Abstract

Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelatihan Dasar Kepemimpinan dan Pembinaan Karakter Spiritual dalam Menghadapi Perkembangan IPTEKS di SMA Negeri 2 Tanah Putih merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk membentuk pribadi siswa yang tangguh dalam menghadapi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEKS) serta menin gkatkan literasi guru terhadap IPTEKS terbarukan. Dalam era yang penuh dengan tantangan global, kepemimpinan dan karakter spiritual menjadi faktor esensial dalam membangun generasi yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan nilai moral yang kuat. Program ini memberikan wawasan kepada siswa mengenai kepemimpinan berbasis etika, tanggung jawab, serta keterampilan pengambilan keputusan, sekaligus meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan pemrograman. Pembinaan karakter spiritual turut diperkuat untuk membangun disiplin, empati, serta ketahanan dalam menghadapi perubahan di dunia IPTEKS. Melalui pendekatan interaktif berupa diskusi kelompok, simulasi kepemimpinan, dan refleksi diri, siswa diarahkan untuk mengenali potensi diri dan meningkatkan pemikiran kritis serta keterampilan komunikasi. Sementara itu, guru diberikan pelatihan dasar AI dan simulasi pemrograman untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi mereka. Pelatihan ini bertujuan mencetak pemimpin masa depan yang mampu membawa perubahan positif bagi masyarakat dengan menjadikan kepemimpinan sebagai sarana untuk melayani, menginspirasi, dan membimbing sesama. Di SMA Negeri 2 Tanah Putih, setiap siswa dan guru didorong untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang berlandaskan nilai kejujuran, keberanian, dan ketulusan dalam berkarya. Abstract

In Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, this community service project is to raise postpartum mothers' awareness of stunting prevention and promotion measures through exclusive breastfeeding by 2025. Breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months of life can help avoid stunting, a chronic nutritional issue that affects children's physical and cognitive development. The phases of planning, carrying out, assessing, and reporting are all included in the implementation approach. In addition to giving postpartum moms educational media, educational activities are offered in the form of counseling, interactive conversations, and simulations of proper nursing procedures. Pre- and post-tests were used for evaluation in order to gauge participants' knowledge growth. According to the findings, postpartum moms now have a better awareness of the value of exclusive breastfeeding, appropriate nursing practices, and how they relate to preventing stunting. By enabling postpartum moms to nurse exclusively, this activity is anticipated to help lower stunting rates

Abstract

Anemia ditandai dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) darah di bawah normal. Fungsi jaringan dapat terganggu akibat kekurangan oksigen. Misalnya, gejala seperti kesulitan berkonsentrasi dan kurangnya kebugaran untuk melakukan aktivitas dapat disebabkan oleh kekurangan oksigen di otak dan otot. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Proses penemuan pengetahuan kuantitatif mencakup survei retrospektif yang menggunakan data numerik untuk menilai informasi tentang apa yang dicari. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 54 orang ibu hamil yang terkena anemia dengan keriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dari hasi uji chi Square terhadap usia ibu nilai p value 0,016 (p < α=0,05), Dari hasi uji chi Square terhadap paritas ibu nilai p value 0,032 (p < α=0,05), Dari hasi uji chi Square terhadap Paritas nilai p value 0,017 (p < α=0,05), Dari hasi uji chi Square terhadap Paritas nilai p value 0,003 (p < α=0,05). Kesimpulan ddiapatkan bahwa kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor determinan utama yaitu terdapat pada ibu yang mengalami KEK

Abstract

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk merupakan bank swasta terbesar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif yang menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah daftar tabel berupa laporan keuangan dalam bentuk neraca (posisi keuangan), laporan laba rugi dan laporan harga saham tahun 2008-2023. Populasi yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan selama 23 tahun melalui penawaran umum perdana selama PT Bank central asia Tbk. Initial public offering (IPO) pada tahun 2000. Sampel yang diambil selama 16 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2008-2023 dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), regresi linier berganda (koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi), uji hipotesis (uji T, dan uji F). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham

Abstract

Bakso Urat Juara Tembung is one of the Meatball shops that has a large number of consumers in Tembung. Apart from having several branches, Bakso Urat Juara Tembung also has social media with quite a lot of followers, making it easier to attract consumer interest with their products. However, it turns out that there are still problems regarding the Interest in Rebuying of Bakso Urat Juara Tembung. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of food vloggers on the interest in rebuying Bakso Urat Juara Tembung. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data. The number of samples in the study was 96 respondents of Bakso Urat Juara Tembung. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that partially the variable of food vloggers had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-count value > t-table, namely 9,359 > 1,984. Partially, the online customer review variable had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with a t-count value > t-table, which was 13,002 > 1,984. Then simultaneously, the variables of food vlogger and online customer reviews had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest with the result of F count 140,580, > 3.09 and the determination coefficient explaining the repurchase interest with an Adjusted R Square value of 73.8% so that the hypothesis was accepted.

Abstract

Preeklampsia menyebabkan 50.000 sampai 60.000 kematian di dunia per tahun. Ini menjadikan preeklampsia sebagai penyebab utama mortilitas dan morbiditas pada maternal dan perinatal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dan merupakan penelitian analitik observasional. Penelitian cross-sectional dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan kejadian penyakit pada satu titik waktu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu preeklampsia di RSU H. Sanuddin Kuta Cane berjumlah 65 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sama dengan jumlah seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara preeklampsia dengan asfiksia bayi baru lahir, namun preeklampsia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya asfiksia (P>0,05).

Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan nutrisi alamiah bagi bayi dengan kandungan gizi paling sesuai untuk pertumbuhan optimal yang diberikan sampai bayi usis 6 bulan, kandungan gizi ASI memberikan proteksi pada kekebalan tubuh bayi, sehingga bayi dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan sangat baik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dukungan bidan dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling, tekhnik pengambilan sampel dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan pemberian asi eksklusif (P< 0,05).dukungan bidan

Abstract

The world health agency or WHO issued a statement that the deaths that occur in mothers in the world are on average due to complications during pregnancy and also the delivery process. And in 2017 alone there were around 810 cases. Even though from the beginning of 2000 until now there has been a decrease in cases of up to around 38%, the mortality rate of pregnant women continues to be a concern of the World Health Organization. The statement also stated that the deaths received by these pregnant women globally occur in countries that have low GDP and middle income. Indonesia is one of the countries with a high rate of maternal mortality due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Assistance during labor and also during pregnancy must be a concern for medical personnel and also health workers. It is hoped that these medical personnel can provide skills and are also trained in treating pregnant women. Complete health facilities can be one way to reduce maternal and child mortality. Pregnant women must also have education, awareness and information about the importance of prenatal checks for medical personnel. Service on the community side of course has the aim of increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and early detection of complications in pregnancy. Education and information regarding early detection of pregnancy complications is the main concern of the Siabu Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body image and eating patterns with the nutritional status of female adolescents. This research is analytic descriptive in nature with a cross sectional survey approach. This research was conducted from February to June with a population of 68 and a sample of all respondents and sampling using total sampling with a research instrument, namely a questionnaire. Data management by means of editing, coding, tabulating, and data entry based on research results: the nutritional status of the majority of respondents who had abnormal nutrition 57 respondents (83.8%), the majority’s diet had an unbalanced diet 55 Respondents (80.9%) ), the body image of the majority of respondents has negative traits 51 respondents (75.0%). The results of the research on the relationship between Body Image and Nutritional Status show that the statistical test results obtained the Odd Ratio (OR) = 14.222.95% CI = 3.155 – 64.112 and the P value was 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between Body Image and Nutritional Status in young women. The relationship between diet and nutritional status shows that the statistical test results obtained an odds ratio (OR) = 8.571.95% CI = 2.059 – 35.683 and a P. value of 0.004 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between diet and nutritional status in adolescents daughter. For Adolescents It is necessary to improve perceptions of body image and ways to maintain weight without disrupting eating patterns. Wise in accessing information media to seek knowledge about good nutrition and more careful in capturing messages from peers if they receive information.
