Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth promotion, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Tegalglagah Sehat Pharmacy. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verifiable design. The research sample amounted to 88 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula, and data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that the three independent variables, namely word of mouth promotion, price, and service quality, have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings reinforce the importance of the role of these three variables in shaping consumer perception and experience of services in pharmacies. Among the three, service quality has proven to be the most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction. This reflects that the better the quality of service provided by the pharmacy, the higher the level of satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, improving the quality of service is a strategic priority that cannot be ignored by pharmacy management. In addition, maintaining competitive price stability and strengthening promotions through word of mouth is also an important step in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. This strategy is not only important for retaining existing consumers, but also for attracting new consumers through positive recommendations that develop through word of mouth. Furthermore, the results of this study also indicate that pharmacy consumers are increasingly selective and critical in evaluating the health services they receive.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green product, green price, green promotion, and green place on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Cafe Angle Temu in Slawi. The study uses a descriptive quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis assisted by AMOS software. The total number of respondents was 437 customers of Cafe Corner Temu in Slawi. The results indicate that green promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, with a CR value of 6.045 (CR ≥ 1.96) and p = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). In contrast, green product does not significantly affect customer satisfaction (CR = -0.505, p = 0.614), green price has no effect (CR = -0.233, p = 0.816), and green place is also not significant (CR = 1.908, p = 0.056). Regarding the path to customer loyalty, green place has a positive effect on customer loyalty (CR = 8.827, p = 0.000). Meanwhile, green product (CR = 0.002; p = 0.998), green price (CR = 1.528; p = 0.126), green promotion (CR = -1.518; p = 0.129), and customer satisfaction (CR = 0.426; p = 0.670) do not show a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Bisnis ritel swalayan berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap produk sehari-hari, sehingga mendorong persaingan yang ketat antar swalayan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Swalayan Nadia Mart Losari yang berdiri sejak tahun 2009 di Brebes, dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 171 konsumen. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 0,05 dan t hitung 3,189 t tabel 1,97427. Variabel harga juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan t hitung 5,351 t tabel 1,97427. Sedangkan promosi berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 0,05 dan t hitung 2,813 t tabel 1,97427. Secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 51,840 F tabel 2,654 dan signifikansi 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the extent to which promotion, the capital addition system, and service quality influence financing decisions at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, Tegal Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach, relying on structured data collection methods through surveys distributed in the form of questionnaires. The respondents were selected from the official customer database of PT PNM Mekaar Unit Margasari 2, ensuring that the sample represented individuals directly involved with the company’s financing services. A total of 109 customers were chosen as the sample to reflect the broader population and to obtain results that are statistically reliable. The findings indicate that promotion, capital addition systems, and service quality each play a crucial role in shaping customers’ financing decisions. When analyzed simultaneously, these three variables demonstrate a significant and measurable effect, suggesting that improvements in promotional strategies, the design of capital addition mechanisms, and the overall quality of service delivery can directly increase customers’ willingness to engage in financing. These results highlight the importance of integrated management strategies within PT PNM Mekaar, emphasizing the need to continuously refine marketing efforts, optimize financial procedures, and maintain high service standards in order to build stronger customer trust and enhance decision-making outcomes.

Abstract

In the era of rapid development of digital technology, one of the marketing strategies that is increasingly being applied is through artists as advertising promotions for a product through television, including advertisements on Clear shampoo products. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of celebrity endorser analysis, brand image, brand trust and television advertising on shampoo purchase decisions at Mapur stores in Brebes District. The correlation method with the quantitative approach method carried out is based on positivistic research data (concrete data), namely numerical values that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem studied to produce a conclusion. The population of this study was Clear shampoo customers at the Mapur store, Jagalempeni Village, Brebes Regency. The sample was obtained by the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of the population of 413 people, then a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used was in the form of primary data from filling out questionnaires. The results of the t test in the study found that the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions, television advertisements did not affect purchase decisions. Based on the F test, this value is obtained that brand trust has the most significant influence, followed by brand image, television advertising, and celebrity endorsers in order of significance of influence in a given analysis model. These results provide an idea of the relative contribution of each independent variable to the dependent variable simultaneously influencing the determination in purchasing decisions on Clear shampoo products.

Abstract

The level of public satisfaction with public services in Kalirahayu Village, Losari District, Cirebon Regency is still relatively low. This phenomenon is allegedly influenced by the quality of office facilities and the level of work discipline of village officials. This study aims to analyze the influence of office facilities and work discipline on the performance of village apparatus, both partially and simultaneously. The optimal performance of village apparatus is the key in realizing responsive, efficient, and community-satisfied public services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out through direct observation, structured interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 45 respondents consisting of village officials and service user communities. The research instrument is tested for validity and reliability before use. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software through multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, and F-tests to test the influence of each variable. The results of the study show that office facilities and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of village apparatus. Partially, both variables contribute to performance improvement, and simultaneously strengthen the effectiveness of public services. These findings affirm the importance of improving work facilities and establishing a disciplined work culture as the main strategy in improving the quality of public services at the village level. The practical implications of this research encourage the village government to evaluate and continuously improve work facilities and strengthen the work ethic of village officials.

Abstract

The low performance of employees, which is caused by suboptimal work motivation, training programs that are not fully relevant to job requirements, and inconsistent discipline, remains a major issue. This condition is also evident at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (Baperlitbangda) of Brebes Regency, where several employees have shown work delays, lack of initiative, and training programs that are not well-targeted. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, training, and work discipline on the performance of employees at Baperlitbangda Brebes. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The population consisted of all 50 employees of Baperlitbangda, and due to the relatively small population size, a saturated sampling technique was applied so that the entire population was included as research respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training also shows a positive and significant effect, suggesting that relevant training materials, competent instructors, and appropriate methods can enhance productivity. Work discipline significantly affects performance, particularly through compliance with regulations, punctuality, and responsibility. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation, training, and discipline are crucial factors that must be taken into consideration in improving employee performance in the public sector. The practical implication of this study is that the management of Baperlitbangda Brebes needs to strengthen its reward system, improve the quality of training, and enforce disciplinary rules to enhance organizational performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dari inklusi finansial, pemahaman tentang keuangan, dan penggunaan payment gateway (QRIS) dalam pengelolaan keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Wanasari. UMKM memainkan peranan penting dalam ekonomi nasional, tetapi masih menghadapi berbagai masalah, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan distribusi kuesioner kepada 185 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Wanasari. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26, melalui serangkaian prosedur seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis guna memperoleh kesimpulan yang valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara akademik Secara keseluruhan, ketiga variabel independen ini juga menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pengelolaan aspek keuangan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of credit interest rates and third-party funds on the credit distribution of PT BPR BKK Banjarharjo, Brebes Regency, using a quantitative approach based on secondary data from monthly financial reports between 2020 and 2024, amounting to 60 observations. The results show that, partially, credit interest rates exert a negative and significant effect on credit distribution, while third-party funds demonstrate a positive and significant impact. Simultaneous testing further confirms that both variables collectively have a significant influence on credit distribution. These findings emphasize the importance of banking institutions in carrying out their intermediation function effectively, where the ability to maintain competitive credit interest rates and strengthen public fund mobilization becomes a strategic necessity to improve credit growth and financial stability. Moreover, the study highlights the role of micro-banking as a foundation for regional economic development, particularly in rural areas where local banks serve as drivers of community empowerment and sustainable economic activity. By reinforcing prudent management of interest rates and optimizing fund collection, banks can ensure not only improved financial performance but also the expansion of credit access for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The outcomes of this research are expected to provide practical contributions to policymakers in the banking sector, enrich scientific literature in financial management, and serve as a relevant reference for subsequent studies focusing on credit distribution, financial intermediation, and the development of microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Penetapan harga jual produk merupakan salah satu jenis suatu keputusan manajemen yang begitu penting. Para pelaku usaha harus tepat dalam menentukan harga jual haruslah tepat. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi paara pelaku UMKM tersebut adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dalam aspek keuangan, seperti penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) sebagai dasar dalam menentukan harga jual produk. Masalah tersebut dirasakan juga oleh pelaku usaha di Desa Parereja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, tim pengabdian masyarakat mendapatkan informasi mengenai kurangnya pendampingan pelaku usaha dalam menentukan harga jual produk.. Kegiatan utama yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan penentuan harga jual produk. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini |adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam menentukan harga jual produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM mampu melakukan perencanaan keuangan pada bisnisnya. Berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi, pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM meningkat setelah dilaksanakan pendampingan ini. Hal ini dapat menambahkan pengetahuan pembukuan sederhana keuangan yang baik, para pelaku usaha di Desa Parereja, Brebes diharapkan menjadi lebih maju, lancar, dan berkembang dalam menjalankan bisnisnya.
