Abstract

The Nurul Huda Mosque is one of the mosques in the city of Medan. So far, the Nurul Huda Mosque has not provided a facility or media that can be used to manage data, such as management data, financial data, activity data, and inventory data. The data management process is still carried out conventionally on a book, so several problems still occur, especially regarding data completeness, data damage, and loss of data that has been processed. The aim of this research is to build a mobile-based information system that can be used to manage mosque data. In building the information system, the author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of planning stages, design workshops, and implementation. Meanwhile, the tool used by the author in creating information system designs visually is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The mobile-based information system was built using the Kodular framework and the Airtable database. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help the Nurul Huda Mosque process data easily and quickly via an Android smartphone.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning media are tools that can help in the learning process. The delivery of material at Pulau Rakyat Private Middle School still uses media such as blackboards, limited focus, and a lack of human frames. The results of previous research were carried out on several grade 8 students, where the results of the research were that 74.6% of students did not often get the opportunity to see human skeletons directly. And to overcome this problem, it is necessary to plan to build augmented reality technology, related to clearly showing the organs of the human body regarding the respiratory and circulatory systems. By using the appropriate development method, namely MDLC, this research can produce an Android-based augmented reality application that can display 3-dimensional virtual shapes of 16 human body organs including the nose, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi, lungs, heart, blood, blood vessels, kidneys, liver, fatty liver, polycystic kidneys, anemia, leukemia via camera along with information and equipped with a quiz feature. It is hoped that the 3-dimensional display of human body organs can foster interest and ease in studying the respiratory and circulatory systems. Keywords: learning media; augmented reality; body organ; technology Abstrak: Media pembelajaran adalah alat yang dapat membantu dalam proses belajar. Penyampaian materi yang dilakukan di SMP Swasta Swadaya Pulau Rakyat masih menggunakan media seperti papan tulis, infokus yang terbatas, dan minimnya kerangka manusia yang ada. Hasil riset yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan kepada beberapa siwa kelas 8, dimana hasil riset tersebut 74,6% siswa tidak sering mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melihat kerangka manusia secara langsung. Dan untuk mengatasi masalah ini maka perlu adanya perencanaan untuk membangun sebuah teknologi augmented reality, terkait dalam memperlihatkan secara jelas organ – organ tubuh manusia mengenai sistem pernapasan dan peredaran darah. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan yang sesuai adalah MDLC, sehingga penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan aplikasi augmented reality berbasis android yang dapat menampilkan bentuk virtual 3 dimensi dari 16 organ tubuh  manusia diantaranya hidung, faring, laring, trakea, bronkus, paru – paru, jantung, darah, pembuluh darah, ginjal, hati, perlemakan hati, ginjal polikistik, anemia, leukemia melalui kamera beserta informasinya serta dilengkapi dengan fitur kuis. Diharapkan dengan tampilan organ tubuh manusia secara 3 dimensi dapat menumbuhkan ketertarikan serta kemudahan dalam mempelajari sistem pernapasan dan peredaran darah. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; augmented reality; organ tubuh; teknologi

Abstract

Hewan peliharaan seperti kucing dan anjing memberikan dampak positif bagi pemiliknya, seperti mengurangi pikiran negatif. Merawat hewan memerlukan perhatian khusus, seperti makanan, kesehatan, dan kenyamanan biologis. Seiring meningkatnya minat memelihara hewan, banyak petshop bermunculan sebagai penyedia perlengkapan, perawatan, dan jasa penitipan hewan. Teknologi dapat membantu meningkatkan layanan petshop menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Namun, Oppa Petshop masih menghadapi kendala pada sistem pemesanan grooming, penitipan, dan pembelian produk yang harus dilakukan langsung di toko, mengakibatkan antrean panjang dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi berbasis Android dikembangkan untuk memudahkan pelanggan memesan layanan dan membeli produk, sekaligus membantu pengelola membuat laporan operasional. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan, serta metode Research and Development (R&D) melalui studi literatur, survei, dan evaluasi. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Android Studio dan Java. Hasilnya, aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mempermudah pengelolaan data pelanggan, dan menyediakan laporan yang sistematis. Pelanggan merasakan kemudahan dan kenyamanan, sedangkan pengelola dapat meningkatkan manajemen operasional dengan lebih baik.

Dalam penelitian ini, dengan implementasi Role Based Access Control (RBAC) sebagai solusi untuk mengamankan data yang ada dengan pengelolaan hak akses koperasi berbasis mobile. Abstract

This study designs a web-based internship registration and selection system for the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) of Medan City, located on Jl. STM, Sitirejo II, Medan Amplas. The system was developed using PHP Native and MySQL, and it is designed to be responsive, allowing access via both desktop and mobile devices. The main goal is to replace the konvensional selection process, which still relies on physical documents and often results in file accumulation, delays, and non-objective evaluations.The primary issue addressed in this research is how to build an internship selection system that is automated, efficient, and objective. To achieve this, the Weighted Product (WP) method was implemented as a decision support system. This method calculates the final score of applicants based on weighted values from three main criteria: GPA, academic program, and completeness of the CV.Key features of the system include: online registration forms, document uploads, automated scoring using the WP method, real-time application status tracking, and an admin dashboard to manage participant data and selection results. The system model is illustrated through a Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Flowmap to demonstrate user interactions and process flow comprehensively.Research Results Based on the WP method applied to 150 applicants, the normalized Vi values were used to rank participants for each internship position. A total of 27 top-ranking participants were selected to fill 9 positions. For example, Samsul Yolanda (Section 1), Nasrullah Tamba (Section 2), and R.M. Simon Winarno (General Sub-Administration). Applicants ranked 2nd and 3rd for each position may be considered as substitutes if quotas allow. These results demonstrate that the selection process is now more objective, transparent, and competency-based.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based sales and stock prediction system for Lazatto, a Food and Beverage (F&B) company, using the Double Moving Average (DMA) method. The background of this research is based on issues stock requirement planning is still done conventionally, where the head of the restaurant places stock orders solely based on personal experience and intuition, without utilizing past sales data as a basis for decision-making, which often result in overstocking or stockouts. By implementing a web-based forecasting information system, the company can obtain real-time and structured data. This study uses sales data from April 2024 to March 2025. The prediction results show a downward trend in sales for the "Kentang" (Potato) product, with a forecasted value of 107.33 for April 2025, compared to an actual value of 95. Model evaluation indicates an average MAPE of 21.19%, which is considered a "fair" level of forecasting accuracy. Additionally, the time required for weekly stock planning was reduced, and interviews with staff revealed increased user satisfaction and ease of use. The developed system has proven to support more accurate and efficient decision-making in inventory management.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada UD. Fazal Tani adalah inefisiensi dalam proses transaksi dan pengelolaan data stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan dalam pelaporan, serta tidak akuratnya data stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem Point of Sale (POS) berbasis Android dengan pendekatan Mandatory, Desirable, Inessential (MDI) guna mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan kebutuhan fitur sistem secara efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka, sedangkan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem POS yang dikembangkan mampu menangani transaksi penjualan, manajemen stok barang, pencetakan tanda terima, dan pelaporan penjualan dengan lebih terstruktur dan cepat. Pengujian menggunakan black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai harapan. Penerapan metode MDI mampu memfokuskan pengembangan sistem pada fitur utama yang dibutuhkan pengguna, sehingga rata-rata waktu transaksi berkurang dari 30 menit menjadi 4 menit atau terjadi efisiensi sebesar 86,67%.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the management of non-profit and educational organizations, including volunteer recruitment processes. Gerakan Sumut Mengajar (GSM), a volunteer-based educational movement in North Sumatra, still relies on manual tools such as Google Forms and WhatsApp for participant registration, file verification, and interview scheduling. This manual approach creates inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and delays that reduce the professionalism of the recruitment process. The main research problem addressed in this study is the lack of an integrated system capable of handling the multi-stage recruitment process, especially in automating interview scheduling, which is prone to human error and administrative overload. The objective of this study is to design and implement a web-based volunteer recruitment information system equipped with an automatic interview scheduling mechanism using the Greedy Algorithm. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model, implemented with PHP Native and MySQL. The Greedy Algorithm, particularly the Activity Selection Problem approach, was applied to optimize interview scheduling by allocating available slots efficiently according to the number of interviewers and candidates. The results demonstrate that the system successfully automates registration, document verification, and interview scheduling while minimizing scheduling conflicts. Compared with manual methods, the proposed solution reduces administrative workload, enhances efficiency, and provides a more professional recruitment experience. This study contributes to the development of intelligent scheduling systems in volunteer-based organizations and highlights the applicability of heuristic algorithms in solving real-world scheduling problems.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology is now increasingly utilized by the public in all sectors of activity, one of which is archival data management. The importance of archival data management today, increases awareness in agencies and organizations by utilizing information technology. Conventional archival data management can result in the possibility of errors that can be caused by several factors, namely, the age of archival data storage, loss of archival data due to work negligence and damage to archival data. Therefore, the existence of a website-based information system that can be used by organizations that can minimize errors in archival data management. The purpose of this study is to design an information system with the implementation of the Levenshtein algorithm on zakat recipient archives at BAZNAS Tapanuli Tengah Regency, where the performance of the Levenshtein algorithm here functions to measure the difference or distance between two strings in order to be efficient in time when searching for stored archival data.
