukan akibat ketidakefisienan kinerja kurir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi namun terkelola dengan baik berpengaruh positif terhadap ketepatan pengiriman barang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan efektivitas sistem operasional pengiriman.

Abstract

Work-life balance (WLB) has become a critical factor in shaping employee outcomes within hybrid work environments that combine remote and on-site arrangements. This study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance on employee productivity in hybrid work settings, emphasizing the mediating role of job satisfaction and the moderating effect of organizational support. Using a quantitative approach, survey data were collected from 250 employees across multiple industries implementing hybrid work systems in Indonesia. The results reveal that a higher level of work-life balance significantly enhances employee productivity through increased job satisfaction. Moreover, organizational support strengthens the positive relationship between WLB and productivity, suggesting that human resource strategies should prioritize flexible work policies, supportive leadership, and digital collaboration tools. The findings provide theoretical implications for sustainable HRM practices and practical insights for organizations seeking to optimize performance in post-pandemic employment landscapes..

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance economic capacity and nutritional awareness through the development of value-added food products using local commodities. Implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fitrah in Makassar, the program introduced a simple technology for producing antioxidant-rich dragon fruit ice cream as a healthy snack alternative for children. Training covered production techniques, hygiene practices, basic cost recording, and simple marketing strategies. The results show improvements in participants’ technical skills, sanitation awareness, and ability to set feasible selling prices while identifying small-scale business opportunities. The program contributes to strengthening household economic potential and promoting community empowerment through locally based food innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture in shaping employee engagement within the context of the green economy in multinational technology companies, with Google LLC used as an illustrative case. Adopting a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, this research synthesizes theoretical frameworks and empirical findings related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and sustainability-oriented organizational practices. The analysis draws on reputable academic books and peer-reviewed journal articles to explore how shared values, norms, and meanings embedded in organizational culture influence employees’ psychological attachment, motivation, and involvement at work. The findings indicate that organizational culture plays a fundamental role in fostering employee engagement by creating a supportive environment that enhances vigor, dedication, and absorption. Furthermore, the integration of green economy principles into organizational culture strengthens employees’ sense of meaningful work, collective identity, and emotional attachment to the organization. In the context of multinational technology companies, sustainability-oriented cultural values not only support environmental responsibility but also contribute to long-term employee engagement and talent retention. This study contributes conceptually by positioning the green economy as a contextual factor that reinforces the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement, offering insights for sustainable human resource management and organizational development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi manajemen adaptif dalam menghadapi dinamika kerja untuk menciptakan harmoni dan meningkatkan produktivitas dalam organisasi. Dinamika kerja yang cepat dan terus berubah menuntut organisasi untuk terus beradaptasi, baik dalam aspek struktur, budaya, maupun proses operasional. Salah satu pendekatan yang dianggap efektif untuk menghadapi tantangan ini adalah penerapan strategi manajemen adaptif, yang mencakup inovasi dalam proses kerja, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Di samping itu, kepemimpinan transformasional yang inspiratif dan visioner diyakini dapat memotivasi karyawan serta membangun komitmen yang kuat dalam organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi dokumen, di mana berbagai laporan dan literatur terkait diterjemahkan untuk mengidentifikasi pola penerapan strategi manajemen adaptif dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang berhasil menerapkan kedua elemen tersebut dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan meningkatkan produktivitas, meskipun menghadapi perubahan yang dinamis. Temuan ini juga memperlihatkan pentingnya fleksibilitas dalam pengelolaan organisasi serta peran vital pemimpin dalam membimbing dan menginspirasi karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi untuk mengatasi perubahan dan meningkatkan kinerja dengan cara yang lebih adaptif. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan dan teknologi, serta peningkatan pelatihan untuk memperkuat daya saing organisasi di pasar yang terus berubah.Kata Kunci: Strategi Manajemen, Dinamika Kerja, Produktivitas, OrganisasiABSTRACTThis study aims to evaluate adaptive management strategies in addressing workplace dynamics to create harmony and enhance productivity within organizations. One effective approach to addressing these challenges is the implementation of adaptive management strategies, which include innovation in work processes, human resource development, and technology utilization. Additionally, transformational leadership, characterized by its inspirational and visionary qualities, is believed to motivate employees and build strong organizational commitment. This research employs a document study method, analyzing various reports and relevant literature to identify patterns in the application of adaptive management strategies and transformational leadership. The findings reveal that organizations successfully implementing these elements can foster a harmonious work environment and enhance productivity despite facing dynamic changes. The results also highlight the importance of flexibility in organizational management and the vital role of leaders in guiding and inspiring employees. This study provides insights for organizations in formulating strategies to address change and improve performance more adaptively. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, human resource management competency, and Information Technology on employee performance, and information technology mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership, human resource management competency on the employee performance. The study used data obtained from the purposive sampling of the employee in the south Sulawesi provincial education office (N=88). The result of this study showed that transformational leadership, HRM competence, and information technology, both direct and indirect have a significant effect on the performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office.

Abstract

The poor performance of local health workers in Indonesia has often been voiced in the regional health facility. This study investigates whether the bureaucratic behaviour, facilities and infrastructure, and organizational culture will increase local health workers' motivation and job performance. This study collects data from 22 local health facilities across Maros Regency, Indonesia, for a quantitative investigation. A response rate of 294 samples is obtained following the normal distribution sampling. The data is then analyzed using the covariance-based Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM) with AMOS software. The results indicate that only facilities, infrastructures, and cultures are crucial for increasing health-worker motivation and job performance. The direct and mediating effects are also reported, with the results discussed with the following implication.
