Abstract

AbstractThis study developed a simple waste oil stove equipped with a two piston compressor-based blower system without air pressure regulation. The oil was manually poured without an inlet pipe using a fixed volume of 50 mL. Compressed air was delivered through a flexible hose, partially blocked at the outlet with cloth to direct airflow toward the base of the combustion chamber. Observations showed that the initial flame was large and unstable, accompanied by sparks, but gradually diminished and transitioned into a stable blue flame as the fuel neared depletion. The entire 50 mL of oil was completely combusted within exactly 60 seconds with no liquid residue. This design offers a practical solution for rapid heating at micro scale applications, particularly in direct and economical utilization of waste-derived energy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan analisa kasus sengketa plagiasi merek dagang antara MS Glow dengan PS Glow dengan merinci aspek-aspek hukum yang terkait, terutama dalam konteks perundang-undangan NO 20 tahun 2016 tentang merek dan indikasi geografis. Melalui pendekatan hukum normatif dan studi kasus, penelitian ini membahas proses pengajuan gugatan,pertimbangan hakim, dan dampak hukum dari kasus sengketa ini. Analisa tersebut memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang perlindungan hukum terhadap hak kekayaan inelektual, khususnya dalam konteks merek dagang, sekaligus merinci pentingnya penghormatan terhadap Undang-Undang yang berlaku.

Abstract

Institutional commitments to religious moderation are often documented through policy and curricula, while teaching practice and student interpretation are studied with different kinds of evidence. This article examines how published research connects these levels in Islamic higher education. A purposive integrative review of 49 DOI-linked publications compares educational setting, research design, pedagogical process, and the limits of each claim. The synthesis identifies four related processes: curricular articulation, lecturer mediation, institutional routines, and opportunities for students to interpret and apply religious values. Curriculum studies clarify what institutions intend; accounts of teaching and campus life show how values are enacted; student studies illuminate reception and participation. The connections are not automatic. A named course does not demonstrate reflective learning, and a report of dialogue does not establish equal access to discussion. The literature on Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah settings further cautions against treating organizational affiliation as a uniform pedagogy. The article distinguishes intended curriculum, enacted practice, and student interpretation, and specifies evidence needed to examine the movement among them. Its framework is an interpretive guide for research and teaching rather than a measured effect of a particular institution.
