Abstract

Differentiated learning is one form of teacher effort in meeting the needs of students during learning, especially in terms of learning readiness, student learning profiles, talents and interests of students. So that teachers who apply differentiated learning are expected to achieve the target of fulfilling an independent curriculum, namely giving freedom to students who have diverse abilities to develop their talents and interests to achieve the target of the Pancasila learner profile which is targeted in the independent curriculum. This research aims to achieve the curriculum target through differentiated learning based on learner diversity. This article uses the literature review research method. The results show that the purpose of differentiated learning applied by teachers is to classify learning by paying attention to students' readiness and interest in learning, goals to be achieved, motivation, learning outcomes and respect for diversity. The implementation of differentiated learning aims to create an active, interactive and participatory learning process. During the learning process by providing different treatments in the classroom, it provides opportunities for students to learn more effectively and efficiently by classifying each of the diverse needs of students. Such as ability to learn, interest in learning and motivation to learn so that teachers can determine the right method to achieve learning goals. In addition, teachers must increase learners' interest in learning both in quantity and quality to achieve effective learning targets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication skills of teachers and students in the subject of Social Studies (IPAS) using flipbook media in fourth-grade at SDN Jegulo 1. Effective communication skills among teachers in delivering complex IPAS concepts such as changes in substance and form are crucial for enhancing student comprehension. The research employs a qualitative approach with direct observation and in-depth interviews with IPAS teachers and students involved in the use of flipbook media. Data collected are analyzed to evaluate how flipbook media influences communicative interactions between teachers and students, as well as its impact on student understanding of IPAS content. Findings indicate that the use of flipbook media positively affects teachers' communication skills in presenting IPAS concepts visually and engagingly. Furthermore, this media enhances active student participation in the learning process by providing opportunities for creative interaction and responsiveness to the presented materials. In conclusion, integrating flipbook media in IPAS education at SDN Jegulo 1 effectively enhances communication skills from both teacher and student perspectives. This study recommends further development in utilizing visual media in teaching to support more dynamic and interactive learning environments in the future. Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF TAX UNDERSTANDING, TAX JUSTICE, LOVE OF MONEY AND RELIGIOSITY ON STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS OF TAX EVASION (Case Study of Students at Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya) Diah Surya Pendalungan Accounting Study Programme FEB-Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya Email: diah.surya01@gmail.com ABSTRACT In Indonesia, tax evasion still often occurs among unscrupulous taxpayers who lack a sense of responsibility. It is an attempt by taxpayers to reduce the tax burden by violating applicable tax laws and regulations. This tax evasion occurs due to several factors, such as: tax understanding, tax justice, love of money and religiosity. This study aims to determine the relationship between the variables of tax understanding, tax justice, love of money and religiosity on tax evasion. This research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique as many as 178 students. The measuring instrument used in this study is SPSS Version 25 software. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Tax understanding has a significant negative effect on tax evasion. (2) Tax justice has a significant negative effect on tax evasion. (3) Love of money has no significant effect on tax evasion. (4) Religiosity has no significant effect on tax evasion. Abstract

  P Integrated Services Post (Posyandu) is a health program used in Indonesia to improve maternal and child health at the community level with the aim of providing basic health services at the village or kelurahan level. Posyandu in Sarwadadi Village is an integrated service that has a mission to provide comprehensive services to all Sarwadadi Village residents in Cirebon. Ongoing services at the posyandu where the case study was conducted are still done manually, and the storage of toddler data and treatment data is still done in the form of books. This manual system limits the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the manual system into a technological and computer-based service system. The expected result of this research is to develop a service system that can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at Posyandu Sarwadadi Village, Cirebon. Abstract

Students' motivation to learn is very important in education. In the current digital era, teachers are able to keep up with the ability to integrate technology, pedagogy and moral beliefs through learning models. To answer this problem, research is carried out with a qualitative approach, a type of case study research. The research location was chosen by MAN 1 Pamekasan class X. Data collection is carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing sites to check the validity of data through credibility, transferability, dependability and objectivity tests. Research results The implementation of the TPACK framework-based model of a teacher is able to integrate technology, pedagogy and moral faith subjects. The implementation is found in learning resources, teaching materials, learning media and infrastructure. Students' motivation to learn with this has increased so that they can divide problems easily and help students in working on all problems. So that the average student score increases with an average of 90 as evidenced by achievements both academic, national and international.

Abstract

Collaborative decision-making is an important element in educational management, especially in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) institutions, which have complex needs from various parties. This study aims to analyze the collaborative decision-making model at Raudlatul Athfal PIQ Sangatta Utara, focusing on the implementation process, benefits, and challenges faced. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The study results indicate that the collaborative decision-making model involves the active participation of the principal, teachers, parents, and school committee in the strategic policy-making process. This approach has succeeded in increasing a sense of shared ownership, strengthening communication, and producing decisions that are more responsive to the needs of the institution and stakeholders. Other benefits identified include increased management effectiveness, quality of education services, and satisfaction of related parties. The implementation of this model faces several challenges, such as differences in interests between stakeholders, limited managerial capacity, and resistance to changes in organizational culture. The researcher recommends a strategy to strengthen participatory management capacity, improve communication between parties, and provide continuous training for decision-makers in educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan problem solving terdapat peningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Sunan Drajat pada materi stoikiometri di masa pandemik COVID-19.  Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu pra-eksperimen one group pratest-postest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Sunan Drajat yang berjumlah 55 siswa dan sampel 25 siswa Kelas X IPA yang diambil menggunakan teknik judgment sampling karena hanya ada satu sampel tersebut. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan dua sampel yang berhubungan sehingga analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon (non parametrik) karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Uji Wilcoxon diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,00 dan taraf kesalahan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan problem solving dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Sunan Drajat pada materi stoikiometri.

Abstract

The batik industry in Pekalongan benefits the economy but harms the environment when untreated batik waste is discharged into rivers. The fungus Aspergillus sp. can degrade batik wastewater as an absorbent using its mycelium. Immobilizing mycelium with substrates such as loofah or oyong (Luffa cylindrical) is a practical method for waste degradation. These substrates offer unique tubular fiber structures, affordability, easy availability, environmental friendliness, high stability, and rapid adsorption ability. This study aimed to determine the decolorization of Pekalongan batik dye wastewater using Aspergillus sp. immobilized on Luffa at different incubation times and types of inoculums. This research will provide scientific information about the ability of Aspergillus sp. immobilized on Luffa to batik waste, particularly in the Pekalongan batik industry. The initial research used a dry immobilization model to study the spore and mycelium inoculum. The spore inoculum type was found to decolorize batik wastewater by 75%, which was better than the mycelium inoculum type, which achieved 37.5% decolorization. The research showed that Aspergillus sp. immobilized on Luffa without a drying process could decolorize Pekalongan batik wastewater. The most optimal decolorization results were obtained with spore inoculum treatment at an incubation time of 72 hours, achieving 99.7% decolorization. This research is supported by measurements of the dry weight of Aspergillus sp. immobilized on Luffa, pH value, DO content, TSS content, TDS content, and temperature, with respective values of 2.294-4.416 g; 5-7.14; 12-16 mg/l; 70-148 mg/l; 2013.2-3761 mg/l; and 29-31ºC.   Abstrak Industri batik di Pekalongan menguntungkan secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat, namun berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan ketika limbah batik tidak diolah dan langsung dibuang ke sungai, sehingga menyebabkan polusi. Jamur Aspergillus sp. dapat digunakan untuk mendegradasi air limbah batik karena menghasilkan enzim, dan secara non enzimatis sebagai penyerap dengan menggunakan miselium. Mengimobilisasi miselium dengan substrat, seperti buah gambas atau oyong (Luffa cylindrical), dapat menjadi metode praktis untuk degradasi limbah. Substrat ini memiliki keunggulan seperti struktur serat berbentuk tabung yang unik, harga yang terjangkau, mudah didapat, ramah lingkungan, stabilitas yang tinggi, dan kemampuan adsorpsi yang cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dekolorisasi air limbah pewarna batik Pekalongan menggunakan Aspergillus sp. yang terimobilisasi pada Luffa pada waktu inkubasi dan jenis inokulum yang berbeda. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi ilmiah mengenai kemampuan jamur Aspergillus sp. terimobilisasi Luffa dalam mendekolorisasi limbah batik, khususnya industri batik di Pekalongan. Pada penelitian awal, jenis inokulum spora dan miselium dikaji dengan menggunakan model imobilisasi kering. Jenis inokulum spora ditemukan dapat mendekolorisasi air limbah batik sebesar 75%, yang lebih baik daripada jenis inokulum miselium yang mencapai 37,5% dekolorisasi. Hasil penelitian berupa perlakuan Aspergillus sp. terimobilisasi Luffa tanpa proses pengeringan yang diujicobakan dapat mendekolorisasi air limbah batik Pekalongan. Hasil dekolorisasi yang paling optimal diperoleh pada perlakuan inokulum spora dengan waktu inkubasi 72 jam, yaitu sebesar 99,7%. Penelitian ini didukung oleh pengukuran berat kering Aspergillus sp.3 terimobilisasi Luffa, nilai pH, kadar DO, kadar TSS, kadar TDS, dan nilai temperatur berturut-turut sebesar 2,294-4,416 g; 5-7,14; 12-16 mg/l; 70-148 mg/l; 2013,2-3761mg/l; dan 29-31ºC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi guru terhadap Asesmen Diagnostik dalam Pembelajaran di SDN Sawojajar 6 Kota Malang. Metode kualitatif digunakan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi berstruktur dengan lembar kisi-kisi instrumen. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan terhadap data. Hasil menunjukkan pentingnya perencanaan dan pelaksanaan asesmen diagnostik. Pengetahuan guru tentang peserta didik menjadi dasar rancangan asesmen. Asesmen dilakukan pada awal pembelajaran menggunakan angket dan observasi untuk memetakan kemampuan dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Analisis hasil membantu menyusun pembelajaran sesuai dan memberikan umpan balik. Keberhasilan dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran guru, relevansi konten, kesesuaian dengan perkembangan, dan kejujuran peserta didik. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut, asesmen diagnostik mendukung pembelajaran inklusif di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: asesmen diagnostik, tingkat pemahaman, peserta didik Teachers' Perceptions of the Implementation of Diagnostic Assessments in Elementary School Student’s Centered Learning This research aims to describe teachers' perceptions of Diagnostic Assessment in Learning at SDN Sawojajar 6, Malang City. Qualitative methods were employed. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with instrument grids. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted on the data. The results indicate the importance of planning and implementing diagnostic assessments. Teachers' knowledge of students forms the basis of assessment design. Assessments are conducted at the beginning of learning using questionnaires and observations to map students' abilities and needs. Analysis of the results helps in designing appropriate learning and providing feedback. Success is influenced by teachers' awareness, content relevance, alignment with development, and students' honesty. Considering these factors, diagnostic assessments support inclusive learning in elementary schools. Keyword: diagnostic assessment, level of understanding, students

Abstract

Students in their career decision making are influenced by many factors that can support the sustainability of their career in the future. One of the factors that can support comes from the ectsternal factor is family support. This research aims to find out the relationship between family support for career decision-making in students of Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNNES. Sampling technique with proportional stratified random sampling method with a sample number of 320 students. Data retrieval is done using a career decision-making scale, and a family support scale. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS. The results showed a link between family support and career decision-making (t = 4,178, β = 0.249) which indicated the higher the level of student family relationships, the higher the level of career decision-making.The conclusion of this study is there is a positve relationship between family support and career decision making of students in Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNNES.
