This study aims to determine and describe how the influence of professionalism in managing village assets, optimizing the use of village assets and empowering the community so that it contributes to increasing village original income. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is secondary data. The object of this research is Kuala Sempang Village, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency. The results showed that the professionalism of village asset management had no significant effect on village original income, the optimization of the village assets utilization had a significant positive effect on village original income and community empowerment had no significant effect on village original income. So, in this study from the three variables only one variable has a significant positive effect on the village's original income.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and competence on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Batam Special KSOP Office. The study population consisted of 122 Civil Servants and 36 Honorary Batam Special KSOP Office. The sample selection method used was simple random sampling, which is a random sampling of the population based on the probability frequency of all members of the population. The spread of the questionnaire was carried out on 36honorary employees of the Batam Special KSOP Office. The data analysis technique used to solve the problem in this research is quantitative analysis technique, namely path analysis with the application of multiple linear regression models using the help of the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Leadership and Competence have a significant positive effect on Work Discipline. Organizational Culture has a positive but not significant effect on Work Discipline. Furthermore, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Competence has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. As for the work discipline variable, it has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance.

The research object was conducted at the Correctional Institution class IIA of Batam City. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture to employee performance, influence of human resource quality to employee performance, influence of work discipline on employee performance, organizational culture influence, human resource quality and motivation to employee performance through work discipline, as well as knowing greater where direct influence than indirect influence between organizational culture to performance through work discipline, quality of human resources to performance through working discipline and motivation to performance through work discipline. This study aims to see the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees in the Department of Environment and Forestry of Riau Islands Province by mediated by organizational culture and motivation. This study is a quantitative study that uses a sample of 63 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to confirm the dimensions of the concept created and measure how much influence independent variables have on dependent variables. The results showed that: (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, (2) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance, (6) Leadership style affects performance mediated by organizational culture, (7) Leadership style influences performance mediated by work motivation, (8) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation.

This study aims to see the effect of Apparatus Competence, Quality of Accounting Information Systems, and Workload on the Performance of Commitment Making Officials of the Karimun Regency Government with the Internal Control System as a Moderating Variable. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method (census). The population and sample in this study were allcommitment-making officials (PPK) in all Regional Apparatus Organizations of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. In this study using SPSS version 26 for windows and SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that: apparatus competence has a positive and insignificant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistical value of 1.418 < 1.96 and a P-value of 0.156 > 0.05, the quality of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on PPK performance with a T-statistic value of 3.307 > 1.96 and P-value 0.001 < 0.05,
