The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a comparison of the increase in critical thinking skills and student engagement between students who study using the teaching at the right level (TARL) approach and students who study using the conventional approach. The approach used in this research is mixed method. Based on the results of descriptive data analysis for the experimental class, the mean score for the students' pretest = 53.46 and posttest = 83.46. while in the control class the results were the student's average pretest score = 51.53 and the posttest = 75.36. This means that there is a difference in the increase in students' critical thinking abilities before and after being given learning using the TaRL approach. Meanwhile, the results of student involvement in the experimental class are that students can actively participate in class discussions, students can ask questions to obtain further information, students can work independently, students can solve problems flexibly, and students want to get satisfactory grades. Meanwhile, in the control class, the indicators achieved are fewer, namely students can ask questions to get further information, students can get to know teachers at school, students can work independently, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in increasing critical thinking skills and student involvement between students who study with the TARL approach and students who study with the conventional approach.

Division arithmetic operations are one of the materials in elementary school mathematics lessons that students must learn. Division arithmetic operations in high classes are usually carried out using sequential division. The aim of this research is to describe students' learning difficulties in the division arithmetic operation material using a stacked method. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is class IV students at SD Negeri Bokor, Tumpang District. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that students still experience difficulties in carrying out division calculation operations using a stacked method. Learning difficulties faced by students include weak mastery of prerequisite material, poor understanding of the concept of division and lack of skills in calculating division in descending order. The recommendation from this research is that there is further research as a solution to the problems found in this research.

Multicultural education is an essential approach for fostering inclusivity and promoting diversity within primary school settings. This systematic literature review aims to explore the issues employed in multicultural education within primary schools, utilizing a data source from Springer, a renowned academic publisher. This research applies the systematic review literature method with the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) protocol. The review examines scholarly articles published between 2018 and 2023 to identify trends, challenges, and best practices in the field. The findings of this review have implications for educators, policymakers, and practitioners in the field of education. The identified best practices, such as problem-based learning, social-emotional learning, and virtual field trips, can guide the development of curriculum frameworks, instructional approaches, and professional development programs that prioritize multicultural education in primary schools.

The Empty Horse tradition in Cianjur Regency of West Java of Indonesia holds an anthropological allure that symbolizes the courage, resilience, and aspirations of the local community in navigating historical social and political challenges. However, modernization has led to the diminishing recognition of its profound values, especially among younger generations. This study aims to explore the symbolism embedded in the Empty Horse tradition and its connection to the cultural identity of the Cianjur community, as well as strategies for its preservation through education and modern media. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research collected data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and literature reviews. Analysis was conducted using Lévi-Strauss' structuralism perspective to uncover the symbolic meanings and values inherent in this tradition. The findings reveal that the Empty Horse tradition is not only a symbol of diplomacy and wisdom in Cianjur’s history but also an essential tool for strengthening social cohesion and local identity. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of concrete measures such as documentation, cultural education, and the promotion of this tradition at both local and global levels. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of local cultural heritage and highlights opportunities to integrate it into the global cultural framework.

Electronic-based teaching materials and learning media are really needed by teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education to equip themselves to face the digital era. This activity aims to provide new knowledge and update knowledge related to the preparation of electronic teaching materials and learning media to prospective teachers and teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education. The method used is training and mentoring with direct supervision through face-to-face activities. Participants in this activity are prospective teachers and teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education in the Malang area, especially in the Kepanjen area, Malang. There were 30 participants, consisting of teachers and students of Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education at Malang State University. This activity succeeded in having a positive impact on prospective teachers and teachers who graduated from Teacher Professional Education, because after participating in the activity, prospective teachers and teachers could easily create electronic-based teaching materials and learning media.

Pendidik di era modern menghadapi tantangan dalam menciptakan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa, khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam pembelajaran matematika di SDN Percobaan 2 Malang, khususnya pada kelas 2B, adalah rendahnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam mempelajari materi tentang penggunaan dan pemeliharaan alat ukur. Materi ini sering kali disampaikan secara konvensional melalui metode ceramah, yang cenderung membuat siswa kurang berpartisipasi dan mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep yang diajarkan. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil belajar adalah model pembelajaran teams games tournament (TGT) berbantuan dadu bergambar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil belajar siswa kelas 2B SDN Percobaan 2 Malang setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan dadu bergambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one-shot case study, yaitu suatu pendekatan penelitian di mana perlakuan khusus diberikan kepada subjek penelitian, kemudian diikuti dengan pengukuran dampak dari perlakuan tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas 2B SDN Percobaan 2 Malang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes evaluasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 25 siswa memperoleh nilai di atas 70, sedangkan 3 siswa memperoleh nilai di bawah 70. Secara klasikal, tingkat ketuntasan belajar mencapai 89,28 persen, yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan dadu bergambar berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Facing the era of globalization and technological developments lately, the world is faced with a fast flow of information. Therefore, the important of information technology and the internet in various fields of life, including the world of education. This study aims to describe the implementation of Imla online learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the student the students of LPBA Al Qodiri Islamic boarding School Jember. This research technique uses observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of Imla online learning could improve students’ ability to write Arabic. Judging from the learning that has been applied with the progress of each meeting, where students can write correctly or not make mistakes. Judging from the results of the research that there has been an increase in students, let online-based learning continue to be carried out, because with the online learning of Imla ‘this makes people who want to learn very easy to obtain, then it will also have a positive impact on smartphone users who is on the rise at this time.

This socialization explains how public awareness is about waste in the surrounding environment and how to sort waste. KKN students provide facilities for the Teniga Village community regarding waste with the Environmental Service as the resource person with the aim of increasing public awareness regarding waste sorting which will later be sold to improve the community's economy. Students conducted a location survey to find out the waste problem in Teniga Village.

The low level of student collaboration in Informatics learning presents a serious challenge that can hinder the achievement of optimal cognitive learning outcomes. A lack of cooperation causes students to struggle with sharing ideas, solving problems together, and developing a deep conceptual understanding. To address this issue, a Flash Card learning medium based on Augmented Reality (AR) was developed and integrated with a Joyful Learning approach. The aim is to create an enjoyable and interactive learning environment while enhancing student collaboration. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model in the development process. The resulting media was evaluated for feasibility and effectiveness through observations and learning outcome tests. Collaboration aspects were assessed using indicators such as communication, task distribution, decision-making consensus, and active engagement. The findings revealed that the AR-based Flash Card media significantly improved the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students in the Computer Systems topic, as evidenced by 93.3% of students scoring above the minimum passing grade, with an average score of 84.6. Additionally, the collaboration level reached 87.6%, categorized as “very good.” With interactive 3D visualizations and an enjoyable learning atmosphere, this media effectively supports Informatics learning in both cognitive and socio-affective aspects.
