Waqf is a form of Muamalah Maliyah (property) which has long been known by the community for a long time. Excess assets owned by a person, should be a positive tool that can be used in social interaction to help each other and help each other. Regarding the issue of waqf, the government seriously issued Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf to become the momentum to realize waqf productively, because in this Law, waqf contains a very broad dimension, covering immovable assets including cash waqf, not limited to establishments places of worship and social religion. In the Balerejo sub-district, the management of productive waqf is still very minimal. Broadly speaking, the management of waqf is only used for places of worship. This fact has become an encouragement for the MWC NU Balerejo sub-district in developing the economic development of the people through waqf assets. So the MWC NU Balerejo is trying to manage a plot of land waqf in Sumber Bening Village which was originally in the form of paddy fields for the construction of MWC buildings and minimarkets in order to empower the waqf land to become productive waqf land for the welfare of the community. in Sumberbening Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency (2) What are the driving and inhibiting factors for productive waqf management in Sumberbening Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. This research was conducted qualitatively with observation, interview and documentation procedures. Based on data analysis it was concluded that the productive waqf management mechanism of MWC NU Balerejo is by collecting assets (capital), productive and developing waqf assets and the last is distributing the waqf proceeds to the community. In order to achieve waqf management that provides benefits for improving the welfare of the community, especially business actors, orphans, the poor and the dhuafa. Factors supporting the management of this waqf are the existence of professional nazirs in managing productive waqf, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of public understanding of waqf, geographical factors and lack of support costs.

In this digital era, with the frequent advancement of technology and information, people tend to be more interested in everything that is practical, effective and efficient in every activity they carry out. The same applies to buying and selling transactions in the community economy, where the majority of people choose the easy and hassle-free option in order to increase their purchasing power. Therefore, many shops or shopping malls offer membership cards or Member Cards which are referred to in Arabic as Bithaqatuat Takhfidh. With the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the mechanism for using the Alfagift Member Card in buying and selling at Alfamart Ponorogo. (2) What is the view of Islamic law regarding the use of the Alfagift Member Card in buying and selling at Alfamart Ponorogo. This research is a qualitative type of research that is descriptive in nature. The sources of information for this research are Alfamart and Alfamart consumers. Data collection techniques carried out by this researcher included observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are the use of the Alfagift Member Card at Alfamart Ponorogo. Based on the results of interviews with Alfamart consumers, it was found that the presence of Alfagift member cards made it easy for their owners. Alfagift card member users will get various benefits, such as discounts, collection of points, shopping vouchers, gifts, and others. Alfagift member card users will also collect points that can be exchanged for various offers provided by the company. So that the existing data states that the essence of buying and selling transactions using the Alfagift member card has fulfilled the trading requirements and does not contain elements of gharar (uncertainty), speculation and fraud. There is no element of coercion between buyers and sellers, and the goods sold are clear and provide benefits to consumers.

Buying and selling online dropshipping system is an online buying and selling system that is carried out through social media, aiming to make it easier for sellers and buyers. In the mechanism of buying and selling online, the dropshipping system found several problems, such as the law on the goods being traded, there is an element of ambiguity. Buying and selling like this will be detrimental to both the buyer and the seller because the seller who acts as a dropshipper will find it difficult when the buyer complains about the incompatibility of the goods he ordered. This thesis reports the results of the research, with the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the mechanism for buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency? (2) Why does the online buying and selling mechanism with the dropshipping system often cause problems at Diza_Olshop? (3) How is the analysis of Islamic Economic Law on buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop?. This research approach is a type of field research. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) The online buying and selling mechanism with a dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop is based on a greeting contract, (2) It often causes problems at Diza_Olshop due to internal factors. (3) Analysis of Islamic Economic Law, buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at the Diza_Olshop is permissible if it is in accordance with the salam sale and purchase contract and does not contain elements of gharar, usury, other evils and aims to help each other.

Modern devices known as vending machines are being developed today and are used in buying and selling operations. Because the buyer only makes transactions with the machine acting as the seller, there is actually no participation between the seller and the customer when using a vending machine. In addition, there is no negotiation process to reach an agreement.This research tries to ascertain the position of Sharia Economic Law regarding the rules governing the buying and selling of vending machines. A case study research methodology was used in this investigation. Efforts to describe research into vending machine buying and selling studies are in accordance with the descriptive nature of this research. Therefore, based on the description of this study, it will show the regulations governing the buying and selling of vending machines from the perspective of sharia economic law. This research collects data through documentation and interviews. According to research findings, the law of buying and selling automatic vending machines is permitted as long as they comply with the rules and conditions of buying and selling, such as the agreement and willingness of the parties. Conditions and harmony Buyers and automated machines do this through their actions or signals. The guiding values of Islamic law, namely al-'ilah (justice), al-hurriyah (freedom), al-mas'ûliyah (accountability), honesty and truth have been upheld in buying and selling. Using a description of legal guidelines. If difficulties arise in vending machine buying and selling transactions which result in buyers experiencing losses, for example money being misappropriated, then according to Islam vending machines should be avoided.

The aim of this study is to explore and understand how the tradition of tahlilan can persist and adapt amidst the rapid pace of modernization. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews as the primary data collection method to explore how the tahlilan tradition is maintained in the context of modernization. The objective is to understand the significance and evolution of tahlilan practices within the community of Dukuh Kalipucang, Kelurahan Kedungbanteng. The results indicate that values such as charity, mutual aid, and maintaining social connections remain integral to the practice of tahlilan. The tradition plays a crucial role in strengthening community bonds through religious gatherings and assemblies, thus enhancing community knowledge and ensuring the preservation of the tradition. The conclusion of this research is that, despite facing challenges from modernization, the tradition of tahlilan retains a significant place within the community. The adaptations made demonstrate that the tradition serves as a bridge between traditional values and modern demands, reinforcing community identity while simultaneously adapting to social and cultural developments.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan agrowisata kebun kelengkeng di Desa Kedungbanteng serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang ada dalam upaya menciptakan dampak positif terhadap ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebun kelengkeng memiliki kekuatan geografis yang strategis dan potensi agrowisata yang besar, didukung oleh minat masyarakat terhadap wisata edukatif dan peningkatan permintaan pasar untuk kelengkeng. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan tantangan utama, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, keterampilan sumber daya manusia yang masih rendah, serta ketergantungan pada modal investasi awal yang signifikan. Strategi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur transportasi, pelatihan tenaga kerja, serta diversifikasi pendanaan melalui kemitraan dengan pemerintah dan sektor swasta. Kesimpulan penelitian menekankan pentingnya perencanaan yang terintegrasi antara pihak pemerintah, komunitas lokal, dan pelaku usaha untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proyek. Pengelolaan yang efektif dan inovatif diharapkan dapat menjadikan kebun kelengkeng sebagai model sukses agrowisata di wilayah pedesaan lainnya, yang dapat meningkatkan ekonomi daerah dan kualitas hidup masyarakat setempat.

Kedung Banteng ex-localization village is currently in the process of positive and sustainable transformation by adopting the concept of greening towards longan orchard agrotourism. Various kinds of efforts are made to support the development of longan garden agro-tourism. Tourism communication strategies based on land greening have been carried out by community groups and also the village government. The development of agritourism will not only change the negative public image but also provide new economic opportunities and introduce the concept of sustainability in tourism management. This research aims to analyze and understand tourism communication strategies in the context of developing greening-based agritourism in Kedung Banteng Village. Data collection in this study was through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is expected to provide insights for the government, destination managers, stakeholders and also the community to formulate a sustainable and more effective communication strategy. The results of this study are, greening-based tourism communication implemented in Kedung Banteng village has become an effective longan garden agrotourism to use the land as a socio-economic center for Kedung Banteng village, but there is a less effective communication process that goes along with the development of longan garden agro-tourism. There needs to be a significant evaluation and improvement to support the development of longan garden agrotourism.

This article examines the impact of the closure of a localization area on the socioeconomic conditions of the community in Dukuh Kalipucang, Desa Kedungbanteng, Ponorogo Regency. This qualitative research aims to understand the social and economic changes that occurred in the community following the closure of the localization area, which previously served as a central economic hub for many local residents. Through in-depth interviews and direct observations, the study identifies various impacts of the localization closure, including changes in livelihood structures, shifts in social patterns, and effects on economic and social well-being. The findings indicate that the closure had a significant impact on the local economy, resulting in the loss of a primary source of income for many residents who depended on activities in the area. Additionally, the closure triggered shifts in social structures, such as changes in small business forms and increased reliance on social assistance. Although there have been efforts to address the negative impacts through economic diversification and skills training, challenges remain in terms of social adaptation and economic recovery. The study concludes that the closure of the localization area affects not only economic aspects but also the social dynamics of the community. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data obtained through interviews. The findings show that the impacts of the localization closure are deeply felt by those who relied on the area for their livelihoods

The taqriri method, which is a learning technique based on repetition and confirmation of material, is expected to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes in the context of religious education. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the taqriri method on the learning outcomes of students at Madin Syekh Subaqir Sukorejo Ponorogo. This research used a qualitative approach by conducting direct interviews with 3 teachers and 15 students in grades 3 and 4 of TPQ Sheikh Subakir Sukorejo Ponorogo. The data collection technique used was through direct interviews and also conducting observations at TPQ Sheikh Subakir Sukorejo Ponorogo. The results of the research show that the application of the taqriri method has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes, which is indicated by significant improvements in grades and understanding of teaching material. These findings suggest that the taqriri method should be widely applied in the learning process to improve the quality of education in these institutions, Applying this method to learning to memorize the Al-Qur'an will be more impressive and easier for students, making it easier for students to memorize the Al-Qur'an.

Barokah Jaya Krupuk Stik MSMEs are one of the small and medium businesses that focus on the production and marketing of stick crackers. Despite having quality products, challenges in marketing and distribution often hinder the growth of this business. This study aims to determine the use of technology in improving "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs in Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. In addition, this study aims to examine the use of technology in improving the performance of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs, especially in the aspects of marketing, production, and operational management. The method used in this study is ABCD (Asset Bassed Community Driven-Development) which empowers the use of technology to improve the marketing of an MSME. The result of this research is to improve the quality of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs, especially in terms of marketing through Instagram social media accounts managed by Mr. Hendro as the owner of "Barokah Jaya" Krupuk Stik MSMEs. In addition, the results of this study show that the adoption of technology not only increases the competitiveness of Krupuk Stik Barokah Jaya in the local market, but also opens up opportunities for expansion into the national market.
