Abstract

Traditional Islamic education, particularly through pesantren, has a rich and important history in the development of Islam in Indonesia since the 7th century AD. Its role is significant in preserving religious identity, advancing knowledge, maintaining the Arabic language, strengthening morality, and perpetuating Islamic culture. The main principles of traditional Islamic education curriculum include monotheism (tauhid), the Quran and Sunnah, religious knowledge, character formation, practical skills, contextualization, and personality development. This research employs literature method and qualitative approach by gathering data from various sources such as books, journals, and digital sources. This allows for a deeper understanding of effective teaching methods including student-centered approaches, experiential learning, technology utilization, and collaboration. The integration of spiritual and intellectual development creates balanced and conscious individuals. Adapting traditional practices into modern education combines cultural values with relevant technology. Preserving the essence of traditional Islamic education in the present era requires deep understanding, integration with modern science, engaged learning, character education, cultural preservation, and teacher development. Thus, traditional Islamic education remains relevant and beneficial for the development of better individuals and society.

Abstract

Leadership is an individual's personal ability that plays an important role in bringing the organisation to its goals. The complexity of the environment of modern society, along with the pressure of competition between educational institutions, the increasing expectations of parents and the need to introduce changes in the process of working in Islamic educational institutions led to a great deal of interest in agile management methods. Al Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun are great figures who pay great attention to the world of education, including the concept of educational leadership. The presence of leaders in facing these conditions is absolutely necessary so that Islamic educational institutions can still exist to contribute to the intellectual life of the nation. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun and explain the relevance of these concepts in the context of agile management. This research uses the Library Research method. The author searches for literature sources in the form of books and journals. The analysis used is comparative analysis. The conclusion of this research is the relevance of the concept of educational leadership of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun in the context of agile management, namely working to achieve the pleasure of Allah swt, holding fast to the goals of Islamic education, having leadership skills, involving customers in educational projects, involving customers in educational projects, teamwork and collaboration, new work processes, regular reflection and continuous quality improvement.

Abstract

Learning media is very important as a means of describing information and the essence of the learning process. Learning media provides benefits so that students more quickly understand the essentials of learning objectives that have been well designed. In the current technology and information-based era, the development of media that supports technology-based or digital learning processes has been very massive. The aim of this study is to identify best practices in the use of technology and information used in learning media specifically related to the diversity of types of internet-based learning media that are already commonly used. The method used in this scientific work is qualitative analysis using literature review studies, namely collecting various sources of information from scientific journals, books, articles and so on. The results of this study are learning media using media. The internet and social media make it easier for educators to understand learning material better, besides that digital-based learning media can be studied repeatedly so that students understand the lesson material better. Types of internet-based learning media that have benefits for students include interactive multimedia, digital video and animation, podcasts, augmented reality and virtual reality, game based learning, and several other methods.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate the current quality assurance system for Islamic education at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong. MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong, one of the leading educational institutions in Indonesia, is famous for its curriculum which combines Islamic principles with science and technology. To determine the elements that support the quality assurance of teaching at this institution, this research uses a qualitative methodology combined with library techniques. Data was collected using document analysis and observation. Research findings show that the success of quality assurance at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong is supported by several key factors, including an integrated curriculum, school management, professionality, and active participation of students and parents. These findings provide important insights for the development of qualityy and sustainable islamic education policy.

Abstract

Islamic education aims to develop individual potential as a whole, including spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical aspects, in accordance with Islamic values ​​and principles. Therefore, qualified educators and educational staff are needed. This qualitative research uses a library research method, namely a research method carried out by observing various literature related to the problems in the research, in the form of papers, books or writings, both from print and online media. The results of this research are that the quality of educators and educational staff in Islamic educational institutions is currently still a complex and challenging issue. Even though there are efforts to improve quality standards, there are still various challenges that need to be overcome, such as lack of qualifications and competence of educators, low welfare, minimal training and professional development, and inadequate policy support. To overcome this challenge, collaboration is needed between the government, educational institutions and communities to implement structured training and development programs and improve the welfare of educators.

Abstract

Waste management at Gunung Sari Market is a very important requirement for the cleanliness of Gunung Sari Market itself. In facing current challenges, the existence of a clean environment and increasingly stringent regulations from the Government, the Gunung Sari market needs to have a good waste management pattern based on waste generation and composition. The aim of this research is to find out how waste is managed at Gunung Sari Market, West Lombok. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection tools namely observation, interviews, surveys. The results of this research show that waste management at Gunung Sari Market using the 3R Approach (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) with grouping based on the type of waste, can reduce waste generation and optimize the use of resources, through reducing waste at the source, reusing materials that can be recycled recycling, and efficient recycling processes, thereby reducing environmental impacts and generating sustainable economic benefits. Management of the Gunung Sari Market using the 3R approach must start with waste containerization, this must be provided by the Gunung Sari Market Management, namely 3 liters, placed in each aisle and the type of waste differentiated namely organic and inorganic waste. With a volume of organic waste of 11.2 L/day with a composted waste capacity of 8.8 L/day, the number of composter drums that must be prepared is 4. Meanwhile, waste residue has a volume of 3 L/day with a storage capacity of 21 liters with an organic waste storage area of ​​2 m3 with a length of 2 m, a width of 1 m and a height of 1 m. The suggestion in this research is that it is hoped that future researchers will carry out waste container planning to make it easier to calculate the amount of each waste source so that waste management using the 3 R's can be easily carried out. Abstract

Government financial statements are an important component of creating public sector accountability. The purpose of financial statements is to provide information used to evaluate managerial and organizational performance. To evaluate government financial performance, ratio analysis is used. This study aims 1) to analyze the assessment of regional financial performance related to regional financial capability, regional financial capability, and regional dependence on the center, 2) to analyze the ratio of revenue and expenditure growth, 3) to analyze the effectiveness of revenue and expenditure efficiency. This research method is a qualitative method, the data used is secondary data in the form of the NTB Regional Government Budget Realization Report for the period 2020-2023, then the data will be analyzed using financial ratio analysis. The results showed that the ratio of financial capability and independence has increased, and the dependency ratio has decreased, which means that the local government is able to carry out the authority of decentralization. The revenue growth ratio in 2020 and 2022 is negative, meaning that there is no increase in revenue, while in 2021 and 2023 it is positive, meaning that it has increased, but the average revenue effectiveness ratio is in the good enough category. In the ratio of expenditure growth ratio> 40% inefficient category. This is because government spending increases every year along with the increase in development and community services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Tradisional Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat akibat keberadaan pasar modern disekitar pasar tradisional tersebut. Berkembangnya teknologi saat ini membawa banyak perubahan, terutama kebutuhan masyarakat umumnya. Maka muncul berbagai fasilitas perbelanjaan seperti pasar yang menyediakan kebutuhan masyarakat dan bertemunya penjual dan pembeli, tawar menawar, harga barang yang relatif murah, barang yang diperjual belikan lebih lengkap. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka dilakukan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci berperan mencari untuk menemukan fakta di lapangan mengenai dampak keberadaan pasar modern terhadap pendapatan pedagang tradisional di Pasar Gerung Lombok Barat. Untuk menemukan hasilnya maka peneliti melakukan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi (mengumpulkan data melalui pengamatan langsung di lapangan untuk memperoleh bukti yang valid) dan Wawancara terstruktur kepada 5 (lima) orang pedagang tradisional yang dipilih sebagai informan dengan penyiapkan pedoman wawancara agar terarah dengan baik, kemudian dilakukan analisa mencakup 3 (tiga) hal yaitu mereduksi data (hasil observasi dan wawancara diklarifikasi agar tercapai konsistensi, kajian konseptual (merangkum masalah yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui teori yang dikhususkan mengenai masalah pendapatan pedagang kecil karena keberadaan pasar modern), langkah terakhir memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pasar modern di sekitar Pasar Tradisional Gerung berdampak kurangnya pembeli dan berakibat menurunnya pendapatan pedagang tradisional di pasar Gerung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method in improving Arabic language skills in grade I students of SD Islam Plus Al Muhajirin, Pondok Pucung - Jombang. The mufradat method is a learning technique that focuses on vocabulary mastery as a basis for language skills. Meanwhile, Smart Cassette is used as an interactive learning media that helps students understand, remember, and pronounce mufradat more effectively. This study uses an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. Based on the validity test table in this study, variable X (Mufradat Method) and variable Y (Arabic Language Skills) have been tested and obtained an r table of 0.444 and is said to be valid if r count> r table. The reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach formula with a reliability value of 0.725. The N-Gain test shows that the average N-Gain Score for the control class is 0.111 with a low category, while the average N-Gain Score for the experimental class is 0.604 with a medium category. The normality test using the Shapiro Wilk formula was used to determine class normality, the level of significance of the ability to analyze in the control class and the experimental class was 0.05 from the significance criteria, then H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The homogeneity test that had been carried out had obtained a Levene statistic result of 0.350> 0.05 which meant that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The T-Independent test obtained a t-test result of 3.683 with a significance value (2tailed) of 0.001 <0.05 which indicated that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the Arabic language skills of students using the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method compared to the control group. The conclusion of this study is that the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method can be an effective learning alternative in improving Arabic language skills in grade I students. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and interesting Arabic language learning methods for students at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of online transport drivers in Bandar Lampung City about traffic accidents, the causes of traffic accidents and traffic safety on the highway. It is hoped that this activity can bring more safety on the road with or respect other road users so that it can increase safety on the road, improve the performance of the road-traffic system. This service activity will be carried out in Bandar Lampung City. The target community for this service program are online transportation service drivers in the city of Bandar Lampung. The service method is in the form of community participation with indicators of community participation in activities through outreach activities. The stages of this activity start with gathering drivers for online transportation services in Bandar Lampung City. The lecture activity involves showing traffic regulations using a screen and LCD projector to display the contents of the lecture, then continued with question and answer activities.
