Abstract

Pengelolaan konflik merupakan salah satu upaya penanganan masalah atau konflik yang terjadi baik pada dirinya sendiri maupun terhadap orang lain. Manajemen konflik terdiri dari dua aspek, yaitu pengelolaan konflik yang konstruktif dan pengelolaan konflik destruktif. Terdapat lima tipe manajemen konflik, yaitu mengakomodasi (accomodating/lose-win), kompetisi (competing/win-lose), kompromi (compromising/give-take), menghindar (avoiding/ lose-lose), dan kolaborasi (collaborating/ win-win). Manajemen konflik dapat dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan manajemen konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru sebanyak 202 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebanyak 134 peserta didik, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah model skala likert. Hasil uji validitas instrumen kecerdasan emosi adalah 0,519, komunikasi interpersonal adalah 0,535, dan manajemen konflik adalah 0,558. Hasil Uji reliabilitas instrumen kecerdasan emosional adalah 0,877, komunikasi interpersonal adalah 0,885, dan konflik manajamen adalah 0,823. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Ini menemukan penelitian yang menunjukkan: deskripsi kecerdasan emosional, komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik pada kategori tinggi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan manajemen konflik peserta didik, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan manajemen konflik dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan manajemen konflik peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attention of parents in student career planning. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were students of class X SMK, amounting to 231 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique by using the criteria of students who live with their parents. So that the sample size is 171 students. The instrument in this study was a Likert scale model with five alternative answers and a questionnaire containing statements about parental attention in student career planning. Data were analyzed using the Rasch Model application and using descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the parental attention instrument is very good for measuring the parental attention that students have. In addition, the results also show that there are students who have parental attention who are in the medium, high, very high, and low categories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan perencanaan karir melalui keahlian dan persepsi seorang siswa yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kematangan karir siswa SMK, karena kesiapan siswa sangat berpengaruh untuk menghadapi dunia kerja. Siswa yang terkendala dalam menggapai masa depannya ialah siswa yang tidak memiliki kematangan karir yang baik. Aspek pengembangan karir salah satunya adalah keluarga. Banyak orangtua yang menduga bahwa perencanaan karir dan persiapan karir urusan guru, mereka hanyalah mempersiapkan segi materi yang dibutuhkan oleh anaknya. Padahal perkembangan karir anak tidak terlepas juga dari lingkungan keluarga maupun orangtua si anak. riset dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka yang diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain sebagainya. Beberapa permasalahan yang akan diangkat melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut adalah Bagaimana Mengelola Bimbingan Karir Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melalui teori Holland. Holland berpendapat bahwa kepribadian adalah sifat yang unik, yang tumbuh dari faktor keturunan dan pengaruh lingkungan. Teori Holland sangat berarti dan membangun hubungan atau kecocokan antara tipe karakter orang dengan pilihan karir tertentu. Pemilihan dan penyesuaian karir merupakan cerminan dari karakter seseorang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, direkomendasikan agar: (1) Guru BK diharapkan memberikan pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir. (2) Orang tua diharapkan dapat memberikan arahan dan masukan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir yang berguna untuk masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan perkembangan karir siswa di SMA dalam Teori Trait and Factor. para siswa dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh penyesuaian diri, pemahaman tentang dunia pekerjaan dan pada akhirnya mampu menentukan pilihan pekerjaan dan menyusun perencanaan karir untuk masa depan. Teori Trait and Factor merupakan mengatakan bahwa kepribadian seseorang dapat dilukisakan dan di identifikasikan jumlah ciri, sejauh mana tampak hasil yang mengukir masing-masing dimensi kepribadian. Perkembangan karir siswa SMA mengandung konsekuensi pada peran konselor dalam meberikan layanan bimbingan kepada siswa. Metode penelitian mnggunakan kepustakaan (library reaserch).

Abstract

Career development is one of the long developments in the life span experienced by individuals that lead to self-actualization as the pinnacle of successful career development. Career involves the stages of individual development in achieving and completing from one stage to the next. The success of completing developmental tasks from existing developmental stages determines the individual's success in fulfilling developmental tasks at higher stages. Therefore, career guidance is very much needed in childhood so that the career path is more focused and in this case, of course, the counseling guidance teacher plays an important role in directing and mentoring students who are in such an educational institution.

Abstract

One of the main tasks of students is learning because through learning students build critical abilities, add insight, improve the quality of knowledge, and hone their skills, namely social, psychological, affective, and cognitive abilities. Students are individuals who have an age range of 18-22 years. Referring to the developmental tasks at this phase, individuals should be able to take responsibility, commit, prioritize activities, manage themselves, and regulate the flow of their activities independently. However, the phenomenon of academic procrastination occurs in almost all students both outside and within the country so that this causes the behavior displayed by students to be contrary to the development that should be done. Academic procrastination is also caused by various factors, both internal and external. Academic perocrastination behavior also hinders individuals from achieving success in their academic life, such as decreased academic skills at school, late completion of lectures, and decreased quality of knowledge and insight in today's young generation.

Abstract

Career Guidance is an effort to encourage individuals to be able to know and master, get to know the world of work, and improve experiences in accordance with the form of life they expect. One of the theories that can be used to identify the world of work that is suitable for individuals is Holland's Theory, which sees individual personality as a benchmark in career choice and adjustment to the work environment. Therefore, the author aims to examine more deeply about Holland's Theory in career guidance services in schools to find out more in depth through various available and relevant sources. This study uses a literature review method because the method used in this study is supported by relevant theories and sources. The results of this study indicate that a person can make good career decisions when his personality type is accepted in the work environment

Abstract

This paper is a scientific paper that aims to identify the personality types of students in determining career choices according to Holland's theory. The need to know yourself, personality and recognize interests and talents that are more dominant before a career direction is set. Because currently there are still many people who don't know their personality type when they first choose curry. In the end, the career that is being carried out does not match his own personality, this has an impact on one's career success. Knowing the student's personality type is very important, so that we can help and direct students in making career choices according to their respective personalities. The method used in this article is literature research. which discusses theories related to the topic of liberation obtained from relevant sources. The results of this discussion will allow teachers to direct their students about the appropriate personality according to their respective personalities.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the locus of control of SMK students in career planning. Career planning is very important for students because after graduating from school they will determine where and what career choices will be taken. The phenomenon that occurs at this time regarding the locus of control of vocational students in career planning is the lack of students in determining a decision about their future, students lack time management and study well at school. Most students do not have good ideas and do not develop skills in career planning. The research method of this article is a literature review analysis (literature research) this article will describe the analysis of scientific journals that are relevant to the discussion that has been selected, while the stages in this research method are (1) selecting articles, (2) collecting initial data, (3) challenge the topic, (4) collect supporting data, (5) make conclusions and recommendations online. The results of this article are that many students will complete their formal education in senior high school and the efforts that need to be taken so that all students get career guidance opportunities so that students mature in planning their careers

Abstract

Adolescent behavior is strongly influenced by parenting patterns. However, in reality, parents often forget their responsibilities. Therefore, this study aims to determine how big the contribution and influence of the parenting style variable in determining behavior in adolescents is. with a sample of 80 people, and then the data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS with simple linear regression analysis.
