Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan vokasional dapat meningkatkan kewirausahaan pemuda melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis yang berfokus pada keterampilan dan niat kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan pemuda merupakan pilar penting dalam mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pendidikan vokasional, dengan orientasinya pada pengembangan keterampilan praktis, memiliki potensi besar untuk membekali pemuda dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk memulai dan mengelola usaha mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan untuk memahami peran pendidikan vokasional dalam membentuk keterampilan dan niat kewirausahaan di kalangan pemuda. Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan vokasional tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan praktis tetapi juga memupuk niat kewirausahaan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai kontribusi pendidikan vokasional terhadap pengembangan kewirausahaan pemuda dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung kewirausahaan pemuda.

Abstract

Industri 4.0 membawa tantangan ketidakpastian yang tinggi, memerlukan pemimpin yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan cepat. Agile Leadership adalah pendekatan kepemimpinan yang menekankan fleksibilitas, kolaborasi, dan pengambilan keputusan cepat. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Agile Leadership dalam mengelola ketidakpastian di lingkungan industri berbasis teknologi, dengan fokus pada penggunaan Decision Trees sebagai alat komputasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan adaptif. Decision Trees memungkinkan pemimpin untuk menganalisis berbagai pilihan dan konsekuensi keputusan secara sistematis, membantu mereka memilih tindakan yang tepat dalam kondisi yang tidak pasti. Metode ini juga memungkinkan visualisasi berbagai skenario dan potensi dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus pada organisasi yang telah mengimplementasikan Agile Leadership dan Decision Trees untuk mengatasi ketidakpastian yang terkait dengan perubahan teknologi dan pasar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana Agile Leadership dan algoritma komputasi seperti Decision Trees dapat meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi dinamis. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan panduan praktis bagi pemimpin untuk lebih efektif mengelola perubahan dan membuat keputusan yang adaptif di era industri yang serba cepat ini.Kata Kunci: Agile Leadership, Decision Trees, Industri 4.0, Ketidakpastian, Pengampilan keputusan

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan kejuruan di era Industri 4.0 memerlukan pendekatan yang tidak hanya mengedepankan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai etika dan filosofi yang mendasari aplikasi teknologi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Neural Networks dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etika dan filosofi dalam pendidikan kejuruan berbasis teknologi. Melalui pendekatan Mixed-Methods, penelitian ini menganalisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif mengenai penerapan etika dalam kurikulum pendidikan kejuruan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan keterampilan teknis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Neural Networks dalam pendidikan tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang teknologi, tetapi juga mempromosikan penerapan nilai-nilai etika secara praktis dalam dunia industri. Data yang diolah melalui Neural Networks memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai hubungan antara nilai-nilai etika, filosofi pendidikan, dan keterampilan teknis di era digital.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan kejuruan, Industri 4.0, Neural Networks, nilai etika, filosofi pendidikan, Mixed-Methods, keterampilan teknis

Abstract

Practical learning using simulation applications makes students unable to create natural industrial control systems, so the impact of the immaturity of practical skills that students must master becomes a problem in this study. Using simulation applications, students are only faced with ideal conditions and symbols of each component, so students cannot know the actual components of an industrial control system and how to solve real problems in this system. This study aims to examine the impact of using electro-pneumatic training kits in an industrial control system practicum. The actual experimental research method used in the study consisted of an experimental class with 28 students and a control class of 25 people. Data collection techniques used skill assessment rubrics with data analysis techniques, including independent t-tests and effect sizes. The results revealed a significant difference in the skills of experimental class students with the control class, where experimental class students had better skills. From the results of the effect size test, it is known that the electro-pneumatic training kit significantly improves students' industrial control system skills. Based on these results, the electro-pneumatic training kit proved to be a transformational educational tool, significantly improving students' skills in industrial control systems. The implication of this study is for schools to integrate technology-based training tools such as electro-pneumatic training kits; vocational education can provide practical experience that is more relevant to industry needs, improve students' work readiness, and strengthen technical skills that are urgently needed in today's modern job market and industrial world.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a crucial role in determining the quality of education. However, many schools continue to face challenges related to suboptimal teacher productivity, which may be influenced by leadership and cultural factors within the school environment. This study aims to examine the contribution of principal leadership and school culture to teacher performance. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. Data were collected from 80 teachers across several schools through structured questionnaires. The variables measured included principal leadership, school culture, and teacher performance. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that both principal leadership and school culture had a strong and positive correlation with teacher performance, with correlation coefficients of 0.684 and 0.701, respectively. Furthermore, the regression analysis indicated that principal leadership and school culture together contributed significantly to teacher performance, with an R² value of 0.581. Among the two, school culture demonstrated a slightly higher influence than leadership. In conclusion, the findings suggest that enhancing both leadership practices and school culture can significantly improve teacher performance. It is recommended that school management prioritize the development of effective leadership strategies and the cultivation of a positive, collaborative school environment to support teacher growth and performance outcomes

Abstract

In the era of educational digital transformation, enhancing teachers' digital competence has become a critical challenge. This study investigates the effectiveness of Google Workspace for Education training in improving the digital competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Padang, a school preparing to become a Google Reference School. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 40 teachers as respondents through a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality and linearity tests, and Pearson correlation. The results reveal a strong positive correlation (r = 0.891, p < 0.001) between the training and teachers’ digital competence, indicating that the training significantly improves their ability to utilize digital tools for teaching, collaboration, and classroom management. Furthermore, the training content, methods, and teacher engagement were found to play critical roles in shaping effective outcomes. These findings support the notion that structured and pedagogically aligned training is essential for equipping educators with relevant digital skills. It is concluded that Google Workspace training serves as an effective strategic intervention for advancing digital teaching competence in secondary education

Abstract

The success of vocational education in culinary expertise relies heavily on the availability of adequate practical facilities, particularly laboratory infrastructure. However, SMKN 3 Kota Solok faces significant limitations in this area, which hinder students’ ability to achieve optimal competency. This study aims to formulate strategies for enhancing student competency in the culinary program despite laboratory constraints. Using a qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that while internal strengths include committed educators and supportive curricula, weaknesses such as limited space and tools reduce practical learning effectiveness. External opportunities, such as industry collaboration and digital learning platforms, offer pathways for improvement, whereas threats include low graduate absorption in the culinary sector. Strategies developed include optimizing practice rotation, strengthening project-based learning, and increasing industry partnerships. The research concludes that strategic adaptation can significantly improve student competency outcomes even amid facility limitations

Abstract

The Padang Panjang City Center Market is one of the centers of economic activity with a high level of visits, thus causing the problem of limited parking spaces, which leads to the accumulation of vehicles and illegal parking. This study analyzes parking characteristics in the market area, including accumulation, duration, volume, turnover rate, parking index, and parking space needs by referring to the 1996 Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Parking Facilities. The study results showed that the highest accumulation of motorcycles occurred on Friday at 08.30–09.00, with as many as 180 vehicles, while the highest accumulation of cars was recorded at 10.00-10.30, with as many as 105 vehicles. The average duration of parking a motorcycle is 1.38 hours/vehicle, and a car is 1.43 hours/vehicle. The highest parking volume of motorcycles reached 841 vehicles, and cars reached 291 vehicles. The highest parking turnover rate for motorcycles is 6.46 vehicles/plot, and 4.15 vehicles/plot for cars. The highest parking index is 1.38 vehicles/plot for motorcycles and 1.50 vehicles/plot for cars. The parking space needed is 166 PSU for motorcycles and 60 PSU for vehicles. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the parking capacity at the Padang Panjang City Center Market is insufficient, especially for motorcycles. Therefore, it is necessary to increase capacity and rearrange parking spaces so that their use is more optimal and can support the smooth running of market activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pengelolaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti Kelas XI BKP SMK N 1 Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas XI BKP SMK N 1 Bukitttinggi yang mengambil mata pelajaran Pengelolaan Bisnis Konstruksi dan Properti yang berjumlah 50 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penilitian ini adalah total sampling yaitu jumlah sampel adalah jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang siswa dimana 25 orang siswa sebagai sampel uji coba dan 25 orang siswa untuk sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner/angket. Pengumpulan data kuisioner secara online atau secara tidak langsung. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan didapatkan hasil penelitian faktor eksternal yang dominan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah faktor keluarga sebesar 81,94% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Faktor internal yang dominan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah faktor kelelahan sebesar 85,2% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh COVID-19 terhadap pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Industri siswa Teknik Bangunan SMK N 1 SUMBAR. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik Bangunan, yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur variabel COVID-19 dan Praktek Kerja Industri. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan di SMK N 1 SUMBAR dengan jumlah siswa Kelas XI Program Keahlian Mekatronika sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji normalitas dan linieritas, serta uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan COVID-19 terhadap pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri oleh siswa teknik bangunan SMK N 1 SUMBAR. Dimana nilai rxy adalah 0,499 dan koefisien determinasi (r2xy) adalah 0,249 dan thitung (3,771) > ttabel (1,677). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (r2xy) sebesar 0,249, artinya 24,9% praktik kerja industri siswa dipengaruhi oleh COVID-19, dan sisanya 75,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
