Abstract

A court decision represents a concrete form of legal application by a panel of judges in resolving a case. The issue in this study lies in how the views and legal considerations of the panel of judges were formulated in rendering the decision in Case No. 227/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Prob at the Religious Court of Probolinggo. This study aims to analyze the legal basis, judicial considerations, and the consistency of the panel’s legal reasoning in the decision. The research method used is normative juridical with a case study approach, where data was obtained through document studies of the court decision and relevant literature. The results indicate that the panel of judges in this case based their considerations on the aspects of substantive justice and the principle of legal benefit for the disputing parties. Furthermore, it was found that the legal reasoning in the decision took into account a balance between legal values and societal social norms. These findings highlight the importance of consistency and clarity in formulating legal considerations so that the resulting decision can reflect a sense of justice for society.

Abstract

This study examines the epistemological foundations of Qur'anic interpretation (tafsir) within the curriculum of traditional Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in the Nusantara, with a focus on integrating classical and contemporary interpretative methodologies into curriculum management. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, historical tracing, and content analysis of canonical tafsir texts (such as Tafsir Jalalayn, Ibn Kathir, and Baidhawi) alongside institutional documents, the research traces the evolution of tafsir education across generations. The study covers Pesantren of the salaf (clasic) (Langitan, Lirboyo, Blokagung), khalaf (modern) (Gontor, Al-Azhar Medan, Al-Amanah Sidoarjo), and hybrid (Tebuireng, Al-Munawwir Krapyak, Darunnajah Jakarta) typologies. Findings indicate that while the classical naqli-based approach remains dominant, there has been a gradual integration of ʿaqli-contextual methods, characterized by thematic and rational interpretations, aimed at addressing contemporary issues such as pluralism, public ethics, and democracy. This study proposes a layered curriculum model grounded in epistemological progression, organizing tafsir learning from traditional texts at the foundational level to reformist and thematic interpretations at the advanced level. Such a model bridges the preservation of Islamic scholarly heritage with contemporary relevance (ṣāliḥ li kulli zamān wa makān), reinforcing the role of Pesantren as centers of Islamic learning that produce graduates with strong textual competence and ethical sensitivity toward social realities.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred institution in Islam and the Indonesian legal system, which requires the presence of a guardian as one of its pillars. The problem arises when a daughter is born outside the bonds of a legal marriage, causing debate about the legality of the biological father to act as a marriage guardian. This study aims to examine in depth the legal status of biological fathers as marriage guardians for extra-marital daughters, focusing on a comparative analysis between the perspective of the Shafi'i Mazhab and the provisions in Indonesian positive law. This research uses a juridical-normative method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, through a literature study of classical Syafi'iyah fiqh books, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and decisions of the Constitutional Court. The results showed that according to the Syafi'i Mazhab, an extramarital child does not have a nasab relationship with his biological father, so it is not valid for him to be a marriage guardian, and guardianship is left to the judge's guardian.In Indonesian positive law, although there is recognition of the civil relationship between the child and the biological father based on Constitutional Court Decision No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010, this recognition does not include guardianship rights in marriage. The gap in this research lies in the inconsistency between the recognition of civil relationship and guardianship authority in legal practice. The findings of this research provide a normative contribution in clarifying the legal position of the guardian of extramarital children and the urgency of synchronization between Islamic law and national law in answering contemporary family problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mereinterpretasi nilai-nilai aswaja sebagai basis penguatan pluralisme di masyarakat multicultural. Dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia yang multikultural, nilai-nilai Aswaja (Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah) sering dipersepsi sebagai eksklusif dan hanya relevan dalam lingkup internal organisasi keagamaan tertentu. Sementara itu, pluralisme masih dihadapkan pada resistensi sosial yang menganggapnya bertentangan dengan doktrin keagamaan. Penelitian sebelumnya lebih menekankan pada moderasi beragama, namun belum banyak yang mengkaji reinterpretasi Aswaja sebagai kerangka inklusif untuk memperkuat pluralisme sosial. Riset ini ingin membuktikan bahwa nilai-nilai tradisi Islam Nusantara dapat menjadi basis integratif bagi keberagaman budaya dan agama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan hermeneutika kritis terhadap teks-teks Aswaja klasik, ditambah studi lapangan pada komunitas NU di Jawa dan Madura. Data diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi partisipatif, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model triangulasi sumber dan interpretasi tematik untuk menemukan relevansi nilai-nilai Aswaja dengan konteks pluralisme kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Aswaja bersifat kontekstual dan fleksibel, sehingga dapat ditafsirkan ulang sebagai landasan etis untuk membangun kohesi sosial di masyarakat multikultural. Reinterpretasi nilai tasamuh menghasilkan paradigma toleransi aktif, sementara tawassuth meneguhkan sikap moderat yang menjembatani perbedaan identitas keagamaan. Dengan demikian, Aswaja tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai doktrin internal NU, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen penguatan pluralisme dan harmoni sosial.

Abstract

The planned and systematic use of information and communication technology devices, media, and resources is essential to support effective learning in the era of globalization. The challenges of teaching Islamic Education at Yasmida Ambarawa Senior High School have prompted the need for technology-based innovation. This study aims to analyze the use of learning technology, particularly the interactive digital media Kahoot, in improving Islamic education learning outcomes. The research method employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews with teachers and the school principal, and documentation of student learning outcomes. The results indicate that the integration of Kahoot in learning creates a more engaging, interactive, and motivating learning environment, encouraging students to participate actively. Improvements were observed in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of the students. Additionally, Kahoot's real-time feedback feature accelerates evaluation and improvement of students' understanding. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of enhancing teachers' competencies in educational technology, developing diverse digital media, and providing technological facilities in schools. The integration of educational technology has proven to be an effective strategy for improving the quality and outcomes of Islamic education in the present era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of vocational curricula in pesantren-based madrasahs as an integrative strategy to produce graduates who are technically competent, spiritually religious, and adaptive to labor market demands. The research was conducted at MA Nurul Qarnain Sukowono Jember and MA Al-Fauzan Labruk Lumajang using a qualitative-descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that curriculum planning is carried out participatively, involving various stakeholders and based on SWOT analysis, Islamic values of Ahlussunnah wal-Jama’ah, and synchronization with national regulations. In its implementation, the madrasahs apply a project-based learning approach that integrates practical skills and Islamic character education, resulting in a “character-based skills” model rooted in the pesantren tradition. Meanwhile, curriculum evaluation is conducted in a tiered and collaborative manner through a modified CIPP model incorporating reflective, spiritual, and social dimensions, where student outcomes are assessed not only academically but also through community and market recognition. This study offers a theoretical contribution by enriching the theories of Gordon, Oliva, and the CIPP evaluation model, and presents a novelty in the form of a contextual-religious vocational curriculum model based on the pesantren system, which is feasible for adoption in contemporary Islamic education. The findings indicate that systemic integration of skills education and Islamic values can serve as a foundation for transforming madrasah education into a competitive and locally rooted system.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang tidak menentu menuntut adanya perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual adalah salah satu Madrasah yang melakukan inovasi pembelajaran yang di sesuaikan dengan keadaan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode pembelajaran Luar kelas dengan model contextual Teaching and learning (CTL) di era Covid-19. Metode penelitian adalah metode diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang di gunakan adalah studi content analysis yaitu penelitian yang melakukan pembahasan dari sebuah informasi tertulis secara dalam. Adapun subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, Guru , dan 3 siswa. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pada masa pandemi di Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual terbagi terbagi menjadi dua masa yaitu Pandemi I dan masa Pandemi II.Pada msa Pandemi I pembelajarannaya masih berjalan normal, hanya tetap memakai standar protokol kesehatan. Sedangkan pembelajaran pada masa Pandemi II adalah pembelajaran dengan model Contextual Teaching and learning (CTL) yang terdiri dari 7 elemen yaitu siswa melakukan kontruksi, memiliki inquiry, bertanya, model masyarakat belajar, guru enjadi model,refleksi kegiatan,penilaian obyektif. Dan hasilnya pembelajaran masa pandemi tetap berjalan dengan baik. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran, Luar kelas, CTL

Abstract

Obat tradisional jmerupakan warisan budaya bangsa yang perlu terus dilestarikan dan dikembangkan guna menunjang pembangunan kesehatan dan meningkatkan perekonomian rakyat. Obat tradisional adalah resep turun-temurun dari leluhurnya agar dapat dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Bahan-bahan jamu sendiri diambil dari tumbuh-tumbuhan yang ada di Indonesia. Di desa Rembun, Potensi jamu atau obat tradisional sudah berkembang, akan tetapi masyarakat didesa Rembun mengalami sedikit kendala yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran. Jenis metode yang dipilih adalah deskriptif analisis yaitu mengambil masalah atau memusatkan perhatian kepada masalah/konflik kemudian diolah dan di analisis untuk diambil kesimpulannya. Jamu yang di hasilkan, memiliki ciri khas dan rasa yang berbeda-beda, atau dalam kata lain, setiap pembuat jamu memiliki resep yang berbeda dengan khasiat berbeda pula. Jamu yang di buat juga sama sekali tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet. Para penjual belum memiliki branding dan kemasan packing yang memiliki nilai jual lebih. Untuk meningkatkan hasil yang dicapai dalam produksi jamu tradisional. Ada 2 poin yang perlu dilakukan (1) pengemasan dan (2) pemasaran produk. Masyarakat di Desa Rembun Kecamatan Dampit Kabupaten Malang belum mengetahui apapun tentang packing yang bagus untuk menarik pelanggan agar nilai jual nya semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Netizens' Misconceptions of Feminism Issues in @Magdalena's Twitter Uploads ABSTRAKMagdalene adalah akun edukasi yang berfokus pada feminisme. Penyebaran konten feminisme oleh Magdalene mendapat beragam respons, salah satunya adalah miskonsepsi warganet tentang paham feminisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan miskonsepsiwarganet terhadap isi dalam unggahan Magdalaene di Twitter. Data dikumpulkan dari komentar warganet di unggahan pada 18 November 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh  bahwa warganet miskonsepsi atau salah paham terhadap wacana feminisme dari unggahan Magdalene, yakni laki-laki harus kuat, laki-laki sebagai pencari nafkah utama, dan bapak rumah tangga. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa wacana tersebut belum sepenuhnya diterima oleh masyarakat.Kata kunci: cerpen, teori resepsi sastra,tanggapan pembaca ABSTRACTMagdalene is an educational account focused on feminism. Magdalene's dissemination of feminist content received various responses, one of which was netizens' misconceptions about feminism. This study describes netizens' misconceptions about the content in Magdalaene's uploads on Twitter. Data was collected from netizen comments uploaded on November 18, 2022. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that netizens had misconceptions or misunderstood the discourse of feminism from Magdalene's uploads, namely that men must be strong and that men are the main breadwinners and fathers of the household. Abstract

Hypertension is still a health problem and is the main cause of death in developed and developing countries. According to data from (World Health Organization shows that around 1.13 billion people in the world experience hypertension. Treatment of hypertension with antihypertensive drugs is an important step to control blood pressure and prevent complications. However, patient compliance in taking antihypertensive medication is still a problem. The patient’s level of knowledge about hypertension and its treatment is one factor that can influence compliance with taking medication. Lack of knowledge often makes patients feel that they do not need to take medication regularly, especially if they do not experience symptoms. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of hypertensive patients and compliance with taking antihypertensive medication at the Herlina Cianjur Clinic. The research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study consisted of all individuals with hypertension at the Herlina Cianjur Clinic. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling, and 76 samples were obtained. The data used is primary data distributed through knowledge level questionnaires and medication adherence questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using both univariate and bivariate methods, including the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to taking antihypertensive medication, with p-value = 0.604 (p > 0.05).
