Abstract

3D printers of the extrusion type, also known as Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), are widely used to create products from polymer materials in the desired shapes, such as bricks, holders, toys, and so on. The quality of the printed results is significantly influenced by the process parameters that can be adjusted. This study aims to analyze the effect of the line width parameter on the tensile strength of the prints produced using extrusion-type 3D printers. The specimen design follows the ASTM D638 type IV standard, with variations in the line-width printing parameters: 0.3 mm (P1), 0.4 mm (P2), and 0.5 mm (P3). The specimens were printed in PLA. Testing was conducted on 9 specimens, 3 for each line width parameter (P1, P2, P3), using a Universal Testing Machine. The average tensile strength values obtained were 27.97 MPa (P1), 31.61 MPa (P2), and 30.52 MPa (P3). The highest tensile strength was achieved with a line width of 0.4 mm. The results of the study indicate that the line width parameter affects the tensile strength of the printed results. Determining appropriate printing parameters can improve the quality of the printed product.

Abstract

In Islamic economics, there are several sectors that do not exist in conventional economics, namely voluntary sectors such as waqf. Waqf has played an important role in the social, economic, and cultural development of society. Now there are several digital-based applications that aim to make it easier for people to participate in waqf. Therefore, the author wants to examine how digital finance is applied in waqf in the Amalsholeh application. The main objective of this study is to identify digital finance-based cash waqf and understand its application in the Amalsholeh application. This study is a combination of literature research and descriptive research. Literature research is research in which the source data comes from books. Descriptive research is research that focuses on analysing a research object. The author also used previous research on waqf. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, namely by observing the amalsholeh waqf application. The type of observation carried out was participant observation, whereby the author used the amalsholeh application. The author also used inductive techniques to identify data by drawing conclusions from various data. The steps in inductive research are data collection, data analysis, and then drawing conclusions from the findings. The result of this research is that waqf is a form of charity that is encouraged in Islam. Waqf is not only in the form of goods but can also be in the form of money. In Indonesia, digital waqf based on digital finance has emerged, making it easier for people to donate money online. There are many waqf applications, one of which is the Amalsholeh application, which has a waqf feature. Users of the Amalsholeh application can choose any waqf programme they want with various payment methods, and there is no minimum donation amount.

Abstract

The advancement of blockchain technology has introduced new digital economic instruments, notably Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), which function not only as representations of digital asset ownership but also as investment vehicles with highly volatile values. This development has sparked debates within Islamic law, particularly regarding the presence of gharar (excessive uncertainty) and maisir (speculative gambling) in NFT investment practices. This study examines the legal status of NFT investment from the perspective of ḥadīth-based muʿāmalah and analyzes the extent to which gharar and maisir are inherent in its transactional mechanisms. Employing a qualitative library research approach, this study uses descriptive-analytical methods to examine Prophetic ḥadīths prohibiting gharar and maisir, and contextualizes them within the technical characteristics and transaction structures of NFTs. Data sources include classical ḥadīth collections, ḥadīth commentaries, fiqh al-muʿāmalah literature, and relevant contemporary scholarly works. The findings indicate that NFTs, as digital assets, possess definable objects, ownership clarity, and verifiable delivery through blockchain technology, and therefore do not inherently constitute gharar. However, the use of cryptocurrency, extreme price volatility, and short-term speculative behavior may introduce elements of gharar and maisir if not accompanied by clear valuation, utility, and investment objectives. Consequently, the permissibility of NFT investment cannot be generalized but must be assessed contextually to uphold justice and the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl).
