Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap asal-usul dan makna penamaan tempat wisata di Kecamatan Sembalun, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, serta menganalisis aspek budaya, sosial, dan fisik yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan teori linguistik antropologis (Mahsun) dan toponimi, diperkaya dengan perspektif Sapir-Whorf mengenai hubungan antara bahasa dan persepsi manusia. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber lisan berupa informasi masyarakat lokal (tokoh adat, sesepuh, aparat desa, dan pengelola wisata), serta sumber tertulis berupa dokumen desa, arsip, peta wilayah, dan literatur sejarah lokal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dengan teknik simak, sadap, dan rekam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode padan intralingual menggunakan teknik hubung banding menyamakan (HBS) dan hubung banding membedakan (HBB), kemudian dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 35 nama objek wisata di Kecamatan Sembalun terdapat variasi aspek toponimi yang mencerminkan budaya, masyarakat, dan manifestasi lingkungan. Dari jumlah tersebut, 8 nama objek wisata memuat aspek budaya, 9 nama objek wisata memuat aspek sosial, dan 18 nama objek wisata merupakan bentuk manifestasi lingkungan.

Abstract

Background: Character education is a fundamental component of formal education, particularly in addressing moral and social challenges among students in contemporary society. Specific background: Literary texts grounded in local culture provide concrete representations of character values through narratives, traditions, and social interactions, as reflected in the novel Sanggarguri by Lalu Agus Fathurrahman. Knowledge gap: Previous studies on Sanggarguri have largely emphasized cultural and symbolic dimensions, while systematic analysis of character education values in relation to high school literature learning remains limited. Aims: This study aims to identify character education values embedded in the novel Sanggarguri and to describe their use within high school literature learning. Results: The analysis reveals five dominant values: respect, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, and courage, manifested through characters’ attitudes, cultural rituals, and moral decision-making. Novelty: This study positions Sanggarguri as a local literary text that integrates Sasak cultural wisdom with character education values. Implications: The findings support the use of local novels as contextual teaching materials for high school literature learning, particularly in developing moral awareness, empathy, and cultural understanding in line with curriculum objectives. Highlights Identification of five core character education values in Sanggarguri. Representation of Sasak local wisdom through literary narratives and traditions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing and brand image on consumer purchasing interest in cosmetic products in urban areas in Semarang, Central Java. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 60 respondents aged 18-50 years old and selected through a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2. The research findings prove that digital marketing and brand image have a positive and significant impact partially on consumer purchasing interest in cosmetic products in Semarang. Digital marketing and brand image have a simultaneous impact on consumer purchasing interest in cosmetic products in Semarang. This finding emphasizes the importance of digital marketing and brand image in increasing consumer purchasing interest in cosmetic products in Semarang.

Abstract

Sirri marriage remains one of the most troubling paradoxes in Muslim family life: religiously accepted by many communities, yet legally invisible in ways that often leave women and children unprotected. This study aims to examine the problem of sirri marriage in Asam Jujuhan District from the perspective of Islamic family law, with particular attention to its practice, the factors sustaining it, its legal consequences, and the limited use of the isbat nikah mechanism. Employing a qualitative phenomenological design, the research collected data through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation involving judges, KUA officials, religious counselors, local leaders, and couples engaged in sirri marriage. The findings show that sirri marriage persists not merely because of legal ignorance, but due to the interaction of geographical isolation, weak institutional access, administrative barriers, economic hardship, and limited legal awareness. The discussion reveals that while sirri marriage is regarded as valid under Islamic law when its essential elements are fulfilled, it remains unrecognized under state law, creating serious vulnerabilities for spouses and children, especially in relation to legal status, maintenance, inheritance, and civil documentation. The study concludes that sirri marriage in Asam Jujuhan reflects an unresolved tension between religious legitimacy and state legality, and that its persistence is rooted in structural and socio-legal constraints rather than in doctrine alone. The study implies the need to strengthen legal outreach, improve access to marriage registration, and optimize isbat nikah as an institutional bridge between Islamic family law and state legal protection.   Keywords: Islamic Family Law; Marriage Registration; Sirri Marriage.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning focus of fourth-grade elementary school students during Indonesian language learning activities. Classroom management plays an important role in creating a conducive learning environment that supports student engagement and concentration. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the implementation of classroom management through deep learning-based learning to improve students’ learning focus in Indonesian language subjects. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The study was conducted at SDN Ibu Dewi I Cianjur, involving the principal, fourth-grade teacher, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that classroom management through deep learning-based learning was implemented through planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring learning activities. The learning process encouraged students to actively participate in discussions, reflection, and problem-solving activities. As a result, students showed increased attention, participation, motivation, and learning focus during Indonesian language lessons. The study concludes that deep learning-based classroom management contributes positively to improving students’ learning focus and creating meaningful learning experiences in elementary schools.
