Abstract

The development of technology in the field of education has created opportunities for educators to design more interactive and engaging learning media. One platform that can be utilized is Wordwall, a digital tool that enables teachers to create various types of quizzes, educational games, and other interactive activities. This community service program aims to enhance the skills of prospective mathematics teachers in using Wordwall as an innovative learning medium, thereby increasing student motivation and engagement in the learning process. The implementation methods of this program include training, mentoring, and hands-on practice in designing and applying Wordwall-based learning media. The primary target of this program is prospective mathematics teachers at Universitas Majalengka who seek to develop more dynamic and enjoyable teaching methods. The results of this program indicate that the training participants were able to integrate Wordwall into their teaching, showing a significant improvement in creativity and teaching effectiveness. Moreover, the use of Wordwall has proven to increase students' interest in learning due to its interactive and game-based nature.

Abstract

Kedungbenda Village, Purbalingga, faces agricultural irrigation problems due to dependence on erratic rainfall, especially during the dry season, exacerbated by the El Niño phenomenon. Rain-fed reservoirs are proposed as a solution to increase the availability of irrigation water. Through the rain-fed reservoir scaling-up program, the water storage capacity is significantly increased. As a result, the planting frequency, which was previously only one to two times per year, increased to three times per year, contributing to increased agricultural productivity. The total area of ​​irrigated land also increased, from three to five rice fields per reservoir to a larger area with eight active reservoirs. In addition, the impact of drought was successfully minimized so that farmers could still manage their land even during the long dry season. This program also increased farmers' awareness of the importance of sustainable water management through water management training. However, challenges still exist in terms of reservoir maintenance, especially related to sedimentation. In the future, a more intensive maintenance strategy is needed to maintain the sustainability of the reservoirs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi optimalisasi implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis cloud dalam sektor industri untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, sistem informasi berbasis cloud menawarkan berbagai keuntungan, termasuk penghematan biaya, kemudahan akses, dan peningkatan kinerja operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan industri yang telah mengadopsi sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis cloud dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan cara menyederhanakan proses bisnis, mengurangi kesalahan manual, serta mempermudah kolaborasi antar departemen. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi ini sangat bergantung pada kesiapan organisasi dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru dan perlunya pelatihan bagi sumber daya manusia. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebanyak lima mitra industri terlibat secara aktif sebagai bagian dari studi kasus untuk memberikan wawasan praktis dan validasi terhadap hasil temuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan industri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi cloud untuk memaksimalkan potensi efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in problem-solving abilities and cognitive styles of students in the project based learning model with conventional learning. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental approach. The population in this study is class XI of State Vocational High School 1 Majalengka 2021/2022. The sampling technique was carried out randomly, namely class XI-1 as the experimental class and class XI-2 as the control class with a total of 33 people and 36 people in each class. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The results showed that there were differences in problem-solving abilities and students' cognitive styles between the experimental class using the project based learning model and the control class using conventional learning. Classes that get a project based learning model are better than conventional learning. This is because in the project based learning model students are given the freedom to plan learning activities, carry out projects collaboratively, and ultimately produce work products that can be presented to others.

Abstract

The low student interest and motivation in learning are among the contributing factors to poor academic achievement. One potential solution to address this issue is the integration of digital technology based on game-based learning, such as the Quizizz application. This study aims to examine the impact of using Quizizz on improving students' interest and motivation in learning mathematics through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR process includes identifying the research focus and questions, searching for relevant articles, selecting articles based on specific criteria, and analyzing the selected studies. Data were collected from various journal articles published between 2019 and 2025, accessed through Google Scholar, Search, Garuda, and other databases, using predetermined inclusion criteria. The analysis results show that the use of Quizizz consistently has a positive impact on mathematics learning. The application not only facilitates access to quiz questions but also creates a fun and interactive learning environment. Moreover, Quizizz has been proven to enhance content mastery, promote active student engagement, and strengthen learning motivation. Therefore, Quizizz can be considered an effective alternative digital learning medium for increasing student interest, motivation, participation, conceptual understanding, and engagement in mathematics education.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of mathematics teachers in designing effective assessments that align with learning objectives. The training was conducted in collaboration with the Subject Teachers' Working Group (MGMP) for Junior High School Mathematics in Majalengka Regency on May 21, 2025. The training materials covered an understanding of formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments, as well as practical exercises in constructing questions based on Bloom-Anderson’s taxonomy. The implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, and assessment design simulations. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests and post-tests with a semantic differential scale. The analysis results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of the concepts and importance of assessment in mathematics learning. Before the training, most participants were at a moderate skill level, while after the training, there was a shift toward a higher skill level. These findings indicate that the training effectively improved teachers’ competencies. This activity is expected to be the first step in strengthening teachers’ capacity to design assessments that support meaningful learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian  ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kolaborasi antara bisnis digital dan inovasi teknologi pangan guna meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai tambah produk rumput laut pada UMKM Winanaz, yang terletak di Dusun Karapyak, Desa Bagolo, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Rumput laut merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memiliki potensi pasar yang besar, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi dan pemasaran yang efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi serta memperluas jangkauan pasar produk rumput laut. Dalam implementasinya, kolaborasi ini mencakup pelatihan penggunaan platform e-commerce, pengolahan produk menggunakan teknologi pangan terkini, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola bisnis digital. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kualitas produk, efisiensi proses produksi, serta peningkatan daya saing produk rumput laut UMKM Winanaz di pasar lokal maupun nasional. Dengan demikian, diharapkan adanya kontribusi signifikan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Dusun Karapyak melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan inovasi pangan.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization 4.0 at this time, the existence of Civil Servants has a role in supporting the performance expected by the leadership. Likewise, in the role of a leader, applying the right leadership style will greatly support the employee's performance. Leadership is closely related to happiness in doing the Work done by subordinates as employees. Appropriate leadership will greatly affect happiness at Work, which will later affect the expected performance. This study used quantitative methods and measuring instruments using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study totaled 108 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Karimun Regency Government. Meanwhile, in determining the number of samples in this study, the Slovin method was used to obtain a sample size of 85 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis test tool in this study was Smart-PLS software version 3.0 and IBM SPSS software version 26.0. They were supported using VOSviewer software to map the variables considered in this study. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership obtained insignificant negative results for Happiness at Work, while Transformational Leadership obtained significant positive results for Happiness at Work. As for Relevant Predictive, a value of 0.520 is obtained where this value is above zero, meaning that the observation value is good. As for the Fit Model, an NFI value of 0.669 was obtained, where this value was above zero, meaning that the model in this study was good. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pada bisnis digital melalui pengelolaan operasi yang efektif. Bisnis digital saat ini berkembang pesat, namun banyak pelaku usaha yang menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan operasi yang efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku bisnis digital mengenai konsep dasar manajemen operasi yang efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial, khususnya dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan operasional bisnis digital. Peningkatan kapasitas ini akan membantu pelaku usaha untuk lebih kompetitif di pasar yang semakin ketat. Program pengabdian ini melibatkan berbagai pelaku bisnis digital dan memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan efisiensi operasional mereka, serta memberikan pengetahuan praktis yang dapat diterapkan langsung untuk pengembangan usaha. Dengan demikian, diharapkan pelaku bisnis dapat meraih keberhasilan jangka panjang melalui pengelolaan operasi yang lebih optimal.menjadi kunci utama dalam memperkuat daya saing bisnis digital di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

The success or failure of a company's efforts in achieving its predetermined goals will largely be determined by the ability of the leader. Every organization must have and need a top leader or top manager who must carry out leadership and management activities for the entire organization as a whole. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the importance of the role of top management team in company digital transformation. The research used in this analysis uses theoretical research that will explain the role of top management team in company digital transformation. To support the exploration and development of theories, concepts, and arguments supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that the top management team has a crucial role in the company's digital transformation. The top management team is responsible for providing direction, support, and resources needed to achieve digital transformation goals.
