Abstract

Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan is a company that operates in the field of food sales with the main focus being bread and cakes. The products sold from this shop consist of sponge cake, plain bread & jam, various donuts, small breads, special cakes, various pies and pastries. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-commerce, digital payments and e-service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan store. This type of research uses quantitative research, the data source in this research is a primary data source, the population in this research is all consumers who make purchases at Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan, the number of which cannot be known and the sample in the research is 97 samples obtained using Lemeshow formula which is used to calculate samples in conditions where the population is unknown. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using Likert scale measurements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth to Increase Acceptance of New Students of Karya Anugerah Education Foundation. The research method used is quantitative research with survey methods that use questionnaires as research instruments to collect data. The population in this study is the number of students who register Karya Anugerah Education Foundation in 2023 with a population of 182 students, The sample in this study is 125 students. Multiple linear regression research tests are used as an analytical tool to find out how the influence between independent and dependent variables. The results of this study show that both partially and simultaneously the variables of Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth have a significant effect on increasing the acceptance of new Karya Anugerah Education Foundation. Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth variables were able to explain the variation that occurred in the Increase in Acceptance of New Students by 62.9%. This is due to the use of Social Media Marketing and Word of Mouth to increase the acceptance of new students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Live Streaming (X1) and Online Customer Review (X2) on Purchase Intention (Y) in Areum Art Onlineshop. This type of research is quantitative research conducted in Medan Perjuangan District with a population of people who already know Onlineshop Areum Art but have never made a purchase. The purposive sampling technique was used in determining the sample and heir et al method was used in determining the sample size, which was 130 respondents. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, literature review and questionnaire results from respondents. Linear regression analysis test is used to analyze data on the three hypotheses in this study. The results show a significant influence of Live Streaming and Online Customer Review on Consumers’ Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Christian education is aimed at forming an individual who is integral and strong in the Christian faith. One key approach to achieving this goal is through a learning design that is rooted in Christian theological principles and the mission of evangelism. This learning design emphasizes the understanding and application of Christian values in everyday life. Interest in learning is an important factor that influences the learning outcomes of the students. Interesting learning designs that match the interests of the learners can increase their interest in the learning process. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the influence of the use of theological-based learning design models and the mission of evangelism on the learning interests of learners. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze data from a variety of sources of information. The results show that theological-based learning design models and evangelization missions can enhance the interest of students in learning. This is due to a number of factors, among others: This learning model focuses on Christian values that are relevant to the daily life of the student. The learning model involves the student actively in the learning process. It provides an opportunity for the student to apply Christian value in everyday life. This research has important relevance in an effort to improve the understanding and application of the theological-based learning design models and the mission of evangelism. This model of learning can help the student understand, internalize, and apply Christians values in daily life, as well as prepare them to play an active role in evangelization.

Abstract

. Geometer's Sketchpad is a maths lesson programme that offers educational material on a variety of subjects, including geometry, algebra, calculus, and other areas of mathematics. The form of research is Systematic Literature Review. Data collection in this method by searching for various journals from national and international journals on Google Scholar and Publish or Perish around 6 journals from 2019 to 2023. Through the results of previous studies in the charts, it should be deducted that the Geometr's Sketchpad application in learning mathematics is very influential because by using Geometr's Sketchpad application is able to provide an increase in students' conceptual understanding ability and is able to increase student activeness.

Abstract

Kegiatan magang industri ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Teluk Keramat dari tanggal 4 Agustus sampai 5 Oktober 2025. Projek utama yang dikerjakan adalah "Visualisasi 3D Gedung SMKN 2 Teluk Keramat". Permasalahan yang ditangani adalah kebutuhan sekolah akan media promosi yang modern dan informatif untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan realistis tentang bangunan serta fasilitas sekolah kepada calon siswa dan masyarakat tanpa harus mengunjungi lokasi secara langsung. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui tiga tahapan utama: Pra Produksi, Produksi, dan Pasca Produksi. Tahap Pra Produksi mencakup konsultasi, survei lokasi, dan pengambilan dokumentasi foto. Pada tahap Produksi, dilakukan 3D modeling dan texturing semua aset bangunan menggunakan Blender. Aset-aset tersebut kemudian digabungkan ke dalam Master File menggunakan sistem linking untuk memudahkan pengaturan tata letak sesuai kondisi asli sekolah. Proses dilanjutkan dengan setup lighting, animasi kamera dengan keyframe berkonsep scene per scene, dan rendering menggunakan rendering engine Eevee untuk mempercepat proses. Tahap Pasca Produksi meliputi proses editing, penggabungan semua scene yang telah dirender, penambahan transisi, backsound (Lagu Mars SMK), Voice Over, dan export video final menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro. Hasil projek berhasil menghasilkan video visualisasi 3D Gedung SMKN 2 Teluk Keramat yang akurat, informatif, dan berkualitas tinggi, yang berfungsi sebagai media promosi dan dokumentasi infrastruktur sekolah yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the most common health problems among pregnant women and remains a major challenge in midwifery services. Anemia in pregnancy is primarily caused by iron deficiency, which leads to decreased hemoglobin levels and poses a risk of impaired fetal growth as well as an increased likelihood of delivery complications. Anemia in pregnant women is also one of the contributing factors to the high maternal and neonatal mortality rates (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2022). This study aimed to determine the effect of iron (Fe) supplement consumption patterns on the risk of anemia among pregnant women at BPM Aida Nospita, Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in 2025. This research employed a quantitative design with a descriptive correlational approach. The population of this study comprised all pregnant women attending BPM Aida Nospita in Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, totaling 45 participants. The results of the analysis indicated a significant relationship between the pattern of iron (Fe) supplement consumption and the risk of anemia in pregnant women (p = 0.000).

Abstract

Finkan Kebaya Mandala, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in the production and provision of traditional and modern apparel, experiences relatively stable demand but significant sales fluctuations, particularly a decline in early 2025. This condition is influenced by seasonal factors, limited advertising and promotional strategies, service innovation that has not fully aligned with customer needs, and increasing competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and service innovation on consumer purchasing decisions at Finkan Kebaya in Mandala. Data were collected through interviews, literature review, observation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis methods included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, contributing 26.7%, while service innovation also has a positive and significant effect with a contribution of 48.0%. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that the synergy between effective promotion and continuous service innovation is essential to improving competitiveness and encouraging consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepercayaan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada usaha jasa bengkel Dedy Motor Mandala di Kota Medan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara khusus, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan yang tercermin dari aspek keandalan, kejujuran, kepedulian, dan kredibilitas layanan terhadap kebiasaan pembelian, pembelian ulang, serta kesediaan pelanggan dalam merekomendasikan bengkel kepada pihak lain. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menilai pengaruh lokasi bengkel yang ditinjau dari kemudahan akses, lingkungan, dan potensi pengembangan usaha terhadap minat pelanggan dalam memilih jasa Dedy Motor Mandala.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 99 responden pelanggan Dedy Motor Mandala. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kepercayaan mendorong pembelian ulang dan rekomendasi pelanggan, sedangkan lokasi yang strategis dan mudah diakses meningkatkan minat pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa bengkel, sehingga berimplikasi pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan Dedy Motor Mandala.
