Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method in improving Arabic language skills in grade I students of SD Islam Plus Al Muhajirin, Pondok Pucung - Jombang. The mufradat method is a learning technique that focuses on vocabulary mastery as a basis for language skills. Meanwhile, Smart Cassette is used as an interactive learning media that helps students understand, remember, and pronounce mufradat more effectively. This study uses an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test control group design. Based on the validity test table in this study, variable X (Mufradat Method) and variable Y (Arabic Language Skills) have been tested and obtained an r table of 0.444 and is said to be valid if r count> r table. The reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach formula with a reliability value of 0.725. The N-Gain test shows that the average N-Gain Score for the control class is 0.111 with a low category, while the average N-Gain Score for the experimental class is 0.604 with a medium category. The normality test using the Shapiro Wilk formula was used to determine class normality, the level of significance of the ability to analyze in the control class and the experimental class was 0.05 from the significance criteria, then H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The homogeneity test that had been carried out had obtained a Levene statistic result of 0.350> 0.05 which meant that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The T-Independent test obtained a t-test result of 3.683 with a significance value (2tailed) of 0.001 <0.05 which indicated that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the Arabic language skills of students using the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method compared to the control group. The conclusion of this study is that the Smart Cassette-based mufradat method can be an effective learning alternative in improving Arabic language skills in grade I students. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and interesting Arabic language learning methods for students at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of online transport drivers in Bandar Lampung City about traffic accidents, the causes of traffic accidents and traffic safety on the highway. It is hoped that this activity can bring more safety on the road with or respect other road users so that it can increase safety on the road, improve the performance of the road-traffic system. This service activity will be carried out in Bandar Lampung City. The target community for this service program are online transportation service drivers in the city of Bandar Lampung. The service method is in the form of community participation with indicators of community participation in activities through outreach activities. The stages of this activity start with gathering drivers for online transportation services in Bandar Lampung City. The lecture activity involves showing traffic regulations using a screen and LCD projector to display the contents of the lecture, then continued with question and answer activities.

Abstract

Purpose: This study critically examines the disparity between the pedagogical conceptualization of Deep Learning (DL) and on-the-group operational realities. Furthermore, it delineates a strategic framework to align policy mandates with the elementary school ecosystem in anticipation of the national rollout in the 2025/2026 academic year. Design/mythology/approach: Employing a qualitative archival research design, this study utilizes comparative analysis to juxtapose policy documents (2025 Technical Guidelines) against empirical data (teacher surveys and 2022 PISA reports). Content analysis is leveraged to map the dissonance between the expected pedagogical roles of teachers and their actual administrative workloads. Findings: The findings elucidate significant cognitive distortion, revealing that 59.7% of teachers conflate DL with Artificial Intelligence (AI)  technology rather than viewing it as a pedagogical approach. Primary impediments include onerous administrative burdens and infrastructural disparities. Pivotal strategies for successful adoption include practice-based simulation training and the transformation of school principals into instructional leaders. Practical implications: These results necessitate a paradigm shift from theoretical dissemination to practical workshops. Furthermore, the study advocates for the deregulation of administrative workloads as a sine qua non for effective implementation. Originally/value: The study's novelty is predicated on its function as a comprehensive “early warning system," scrutinizing ecosystem redliness  prior to full-scale policy enactment. This distinguishes it from standard post-implementation evaluation, offering a protective rather than reactive analysis.   Purpose: Studi ini menganalisis kesenjangan antara konsep pedagogis Pembelajaran Mendalam (PM) dan realitas implementasi lapangan, serta merumuskan strategi menyelaraskan kebijakan dengan ekosistem sekolah dasar menjelang penerapan nasional 2025/2026. Design)/methodology/approach: Menggunakan desain kualitatif studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menerapkan analisis komparatif antara dokumen kebijakan (Petunjuk Teknis 2025) dan data empiris (survei guru, laporan PISA 2022). Analisis konten digunakan untuk memetakan diskrepansi antara ekspektasi peran guru dan beban kerja aktual. Findings: Temuan mengungkap miskonsepsi signifikan di mana 59,7% guru mengasosiasikan PM dengan teknologi AI, bukan pedagogi. Hambatan utama meliputi beban administratif berat dan ketimpangan infrastruktur. Strategi kunci keberhasilan mencakup pelatihan simulasi praktik dan transformasi kepala sekolah menjadi instructional leader. Practical implications: Hasil ini mendesak pergeseran paradigma dari sosialisasi teori ke workshop praktis, serta deregulasi beban administrasi guru sebagai prasyarat mutlak implementasi efektif. Originality/value: Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada fungsinya sebagai sistem peringatan dini (early warning system) yang membedah kesiapan ekosistem sebelum implementasi penuh kebijakan, berbeda dengan evaluasi pasca-program pada umumnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts, primarily due to the use of conventional, non-interactive, and monotonous learning media such as blackboards and textbooks. This leads to passive learning, boredom, and low motivation, which hinders the optimization of students' mathematical concept understanding. The study aims to determine the effect of Baamboozle learning media on the mathematical concept understanding of third-grade students at SDN Pamulang Indah. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental method with a Post-test Only Control Group Design, the research involved a population of 179 students. The sample consisted of class III C (n=35) as the experimental group and class III A (n=37) as the control group. The instrument used was a 10-item essay post-test, which was validated and found to be reliable (reliability score = 0.895). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of normality and homogeneity tests showed a normal distribution (experimental class = 0.154, control class = 0.200, both > 0.05) and homogeneity (0.229 > 0.05). An independent t-test resulted in t = 5.160 with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of Hₐ. This indicates that Baamboozle learning media significantly affects students' mathematical concept understanding, with the experimental class achieving a higher average score (32.00) than the control class (27.22). Therefore, Baamboozle has a positive influence on third-grade students' mathematical concept understanding at SDN Pamulang Indah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan terkait kinerja manusia tenaga kependidikan dan bagaimana prioritas yang digunakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja manusia melalui intervensi Perilaku Organisasi (OB) dengan menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Penelitian dilakukandengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengujian Two-Steps terhadap elemen dan cluster teori OB untuk menemukan prioritas permasalahan yang secara faktual terjadi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Sampel responden penelitian sebanyak 30 orang, dengan rincian 15 orang responden kategori ahli dan 15 orang responden kategori praktisi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik kuota sampling. Pengolahan data awal menggunakan SuperDecisionSoftware. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prioritas intervensi OB adalah Level Kelompok dengan skor (0,152), Struktur Kelompok dengan skor (0,503), kepemimpinan (0,467), dan keaktifan kelompok (0,605). Kemudian, peningkatan kinerja dilakukan melalui Intervensi OB pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

Abstract

Accreditation is a strategic effort aimed at enhancing the quality of education at Health Polytechnics (Poltekkes). The accreditation process provides official recognition of the educational standards maintained by the institution, thereby promoting continuous improvement in all academic and non-academic aspects. This study aims to evaluate the impact of accreditation on improving the quality of health education at Poltekkes. The research methodology includes a literature review and secondary data analysis from various relevant sources. The results indicate that accreditation has a positive influence on the quality of education at Poltekkes, particularly in terms of curriculum enhancement, faculty competence, educational facilities, and student satisfaction. There are 76 study programs across 22 Poltekkes, with 36.4% of the programs having excellent accreditation located in Java Island, followed by Poltekkes in Sumatra and Kalimantan. This highlights the need for improving the quality of health education programs in Poltekkes situated in eastern Indonesia (Sulawesi and Papua). The conclusion is that accreditation is an effective tool for improving the quality of health education at Poltekkes, and it needs to be implemented consistently, evenly, and sustainably
