Abstract

Private schools are today subject to intense rivalry; those without a sufficient system will fall behind their rivals. The deployment of new information and systems in the procurement division, or typically the warehouse section, which serves to help facilitate checking and procurement of property in this warehouse division, is one area where we follow recent technology. The Sekolah Globe National Plus in Batam, which had been operational for twelve years, served as the site for the author's investigation. The author employs the SDLC Waterfall approach to conduct this research; the method is frequently referred to as a design method and is used to create applications that are frequently used; in this article, the author also includes a diagram design step.

Abstract

The website is one of the technological advances, especially regarding the pages on the internet that are frequently visited. Since the internet works as a bond between sender and recipient, there are several things that can be used with it. Many companies are already using information systems to simplify the data processing process because it can make the existing processes in the company more improved. Therefore, it is necessary to design a company system for PT Leon Teknologi Global on a website basis. The approach that will be employed in this study is the waterfall method or SDLC. can more easily place orders and unite users of their orders thanks to the construction of a web-based company information system.

Abstract

Technological developments in the application section have become a necessity for manufacturing companies. The development of the application aims to facilitate production activities, increase efficiency and effectiveness and minimize the occurrence of errors made by humans in assembly production process, like wrong installation glue, using expired or lifespan glue. Therefore, in this research, a Control Glue System application will be built which aims to support the production process in terms of controlling the part glue used in production. Part control is in the form of using barcodes on glue, project control validation and time expired glue and reporting. For the software development method using the waterfall method. The programming language used is C # (C Sharp) and the application used for programming IDE with Visual Studio. As for the database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. The final result of the research is a Control Glue System application that is able to handle problems in production activities, script reports and research journals.

Abstract

In this digital era, information systems are very important for all parties, especially for supplier businesses. Information systems have been applied to many companies ranging from small companies to large companies, so it can be said that information systems have become a basic need for people doing business. Information system is needed to help the work processes more efficiently because of its advantages that it can store information, process, and send information anytime and from anywhere as long as we hold a smartphone device that we always carry everywhere every day. Especially for supplier businesses that will deal with stock recording activities, orders from customers, and sales reports, therefore this study designed an Android-based system application to help so that stock recording is not done manually using handwriting, customer order data can be stored properly, and making sales reports automatically. The software used in building this application are visual studio, xampp, android studio. With the development of this android-based information system, it is hoped that it can help improve and expand the business performance by meeting the needs described above.

Abstract

E-Commerce or Electronic Commerce is one of the individual or group businesses that sell /buy goods online, one of which is Umkm Thrift M.S which is engaged in the sale of imported and non-imported used clothes with korean style models, with the process of selling and marketing goods still conventionally so that it is less known by buyers and unsatisfactory income for Thift M.S. Seeing this need, it is necessary to have an online sales system including reports related to the thrift m.s information system, by building a website in the field of sales to promote products through the website, and can be used as a means to transact buying and selling goods or products and conduct sales transactions with a relatively short time and distance, because the internet can cover a wide market to introduce and market products, this will be very useful for Umkm Thrift M.S

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant influence on various areas of life. As time goes by, the development of new and sophisticated technology continues to occur, one of which is efforts to increase the efficiency of product distribution so that it can reach customers more quickly. PT Pulau Mas Moro Mulia is a company engaged in the distribution and trade of goods across countries. However, PT Pulau Mas Moro has not felt the benefits of technology because it still uses a manual system. PT Pulau Mas Moro is experiencing problems in terms of document management because it does not have adequate information technology to update documents. This has an impact on companies, such as frequent loss of imported goods due to discrepancies in data from the goods sent to their destination, causing losses for the company. To avoid this incident, a system is needed that is able to control the accuracy of documents for imported goods. Systems designed using the prototype method can be web-based export and import systems. The results of this research succeeded in designing an information system that combines the company's business needs with modern web design principles.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer purchasing pattern based on historical data using association methods at PT Excellindo Perkasa, a company in the industrial sector. The primary focus is to enhance understanding of consumer preferences and purchasing habits for improving marketing efficiency and sales strategis. Association methods such as Apriori or FP Growth will be applied to historical consumer transaction data to identify relationship among products or services. The research steps include data collection, preprocessing to clean invalid data, application of association algorithms, and analysis of results to reveal purchasing patterns. The anticipated outcomes aim to provide valuable insights to PT Excellindo Perkasa, strengthening strategic decision-making, optimizing product inventory, and enhancing consumer satisfaction. Additionally, the study serves as a foundation for further research in consumer data analysis and marketing, supporting the development of better business strategies..

Abstract

This study aims to create an automatic parking system using Computer Vision technology to reduce vehicle flow congestion in parking areas, specifically in Batam. Traffic congestion in parking areas is a common issue in Batam, and the application of Deep Learning technology, especially Computer Vision, is expected to address this problem. Vehicle image data is collected, cleaned, and labeled to facilitate the training process of the YOLO v8 model. The model is then tested with existing data and further tested using a camera. Through this system update, it is hoped to assist parking management in minimizing vehicle flow congestion in parking areas.
