Abstract

This research was conducted on members of the Police at the Karawang Police Sabhara Unit with the aim of knowing and analyzing how to develop human resources, work motivation and performance as well as to find out and analyze whether there is a partial or simultaneous influence between HR development and work motivation on the performance of police members in the Sabhara unit Karawang Police. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The sample used was 94 members with the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that HR development and member performance are in the agree category while work motivation is in the moderately agree category. As for the results of the verification analysis, it was found that the development of human resources and work motivation partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of members of the Police at the Karawang Police Sabhara Unit.

Abstract

Fungsi manajemen merupakan suatu cara agar suatu organisasi dapat berjalan lebih baik dengan adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengarahan sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan penerapan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Triangulasi data adalah teknik yang digunakan. Artinya dengan menggunakan metode ini data akan memungkinkan untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen pada koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah Shakira Artha Mulia Purwakarta telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari berjalannya organisasi hingga saat ini dengan jumlah anggota koperasi sebanyak 230 orang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture applied by the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, analyze the management's performance strategy and evaluate what efforts need to be considered to improve performance at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, namely through a literature study conducted by studying literature related to the research topic, as well as field studies conducted through and conditions in an institution. Based on the results of the overall evaluation, the organizational culture at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, is not optimal. By implementing a strategy to grow it by implementing it in a positive orphanage environment, applying it in a way of communicating effectively, giving appreciation for achievements, paying attention to the welfare of the orphanage, this research seeks to reformulate the organizational culture strategy by using Maslow's theory of need hierarchies as a basis for the administrators of the orphanage to carry out tasks according to their duties and functions. Based on the research that has been done regarding the Analysis of Organizational Culture at the Daarul Hasanah Karawang Children's Orphanage, in the role of orphanage administrators in supporting the continuation of Children's Education the Board acts as foster parents or substitute parents for foster children by forming the nature, mentality of foster children that aims guide, educate, direct, and regulate the behavior of foster children get from their respective parents.

Abstract

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of competency analysis, work productivity and employee performance at the P3DW Karawang Office. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that employee competency at the P3DW Karawang Office is good, but special training and providing equal development opportunities for all employees are still needed to improve their skills. Employee work productivity is considered quite good, supported by effective communication and cooperation with superiors. However, this research also found that several facilities and infrastructure in the office were still inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve facilities and develop human resources more intensively to ensure employee performance can continue to improve and support the achievement of organizational goals..

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the results of the analysis of work motivation, work environment and employee work productivity at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. The location of this research is the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, expressed through word selection, sentence construction, detailed narrative and visual representation. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on work motivation provided at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region are quite good. The working environment at the Regional Revenue Management Center in the Karawang Region is still less comfortable for working employees, because several facilities were found to be not very functional. The work productivity of employees at the Regional Revenue Management Center for the Karawang Region can be seen from work efficiency, always trying to provide fast and precise services to the community, but increasing work productivity has not been achieved or is not yet optimal. In this way, of course, to increase employee work productivity at the Karawang Region Regional Revenue Management Center, it is necessary to pay attention to work motivation, especially the work environment so that it can leave a deep impression on employees, which will produce better results for employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, training and employee performance at CV. Balong Karya Utama. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. Participants in this research were leaders and employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that work discipline CV. Balong Karya Utama still has shortcomings that impact employee performance. Then the training has been effective, but there are still several obstacles related to employee attendance during training. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by several factors, namely work discipline and training, therefore the leadership of CV. Balong Karya Utama needs to pay attention to work discipline and employee training so that employee performance can improve.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles among Management students of the 2020 Class of Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted using descriptive and verification methods with a sample size of 107 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination was analyzed using the SPSS program version 25. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. There is a simultan influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.
