Abstract

Fungsi manajemen merupakan suatu cara agar suatu organisasi dapat berjalan lebih baik dengan adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengarahan sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan penerapan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Triangulasi data adalah teknik yang digunakan. Artinya dengan menggunakan metode ini data akan memungkinkan untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari berjalannya organisasi hingga saat ini dengan jumlah anggota koperasi sebanyak 230 orang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture applied by the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, analyze the management's performance strategy and evaluate what efforts need to be considered to improve performance at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, namely through a literature study conducted by studying literature related to the research topic, as well as field studies conducted through and conditions in an institution. Based on the results of the overall evaluation, the organizational culture at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, is not optimal. By implementing a strategy to grow it by implementing it in a positive orphanage environment, applying it in a way of communicating effectively, giving appreciation for achievements, paying attention to the welfare of the orphanage, this research seeks to reformulate the organizational culture strategy by using Maslow's theory of need hierarchies as a basis for the administrators of the orphanage to carry out tasks according to their duties and functions. Based on the research that has been done regarding the Analysis of Organizational Culture at the Daarul Hasanah Karawang Children's Orphanage, in the role of orphanage administrators in supporting the continuation of Children's Education the Board acts as foster parents or substitute parents for foster children by forming the nature, mentality of foster children that aims guide, educate, direct, and regulate the behavior of foster children get from their respective parents.

Abstract

One of the advantages of property investment is protecting the purchasing power of investments and getting added value from developments such as being converted into residential buildings, however, the development of housing projects and their long implementation time mean that problems may occur that are unforeseen. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the feasibility of property investment for the Grand Panghegar Residence Purwakarta housing development project using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) calculation methods. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the project life is 2 years with an investment value of IDR 55,500,000,000, a total of 608 units for Type 30/60. The results of research calculations obtained from the investment appraisal method used were obtained as Net Present Value (NPV) = IDR 56,689,500,000 (Positive), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 33.72% > 12%, Payback Period ( PP) = 2, within 2 months of investment capital. The conclusion of this research states that the Grand Pahengar Residence Purwakarta Housing is an investment worthy to build and develop.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline and work motivation at the Regional Revenue Management Center of Karawang Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. The data analysis techniques in this research are collecting information, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research prove that there are still many employees who are still late when they are absent due to a lot of work, so those who are absent from going home through the application are forgotten and the application does not yet have a notification feature. Enforcing discipline is an effort to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, the motivation is quite good, given enthusiasm and always carried out evaluations every morning before starting work by the leadership, however there are still some employees who are still less motivated. However, according to Mr. Rian as the head of the center, every employee needs time to be motivated.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employees perform at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang is influenced by communication and the work environment. Descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach are the research methodology used. The population of this study was 50 employees or all CV employees. Santoso Engineering Karawang. Non-probability sampling techniques are applied in the sampling process because each member is sampled. A Likert scale questionnaire was used as part of the data collection method. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and determinant coefficients are some of the data analysis techniques used and processed with the SPSS version 22 application. The findings from the t-test show that communication has a partially significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The f-test of this research shows communication and work environment at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang simultaneously has a significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Santoso Engineering Karawang.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the individual and combined impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at CV Santoso Teknik Karawang. Descriptive and verification strategies were used in the quantitative analysis of this research. Fifty people from CV Santoso Teknik Karawang became the population or research subjects. Sampling using saturated sampling means conducting a survey of all workers at CV. Santoso Teknik Karawang has fifty employees. Data were collected via a Google Forms survey in which various items were rated using a Likert scale. Various data validity and reliability tests, as well as classic assumption tests are available in the SPSS version 22 application. Multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination are part of this series of tests. Motivation and work discipline partially influence employee performance, based on the results of the t test. Apart from that, the f test confirms that there is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work discipline on the performance of CV Santoso Teknik Karawang..

Abstract

A positive organizational culture creates a work environment that supports growth, innovation, and collaboration. On the other hand, job training helps employees to develop the skills, insight and actions needed to produce maximum performance. The research carried out applied quantitative methods which aimed to observe the influence of organizational culture and job training on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Karawang. The data collected was carried out through the application of interview, observation and survey methods by distributing questionnaires to PT Pos Indonesia Karawang, totaling 75 employees. To all employees of PT POS Indonesia Karawang. The samples taken were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the analytical tests produced on the variables of organizational culture and job training, it can be concluded that simultaneously the influence of job training on employee performance is found, which means that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the results of communication strategy and work environment analysis in improving employee performance at Cipta Grafika Karawang. The location of this research is at Cipta Grafika Karawang. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, expressed through careful word selection, sentence composition, detailed narration, and visual representation. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that communication, comprising downward communication, upward communication, horizontal communication, and interline communication at Cipta Grafika, are well-established and efficient. The work environment is also reported to be good and comfortable. Effective communication and a comfortable working environment contribute to enhancing employee performance. It is essential to continuously maintain good communication and a comfortable work environment to sustain and further improve employee performance at Cipta Grafika.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. This analysis uses the independent variables of Leadership and Organizational Culture and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample of this study were employees of the Karawang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees whose respondents were 52 people. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that there is no partial influence of leadership variables on employee performance, there is a positive and significant partial influence of organizational culture variables on performance, leadership and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.
