Diawal pembuatan sistem atau aplikasi selalu dilakukanya perancangan sistem tahap awal ialah dengan membuat prototype. Prototipe merupakan suatu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak atau perangkat lunak yang melakukan proses pembuatan rancangan secara bertahap, memungkinkan calon pengguna untuk mengevaluasinya dengan cepat. Selama proses pembuatan sistem prototipe, interaksi langsung antara pengembang dan klien dapat terjadi melalui pendekatan prototyping. Untuk memahami kebutuhan klien, penting bagi pengembang untuk menjalin kerjasama yang efektif dan berkomunikasi dengan baik guna mengatasi potensi ketidakselarasan. Oleh karena itu, pada akhirnya, prototipe akan menghasilkan rancangan sistem interaktif yang memenuhi persyaratan.. Hasil dari perancangan sistem yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti akan dikembangkan kedepannya menggunakan bahasa pemprograman berbasis mobile

Konseling yang ditawarkan di universitas dapat membantu mahasiswa yang mempunyai permasalahan dan membutuhkan nasihat ahli. Dengan adanya sistem informasi konseling online dapat memudahkan siswa dalam mencari konseling. Sistem ini memiliki beberapa fungsi seperti database pelajar, konselor, jadwal konseling, dan arsip data. Untuk merancang sistem ini, saya menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, dan pengujian. Saat merancang sistem ini, saya juga menggunakan teknologi pengembangan web terkini seperti database PHP, HTML dan MySQL untuk memastikan skalabilitas dan keamanan sistem. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini diharapkan siswa dapat segera mengatur jadwal konseling untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Siswa dapat mengirimkan jadwal bimbingan belajar, melihat informasi tutor yang tersedia, dan melihat serta menghapus arsip jadwal bimbingan belajar.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in the tourism sector. One of the innovations that has developed is the use of an android application-based information system to facilitate access to information and needs more quickly, practically and precisely. One that needs it is Tranding Camp. Tranding Camp is one of the natural tourist attractions located in North Sumatra where ticket purchases there still use manual methods without the help of technology. This is certainly less effective, if there are many visitors who come, there will be a queue and of course this limits the ability of ticket managers to monitor ticket inventory and make timely decisions. This study builds an android-based ticket booking application using the Periodic Review System method. The Periodic Review System method is able to solve these problems by calculating predictions to manage ticket inventory efficiently in a certain period. The application built is android-based, this application aims to make it easier for visitors to buy tickets and assist managers in stock management. The results of the study showed an increase in operational efficiency and ticket management at Tranding Camp, supporting the use of information technology to improve the quality of tourism services. From the results of testing carried out with a blackbox testing approach, the system that was built can run well.

The use of Android mobile applications in the healthcare sector as tools for patient progress reporting has become a significant innovation. The mobile Android-based patient progress reporting information system (SI-PELPASI) serves as a solution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in patient monitoring. This study aims to develop a mobile Android-based patient progress reporting information system at the Bukit doa rehabilitation centre, an Institution for Mandatory Reporting (IPWL). The system development in this study employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which consists of systematic stages: the planning stage aims to plan the system, the analysis stage involves reviewing existing and current systems and collecting data through interviews and observations, the design stage includes designing Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams and the user interface, the implementation stage uses the Kodular app creation platform, and the testing stage uses the black box method to test system functionality. Our findings resulted in the Patient Progress Reporting Information System in the form of a Mobile Android application named SI-PELPASI. The application runs smoothly and can be operated on Android-based mobile devices. With this application, the process of reporting patient progress becomes faster and real-time.

Mobile-based apps have become one of the most important aspects of daily life and even for spiritual and aesthetic purposes such as ordering calligraphy and inscriptions. This also had an impact on the Inscription Blessing Shop. In recent years, the demand for personalized calligraphy and inscriptions has increased significantly. However, this store experienced problems in the ordering process. The process of ordering calligraphy and inscriptions is often still done conventionally, where consumers have to come to the store to place an order which may take a long time and is inefficient. To overcome these obstacles, an effective and efficient system is needed by designing and building a mobile-based booking application. This application will be designed using the waterfall development method by utilizing Fabric JS technology as an interface design. The results of this study were obtained that a mobile-based application called the Blessing Inscription Application was formed which can order inscriptions and other carvings anywhere and anytime. The app can allow users to select different types of calligraphy fonts, set layouts, and add decorative elements. This research is expected to make a significant contribution in facilitating users' creativity and enriching their experience in designing and sharing calligraphy works and digital inscriptions.

The development of information technology in the digital era has created many new efficient applications. With the development of computer technology as a means of processing data into information which is then processed again in such a way in its presentation. Perum BULOG is one of the state-owned companies engaged in rice logistics and food security. As a company that continues to carry out public duties from the government, BULOG in carrying out activities that can stabilize the basic purchase price for grain, stabilize prices, especially basic prices, distribute rice for the poor (Raskin) and manage food stocks. This research aims to optimize the process of purchasing food and distributing computerized social assistance. The development method used in making this system is the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method which can model objects in the system, in the context of AIS, objects such as "accounts, transactions" can be represented as objects in the OOAD model. The results showed that the sales and distribution activities of social assistance are increasingly managed according to the needs equipped with a transaction process that can be stored.

Marriage counseling is an effort that can be aimed at preparing prospective couples to establish a more serious relationship. Good communication involvement between the two prospective couples is one factor in building a solid foundation in marriage. Life after marriage has a big role and responsibility. Divorce can occur due to lack of readiness between the two prospective couples, so marriage counseling is very important so that prospective brides and grooms can prepare carefully for the relationship that will be carried out in the future. Therefore, this study builds a marriage counseling mobile application aimed at understanding the roles and responsibilities of marriage. This study itself uses a qualitative method by collecting, analyzing and reviewing valid data and information regarding marriage counseling for prospective couples. The waterfall method is used in this study as a system design where the waterfall is considered adaptable in the development of a marriage counseling mobile application accompanied by Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling.

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin maju, membuat beberapa rumpun ataupun sektor harus memanfaatkannya. Salah satuny adalah rumpun pendidikan, rumpun pendidikan hendaknya memanfaatkan media komunikasi sebagai media pembelajaran. Pada umumnya, proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka di ruangan kelas. Mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara menggunakan metode pembelajaran blended learning yaitu pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan aplikasi Whatsapp sebagai media pembelajarannya. WhatsApp adalah sebuah aplikasi yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengirim pesan, panggilan, panggilan video, foto, video, berbagai bentuk dokumen dan pesan suara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah memanfaatkan aplikasi whatsapp sebagai media pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan di UIN Sumatera Utara sudah efektif dan efisien atau belum. Dengan melakukan pengamatan melalui whatsapp group serta wawancara dengan beberapa mahasiswa, pembelajaran menggunakan whatsapp sudah cukup efektif bagi mahasiswa.

CV Lawe Sumur merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Produksi dan pendistribusian Air Mineral Merk Khutung Khampak. Yang berdiri pada tahun 2018, CV Lawe Sumur masih melakukan pencatatan pada pendataan Karyawan, Distributor, Reseller, Supplier, Pembelian Bahan Bahan Baku, Penjualan, Pengelolaan Stok Barang, Stok Bahan Baku, dan Inventaris secara manual dan Excel, yang mana pencatatan manual dapat membuat pendataan di dalam buku mudah rusak dan hilang dan akan menyulitkan pihak CV dalam mencari ulang data yang lama. CV memerlukan sistem informasi manajemen sehingga risiko kesalahan manusia dalam pencatatan data dapat ditangani secara memadai. Perencanaan Sumber Daya Perusahaan dalam Sistem Informasi Manajemen akan membuat lebih mudah bagi pengguna di Lawe Sumur CV dalam proses deposit. Basis data MySQL dan kerangka kerja Laravel digunakan dalam konstruksi sistem informasi manajemen. Kemungkinan penipuan dalam manajemen keuangan dan pasokan barang berkurang karena data disimpan secara real time dan terintegrasi ke dalam database tunggal.

Toko salah duga merupakan sebuah toko distributor yang bergerak dalam bidang bisnis penjualan sembako dengan melakukan pemasukan barang-barang bahan sembako yang dibutuhkan oleh beberapa grosir, toko retail, toko kelontong, dan usaha rumahan. Namun pada toko tersebut belum terdapat pencatatan penjualan secara terperinci seperti proses transaksi yang masih menggunakan media kertas, dan sistem pemesanan dilakukan secara langsung Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan membangun Sistem Informasi Point Of Sales berbasis android dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Framework React Native berbasis android serta menggunakan Firebase Realtime Database sebagai penyimpanan data. Sistem ini dilengkapi fitur pemesanan online, fitur data kas, fitur data barang, data karyawan, serta riwayat transaksi antara pembeli dan penjual terkait sistem pengkreditan. Dengan adanya sistem Point Of Sales tersebut dapat memudahkan pembeli dan penjual dalam melakukan proses transaksi, penjual dapat denga mudah mengontrok laporan keuangan terkait pengeluaran dan pemasukan, dapat memudahkan pembeli untuk melakukan pemesanan secara online menggunaka sistem Point Of Sales yang tersedia.
