Abstract

Pendataan Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Sumut terhadap pengunjung dan peserta pelatihan yang melakukan kerja praktek masih bersifat manual dan dikontrol oleh staf dan Ibu. Mengumpulkan informasi tentang pengunjung dan orang dalam untuk dimasukkan ke dalam Excel memakan ruang di ruang penyimpanan dan berisiko, data hilang, rusak, atau data yang sama disimpan di komputer. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut dan memudahkan dalam entri data peserta pelatihan dan pengunjung  BMKG Wilayah 1 Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara terhadap salah satu pegawai BMKG, serta penelitian literatur. Sistem ini mempunyai 2 fungsi utama yaitu fungsi pendataan pelatihan dan  pendataan pengunjung, pengguna hilir dapat memasukkan dan melihat data pegawai, mengubah dan menghapus data dengan mudah, nyaman dan meminimalkan kehilangan atau kerusakan data penting. Abstract

Perpustakaan salah satu bagian dari tempat pendidikan yang memiliki peran penting untuk menambah ilmu dan pengetahuan pelajar. Namun, Perpustakaan memiliki jam operasional tertentu, yang mungkin tidak sesuai dengan jadwal atau kebutuhan individu yang memiliki keterbatasan waktu. Sehingga, di rancanglah aplikasi digital perpustakaan berbasis android yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping yang dimana dengan metode prototyping ini akan dihasilkan prototype sistem sebagai perantara pengembang dan pengguna agar dapat berinteraksi dalam proses kegiatan. Model ini memiliki lima langkah utama, yaitu Communication (komunikasi), Quick Plan (Perencanaan Cepat), Modeling Quick Design (Pemodelan Desain Secara Cepat), Construction of Prototype (Membangun Prototipe), dan Development Delivery & Feedback. Tujuan Penelitian yaitu untuk menciptakan solusi yang inovatif, user-friendly, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan dalam menyediakan layanan perpustakaan dalam era digital saat ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dari hasil pengujian sistem yang dilakukan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik sehingga aplikasi digital perpustakaan berbasis mobile dapat digunakan.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan currently does not have a system that can assist in the process of recording business trips. In general, management of letters, especially Business Travel Orders or SPPD, is very important for every government agency or company. In addition to the SPPD, the official travel document that employees need is an accountability sheet that contains details of travel expenses. In making the SPPD, there are currently many deficiencies that must be faced, such as the occurrence of typing errors in inputting data so that the creation of the SPPD is carried out repeatedly, and also the search for proposed employee data, and the assigning employee in making the SPPD has not been done automatically so it requires longer time. As well as calculating the cost of official travel is also still done manually by the HR executive staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the recording of official travel at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan becomes more effective and efficient. Therefore, a Mobile-based official travel recording application was created to manage business trips at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Making this application using the waterfall software development method. The stages of the waterfall model start from planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. By using a computerized system, the results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and recording official travel at the company is faster. Making an Official Travel Order becomes easier, can save time, and minimizes errors that may occur. Facilitate the data search process, because the SPPD that has been created is stored in the database.

Abstract

Absen merupakan salah satu komponen penilaian dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi absensi online berbasis mobile. Proses kehadiran manual masih tidak efisien dan dapat memakan waktu yang lama. Saat terjadi kesalahan, data kehadiran menjadi tidak terstruktur dan sulit dipantau. Memperbarui proses kehadiran manual menjadi sistem absensi online maka kehadiran akan lebih mudah digunakan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Perancangan sistem absensi online ini digunakan untuk memudahkan absensi melalui smartphone Android masing-masing siswa saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi absensi di SMA N 1 Dolok Masihul. Digunakan untuk mencatat kehadiran siswa selama kegiatan belajar mengajar dan untuk melihat laporan kehadiran siswa. Alat pengembangan yang digunakan peneliti adalah Kodular dan metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem online berbasis mobile kemungkinan akan meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa SMA N 1 Dolok Masihul.

Abstract

The New Student Acceptance Process (PPDB) which is being carried out at SMPS Alwasliyah 40 Tinokkah is currently still being carried out manually. Therefore there are many problems that arise such as slow data entry, long and unconducive queues, registration files that are not neatly arranged and even files that are damaged or lost, and prospective students who sometimes have difficulty getting information to carry out the registration process. Along with the rise of increasingly sophisticated technological developments, researchers provide solutions to problems that exist at SMPS Alwasliyah 40 Tinokkah. To be able to overcome the problems that occur, a Mobile-Based New Student Acceptance Information System Design was created. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Method in building the system. The end result of this information system design is expected to provide convenience to access information and the registration process so that the process of accepting new students is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The development of technology at the present time is developing rapidly, it can also have a big impact on the world of culinary business, one of which is the Bunda Ranti stall. Warung Bunda Ranti also requires an information system to provide easy service, both for customers ordering food and sellers serving customers. The design of an information system for ordering management at the Bunda Ranti stall can provide solutions in solving the problems found at the Bunda Ranti shop to make it more effective and efficient, especially in online ordering service management. By using codular, this information system design was successfully implemented and facilitated online service management at the Bunda Ranti shop.

Abstract

Buku Iqra’ merupakan salah satu wadah untuk umat muslim belajar huruf Hijai’yyah pertama sekali sebelum dapat membaca al-quran. Buku Iqra’ adalah buku yang berisi huruf Hijai’yyah disertai dengan cara membaca yang tepat. Buku Iqra’ merupakan karya dari KH. As’ad Humam yang selalu dipakai oleh seluruh umat muslim yang ada di Indonesia dari dulu sampai sekarang. Saat belajar iqro dalam bentuk buku harus hati-hati dan menjaga kualitas buku agar tidak merusaknya seperti basah, terbakar atau tersobek saat memindahkan halamannya. Semua kendala-kendala yang telah disebutkan berdampak signifikan terhadap pembelajaran dan penguasaan fitur-fitur Iqro’, Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi Android, sebuah sistem operasi yang memungkinkan umat muslim belajar Iqro’ dengan nyaman dan aman menggunakan smartphone. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan pada saat terjadi kekurangan guru. Penulis menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi tersebut dan menggunakan kodular dan airtable untuk membangunnya. dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharap dapat mempermudah umat muslim untuk belajar huruf Hijai’yyah dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar iqro’.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to analyze the weaknesses that exist in the system that is currently running at the SMA Swasta Daerah Kisaranin the payroll process. The process of recording and calculating salaries applied by this school is still conventional, causing the payroll process to be often late. With the new payroll information system, it will be very helpful in carrying out the process of calculating teacher salaries, attendance recap reports, as well as in making reports related to the payroll process. The research method used in the preparation of this research is to use research and development methods (Research and Development). Sistem Informasi Keungan Pada SMA Swasta Daerah Kisaran Berbasis Mobile in solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system.

Abstract

Members of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat Council carry out their official travel duties out of town, then it is the duty of honorary employees to make official travel orders. The North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat also has an information system for arranging official travel. Namely the SIJADIN system, but this system is still Web-based where the author makes innovations so that the system is redesigned using Android. The author created the same information system but with complete features. This information system was designed using Mobile programming. It is hoped that this information system will help North Sumatra Province DPRD Secretariat employees to make official travel orders effectively and efficiently. In the problem above, the author created a system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method is used because the application being designed is structured in stages and the development process does not take much time and the results of the software being developed can be known without waiting a long time because the work is carried out in divided into stages, it is hoped that the application design can make employee performance efficient in making SPPD applications.

Abstract

Manual attendance systems have many limitations, such as being susceptible to data manipulation, time consuming, and inefficient in managing attendance data. This study aims to build a Multiplatform-based attendance application implementing Location-Based Service (LBS) and Face Recognition technology by utilizing the Flutter framework. This application is designed to improve the accuracy, security, and efficiency of the attendance process at the Nur Adia Education Foundation. LBS technology is used to ensure that the user's location when taking attendance is in a predetermined area, while Face Recognition ensures that the user's face matches the facial data registered in the system. This study utilizes the Research and Development (R&D) method which begins with problem identification, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. The test results show that the application can validate the location and identity of the user quickly with a good level of accuracy. The Flutter framework enables cross-platform development with a user-friendly interface and optimal performance. This technology integration has successfully replaced the manual attendance method, providing a modern solution to support digital transformation in educational organizations. This research is expected to be the first step in adopting a technology-based system for more efficient and effective operational needs.
