Abstract

Teachers' perceptions of creativity are an important key to understanding the creative process in the classroom. This study investigated differences in perceptions of creativity and potential for creativity between 59 special education teachers and 58 general education teachers. The Teacher Perceptions of Student Characteristics Survey was used to examine teachers' perceptions of their own creativity and of their desire for creativity-related traits among their students. The results showed that although teachers in both study groups considered themselves to have high levels of creativity and considered creativity to be the most important educational goal, most teachers preferred less creative characteristics among their students. This finding also highlights the differences between general education teachers and special education teachers in their perceptions of creativity and creative abilities. Finally, this study further assessed the contribution of teachers' background characteristics and their level of creativity to the overall ratings of desirable traits associated with creativity and traits that are contrary to creativity among their students.

Abstract

Commitment of teacher's organization is very important because through commitment a teacher can become more responsible for his main duties and functions than those who do not have commitment to the organization. The existing phenomenon is that the teacher's commitment to the organization has not been as expected. The desire to develop and build quality schools is still low, so it is still far from expectations. The purpose of this study is to find efforts to increase organizational commitment in East Jakarta State Senior High Schools through the strengtenth of organizational culture, learning organization and personality. These efforts are made through the identification of the strengths between these variables. This research is a combination study using a correlational approach and SITOREM Analysis. Correlational statistical methods are used to determine whether organization culture, learning organization and personality variables have a positive relationship with organizational commitment. The SITOREM analysis is used to determine the order of priorities and the recommendations for improvement of the indicators needed. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture and learning organization. This means that to increase organizational commitment, good organizational culture and organizational learning are needed.

Abstract

Sumber belajar yang bervariatif dan menarik menjadi suatu upaya dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan Media Video Animasi berbasis aplikasi Visme serta menguji kelayakannya pada materi Indonesiaku Kaya Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas V SDN Pagelaran 3 Kabupaten Bogor yang terdiri 28 peserta didik, penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, penilaian angket dari ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi yang terdiri dari ahli materi dosen dan guru, serta angket respon peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa Media Video Animasi berbasis Visme memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 88% dari para ahli dan 93% dari respon peserta didik, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Media ini terbukti menarik perhatian peserta didik dan mempermudah pemahaman konsep melalui penyajian visual interaktif. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa media video animasi berbasis Visme dapat diterapkan tidak hanya pada materi tematik Indonesiaku Kaya Raya, tetapi juga pada pembelajaran lain yang membutuhkan visualisasi konsep abstrak. Selain itu, pengembangan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya inovasi media digital di pendidikan dasar, khususnya dalam mendukung penerapan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi gaya belajar visual pada siswa tunagrahita kategori sedang. Melalui wawancara dengan guru dan orang tua siswa, serta analisis penelitian terkait, ditemukan bahwa subjek penelitian cenderung memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik melalui penggunaan media visual seperti gambar dan video. Subjek juga menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk memerlukan pengulangan yang berulang-ulang dalam pembelajaran serta dipengaruhi oleh suasana hati dalam mempertahankan konsentrasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan arahan bagi para pendidik dan orang tua untuk memanfaatkan media visual dalam proses pembelajaran dan memperhatikan kondisi emosional subjek guna meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan siswa tunagrahita kategori sedang

Abstract

Untuk menjawab tantangan dunia pendidikan dibutuhkan keterampilan hidup abad 21, dimana guru harus kreatif, mampu mengajar, mendidik dan menginspirasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan digital guru dalam membuat materi pembelajaran menggunakan bahan presentasi Focusky. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh (1) keterbatasan guru yang belum memiliki keterampilan memproduksi media berbasis platform Revolusi Industri 4.0, (2) guru yang masih kurang memiliki inisiatif atau kreatifitas dalam pengembangan materi pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital, (3) keterbatasan sekolah dalam melibatkan tenaga ahli atau pakar yang berlatar belakang keilmuan dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital. Kegiatan berlangsung dalam dua tahap, yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan materi pembelajaran berbasis Focusky. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru dari SDIT Utsmanil Hakim Tanah Sareal Kota Bogor mampu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan mampu memproduksi materi pembelajaran berbasis Focusky dengan hasil yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa-siswanya serta berbagi pengalaman dalam memproduksi materi pembelajaran tersebut melalui media massa.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas tridharm perguruan tinggi, pengabdian ini di diwujudkan melalui program yang mendukung penguatan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam Pendidikan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di SDN Julang. Tujuan PkM adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengoptimalkan potensi peserta didik ABK melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan media pembelajaran Game Edukasi Talenta (GENTA), guna meningkatkan hasil belajar sesuai tujuan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah partisipasi aktif, ceramah, dril, blended learning, implementasi, monitoring dan evalluasi. Hasil yang didapat dari PkM ini adalah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada semua inikator, terutama dalam pelaksanaan permainan edukasi GENTA mengalami kenaikan 63,6% dan penggunaan media digital sebanyanyak 56,6%. Kesimpulannya adalah hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi dan bantuan pembelajaran talenta untuk ABK.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in detail the results of a field study conducted regarding the implementation of inclusion education at inclusion primary school in Bogor, which focuses on the positive things happening (harmonization) and the perceived limitations. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, the research instrument was the researcher himself. The research subjects in this case were school principals, four class teachers and five students. The sampling technique used is a targeted sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Hubermen's model analysis technique which consists of several phases, namely data reduction, data presentation, as well as verification and conclusion. The results of the research show that there are alignment and obstacles in the implementation of inclusive education at SDN Perwira Bogor. The harmonization that is felt is a high sense of mutual respect, a good sense of understanding and cooperation with parents, which is very good. On the other hand, there are obstacles such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, staff that do not meet needs and partnerships that still need to be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dan kolaborator dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar mata Pelajaran matematika pada materi pecahan kelas V dengan menerapkan model problem based learning. Obyek penelitian berjumlah 24. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, tes, penilaian, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik desktiptif. Hasil penelitian pada aspek penilaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 3% dari hasil siklus I 95,5% dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus II mendapatkan nilai 98,5%. aspek perubahan sikap peserta didik (keberanian, ketelitian, tanggung jawab, dan keaktifan) mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 19,5% dari rata-rata siklus I 67,4% dan nilai rata-rata siklus II 86,9%. Sama halnya dengan aspek perubahan keterampilan peserta didik mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 10,9% dari rata-rata siklus I 81,2% dan nilai rata-rata siklus II 92,1%. Selain itu, aspek lainnya yang mengalami peningkatan yaitu aspek ketuntasan hasil belajar. Mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 58,3%, pada siklus I rata-rata persentase 20,8% dengan indikator keberhasilan 75% dan secara klasikal tuntas dengan persentase siklus II sebanyak 79,1%. menunjukkan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan penelitian secara klasikal 75% dengan KKM yang telah ditentukan yaitu 70 dengan mendapat rata-rata nilai 80,5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata Pelajaran matematika di kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Julang Kecamatan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor semester ganjil tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024.
