Abstract

Laporan Perbaikan Pembelajaran ini berjudul Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika dengan menggunakan Media Gambar di kelas III SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau. Masalah dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah Apakah hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan Media Gambar?. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau dengan menggunakan Media Gambar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang diawali oleh data pratindakan dan dua kali pelaksanaan siklus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III SD Negeri 39 Lubuklinggau dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan Media Gambar. Keadaan sebelum perbaikan pembelajaran, jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar atau memperoleh nilai ≥ 70 baru mencapai 8 orang (23.39%), pada siklus I yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar 25 orang (73.39%) dan pada siklus II tingkat ketuntasan mencapai 32 orang (94.12%). Maka pelaksanaan pembelajaran Matematika ini sudah dapat dikatakan berhasil karena sudah memenuhi syarat ketuntasan minimal klasikal yaitu 85% siswa yang mencapai nilai ≥ 70 Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, Matematika, Media Gambar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of recruitment of teaching staff and education staff in SDIT Cendikia Faiha Palembang . This research was conducted from July to December 2020, with qualitative research methods and qualitative descriptive research types. Respondents in this study were the head of the foundation as well as the teaching and education staff, including: school principals, curriculum representatives, student representatives, teachers and administrative staff. The writer used observation, interview and documentation techniques to obtain some information. The results of this study are the recruitment of educators and education personnel at SDIT Cendikia Faiha has been going well and effectively. This recruitment activity begins with careful planning in analyzing the needs of educators and education personnel based on the number of students, by a recruitment committee consisting of the head of the Foundation, the principal, the curriculum assistant, the student assistant and some of the teaching staff. Then the stages of vacancy publication to receipt of application documents, procurement of interview test selections, Qur’an recitation / reading Qur’an tests and micro teaching tests as well as a 3-month coaching and orientation process for applicants who pass the selection

Abstract

this study investigates the impact of digital innovation on the teaching of Islamic Education (PAI), highlighting how technology enhances learning outcomes and engagement. The research focuses on the integration of interactive learning applications, e-learning platforms, social media, and educational software into PAI instruction. The primary objective is to evaluate how these technological tools affect student understanding, motivation, and accessibility to learning materials. Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews with teachers and students, the study reveals that digital tools make PAI more engaging and relevant. Students appreciate the flexibility of e-learning platforms, which allow for personalized learning experiences. However, challenges such as technology access disparities between urban and rural areas, as well as the need for ongoing teacher training, are identified. The findings suggest that while digital innovations have positive effects on PAI, addressing access issues and enhancing teacher competency are crucial for maximizing their benefits. This study underscores the need for continuous investment in technology infrastructure and professional development to ensure equitable and effective digital education in Islamic studies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk membandingkan sistem pendidikan negara yang berada dikawasan asia. Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang kurikulum di negara Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Jepang dan Korea Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah  metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data dengan menggunakan studi litelatur dari beberapa sumber artikel, jurnal dan buku serta sumber terpercaya lainnya. Kurikulum merupakan seperangkat rencana suatu pembelajaran yang terdiri dari materi-materi pelajaran yang terstruktur dan terencana dengan sangat baik yang akan berkaitan dengan berbagai macam kegiatan dan interaksi sosial di suatu lingkungan dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil yang didapat adalah Malaysia, Singapura, Jepang, dan Korea Selatan mempunya kurikulum yang berbeda dengan Indonesia yang mereka terapkan di dunia pendidikan. Di Indonesia sendiri kurikulum masih sering berubah-ubah sehinnga Indonesia masih sedikit tertinggal di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat membuat mengadopsi sistem pendidikan negara-negara lain guna untuk meningkattkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The Primadona Tuban is a CSR program that aims to solve environmental, economic, social, and community welfare problems. This research describes the impacts that occurred in society after the implementation of the Primadona Tuban Program. Discussion of impacts is carried out using a sustainable compass analysis consisting of nature, economic, society, and well-being. Researchers operate a sustainability compass using 17 SDGs indicators. The research results show that the Primadona Tuban Program has had an impact on nature in the form of planting 3 types of trees, carbon absorption of 483.2 g/hour, managing vegetation cover, and handling climate change. The economic impact that occurs is improving the group's economy through tourism activities and marine product management, infrastructure development, increasing marine protein consumption by 25%, and collaboration between groups to achieve goals. The social impact of this program is gender equality with the involvement of 2 groups of women in public spaces, access to clean water and proper sanitation, reduced inequality through access to entrepreneurship for vulnerable groups, safe settlements from disasters and strong institutions in managing Panduri Beach. The wellbeing that arises from this program is a reduction in poverty, no hunger, and a healthy and prosperous life.

Abstract

The aim of training activities in Bahaur Hulu Permai Village is an effort to improve the abilities and skills of people living in peat ecosystems, especially in coastal areas. Coastal areas not only have potential as fisheries resources, but also agriculture in a broad sense. The main income of coastal communities is marine fisheries and brackish water fisheries, if they are in a brackish water ecosystem. The potential for marine and river fisheries and land fisheries in Indonesia is very large. The problem is that people in coastal areas are still unable to manage natural potential into goods or products that have high economic benefits. The importance of increasing the abilities and skills of communities in coastal areas by conducting outreach, counseling and training in making fish-based food. One of the activities that can be improved is making fish sticks, in order to increase income for fishing families in particular, and coastal communities in general.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Creative problem-solving learning model accompanied by wordwall assessment media on the higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS) ability of physics class XI students of SMAN Balung. This research used an experimental method with a group pretest-posttest design. The data collection technique used was a written test. The tests given were objective pretest and posttest tests. The data obtained was tested using the Kolmogorov Smirnov statistical test data normality test so that the sig value was obtained.  2 tailed > 0.05 then the mann whitney-u test was carried out and obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.041. So the results of data analysis of students' physics HOTS ability are 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the criteria used in decision-making in the Mann Whitney - u nonparametric statistical test, it can be concluded that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the average value of the experimental class is greater than the control class. so it can be concluded that the Creative problem-solving learning model assisted by wordwall assessment media has a significant effect on students' physics HOTS Skills ability.

Abstract

Pelatihan bahasa Inggris khususnya komunikasi keperawatan diperlukan oleh semua calon perawat, termasuk pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang mengambil jurusan keperawatan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen bahasa Inggris keperawatan (ESP for Nursing) untuk melatih para siswa. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai media siswa belajar dan mempraktekkan bahasa Inggris terutama terkait kosa kata dan ekspresi sederhana dalam interaksi dengan pasien baik tahap pengenalan, tindakan, serta penutupan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Amanah Husada, Yogyakarta yang melibatkan 28 siswa kelas Perawat 1 dan Perawat 2. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, siswa mengikuti dengan antusias serta mendapatkan peningkatan keahlian terutama dalam berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris (Speaking Skill).

Abstract

The management and utilization of waqf is regulated in the waqf law. However, the majority of Nazirs did not carry it out. This was caused by the Nazirs' doubts that the state legal norms governing waqf were not in accordance with Islamic legal norms. This research aims to analyze the application of state legal norms in managing and utilizing waqf assets. The research method uses empirical juridical with a qualitative approach combined with statutory and conceptual approaches. The research location is in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi. The research results show that Nadir's low knowledge and understanding of state legal norms governing waqf management, including their low experience and professionalism in managing waqf, causes doubts for Nadir in developing management and productive use of waqf. Even though state legal norms governing the management and use of waqf do not conflict with Islamic law, madhab scholars view the use of waqf assets as permissible, although some scholars have differing opinions regarding the limits of such use. Therefore, increasing Nadir's understanding of state legal norms and Islamic legal norms that regulate the management and utilization of waqf is an urgent agenda in order to improve the welfare of the people.

Abstract

Scientific writing is an essential skill as an indicator to determine the ability to analyze and reflect on the results of thinking. However, students often experience difficulties in developing writing skills. This study tried a solution by applying inquiry learning by assisting with scaffolding prompting questions. The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of the scaffolding prompting questions in guided inquiry learning on scientific writing skills. The type of this research is a quasi-experiment conducted in senior high school. Science learning is conducted in two classes; experiment and control class with different treatments. The experiment class implemented guided inquiry learning assisted by a scaffolding prompting question, while the control class was taught with guided inquiry learning without scaffolding. Scientific writing skills are obtained from the evaluation of practicum reports that students have done after being trained for three lessons. The results of statistical tests on scientific writing skills using the independent sample t-test showed that the scientific writing skills of the experimental class students differed from the control class. Then, it can be concluded that the scaffolding prompting question in guided inquiry learning significantly influences scientific writing skills.
