Abstract

The increasing number of patient visits at the Wonokusumo Community Health Center demonstrates the importance of first-level healthcare facilities (FKTP) as the frontline of the National Health Insurance (JKN) service. Wonokusumo Community Health Center experienced a decline in patient satisfaction, leading to a desire to migrate to other healthcare facilities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and healthcare facilities on patient satisfaction and their impact on BPJS patient migration intentions. A quantitative approach was used with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The sample consisted of 252 BPJS patients using Maternity and Child Health (KIA) clinic services, selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that service quality had a p-value of 0.003 and health facilities had a p-value of 0.007, both significantly influencing patient satisfaction, while patient satisfaction significantly influenced the desire to migrate with a p-value of 0.000. Health facilities and service quality did not significantly influence the desire to migrate for BPJS patients, with p-values of 0.161 and 0.101, respectively. This study provides important implications for the management of community health centers, focusing on improving service quality and facilities to maintain patient loyalty.

Abstract

Kitab suci Al-Qur`an merupakan sumber inspirasi bagi umat Islam yang mencakup unsur-unsur dakwah tidak terkecuali metode dakwah Islam. Dakwah adalah tugas para Rasul, merupakan seruan untuk mengajak manusia ke jalan Allah. Dalam Al-Qur’an terdapat padangan khusus mengenai metode dakwah Islam yang telah digunakan oleh para Rasul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pandangan al-Qur`an terhadap metode dakwah Islam. Tulisan ini tergolong pada penelitian kepustakaan yangn tehnik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan analisis data menggunakan metode  content analisis. Sumber utama tulisan ini adalah kitab suci Al-Qur`an yang berkaitan dengan metode dakwah. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penjelasan Al-Qur`an maka dapat dikatakan bahwa metode dakwah Islam mencakup aspek al-hikmah, al-mau’idzah, al-jidal, dan al-qudwah.

Abstract

Kecimol is contemporary art which is a product of today as part of cultural acculturation due to interactions with other cultures. The cultural acculturation referred to is European culture which started from drum bands and then the idea emerged to form a new art known as Kecimol. This research aims to find out how Islamic and cultural values have shifted in the nyongkolan tradition using kecimol. The research method used is a qualitative approach which produces a clear description and the data obtained is in accordance with the desired data so that it can be analyzed well. This research found that the shift in Islamic values is 1) the presence of dancers, 2) the presence of alcohol which causes commotion, 3) dirty words, 4) loss of mutual respect with road users. Apart from that, the cultural shift that occurred was 1) how to dress, 2) how to line up, 3) when to finish hanging out.

Abstract

The celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday on Lombok Island contains various forms of da'wah values that can be practiced by the community in everyday life, including social values of society, beauty values, educational values, and various other da'wah values. In addition, using a qualitative descriptive research method, namely the author describes factually what is seen and found from the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday in the community on Lombok Island supported by the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies that have been conducted by the author on Lombok Island. From the results of this study it was found that the values of da'wah in the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday such as: Values of beauty, spiritual values, moral values, values of cooperation or mutual cooperation and social. The tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday is a good thing in Islam. In it is written the history of the life of the Prophet Muhammad which is so noble that it can be a good example in everyday life. Activities like this can be a motivator with a religious nuance in community life in the midst of moral degradation in Indonesia. The tradition of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday in Lombok is not only a ceremony, but also an effective means of preaching to instill Islamic values. Through this activity, the values of goodness, brotherhood, exemplary behavior, and simplicity of the Prophet are conveyed to the community in a way that is in accordance with local culture, so that they can be understood and applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Fenomena penggunaan cadar oleh mahasantriwati di pesantren menjadi isu penting untuk diteliti karena berkaitan erat dengan dinamika komunikasi dan interaksi sosial di lingkungan pendidikan berbasis agama. Praktik bercadar sering memunculkan berbagai persepsi, mulai dari penerimaan hingga stereotip negatif, yang dapat memengaruhi keharmonisan hubungan sosial. Sejumlah penelitian terdahulu telah membahas komunikasi perempuan bercadar di masyarakat umum, namun masih terdapat kekosongan kajian yang secara spesifik menelaah strategi interaksi sosial mahasantriwati bercadar dalam konteks pesantren, khususnya yang memiliki karakteristik pembinaan intensif seperti Ma’had Takhassus Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri Lombok Barat. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana strategi interaksi sosial yang digunakan mahasantriwati bercadar di Ma’had Takhassus Al-Ishlahuddiny?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertempat di Ma’had Takhassus Al-Ishlahuddiny, Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya strategi interaksi sosial yang meliputi komunikasi interpersonal berbasis empati, penggunaan bahasa tubuh yang adaptif, dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk membangun pemahaman publik. Novelty dari penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan peran aktif mahasantriwati bercadar sebagai agen komunikasi inklusif yang mampu mengatasi prasangka sosial di lingkungan pesantren. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program pembinaan komunikasi Islami berbasis keterampilan sosial serta penelitian lanjutan yang mengeksplorasi perspektif masyarakat eksternal terhadap keberadaan mahasantriwati bercadar di pesantren.

Abstract

Sangat penting untuk menanamkan kesadaran wirausaha sosial dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sejak dini, terutama pada anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan, karena mereka memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang secara mandiri. Melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung dalam mendaur ulang sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kewirausahaan sosial dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan. Untuk menciptakan peluang bisnis, peserta diberi pengetahuan mendalam tentang jenis sampah, metode pengolahan limbah, dan teknik pemasaran sederhana. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktis, metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pelatihan interaktif, praktik langsung pembuatan barang daur ulang, dan simulasi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak lebih memahami masalah lingkungan dan prospek ekonomi pengelolaan sampah. Selain itu, peserta program mengembangkan rasa tanggung jawab sosial, kreativitas, dan kemandirian finansial. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis tetapi juga menanamkan pemikiran berkelanjutan (mindset berkelanjutan) pada generasi muda melalui pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Dalam jangka panjang, hasil yang diharapkan adalah munculnya agen perubahan yang dapat menggabungkan prinsip kewirausahaan sosial dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, program ini benar-benar membantu menghasilkan generasi muda yang kreatif, kompetitif, dan sangat peduli dengan kelestarian alam dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of judicial review applications filed by both public prosecutors and defendants, focusing on the applicants’ legal grounds and the judges’ considerations in Supreme Court Decisions No. 109 PK/Pid/2007 and No. 133 PK/Pid/2011. The study employs a normative juridical approach, which examines relevant laws, legal principles, and scholarly doctrines to address the research questions systematically. The findings reveal that the right to file a judicial review is not limited to convicted persons but may also be exercised by public prosecutors. A judicial review may be accepted when judicial error occurs during the trial or when new evidence (novum) emerges that could significantly alter the verdict. The research further emphasizes that judges must act independently, free from external influence, and base their rulings solely on legal facts and judicial conviction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of law in the sentencing of perpetrators of sexual harassment and the judicial considerations in deciding such cases, particularly when the criminal sanctions imposed are inconsistent with the prevailing legal provisions. The research aims to understand the implementation of criminal law in punishing offenders and the reasoning of judges in adjudicating sexual harassment cases, with specific reference to the South Jakarta District Court Decision No. 833/Pid/B/2018/PN.JKT.Sel. The study adopts both the case approach and the statute approach, employing a normative legal research method that examines the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) and the relevant court decision as primary sources of analysis. The findings reveal that in the referenced case, the public prosecutor formulated an alternative indictment under Article 290(1) or Article 281(2) of the Criminal Code. The panel of judges ultimately applied Article 281(2) and sentenced the defendant to ten months of imprisonment. The judgment was based on three primary considerations: the testimony of witnesses, the visum et repertum (medical report), and the defendant’s own statement during the trial.

Abstract

The disposal of waste in the continuously growing industries leads to pollution caused by pollutants. One of them is liquid waste originating from the textile industry, which contains toxic coloring agents such as methylene blue that are difficult to decompose in the environment. Therefore, an effort is needed to tackle this issue using photocatalysis. A frequently used photocatalyst material is a semiconductor metal oxide like ZnO. However, ZnO semiconductors still have limitations in their applications. To overcome these limitations, ZnO catalysts will be modified with a supporting material like perlite, which is a lightweight and porous material. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of ZnO/Perlite in degrading methylene blue. The ZnO/Perlite composite with a 20% composition shows the highest photocatalytic activity compared to the ZnO/Perlite composites with 10% and 30% compositions. The optimum condition for ZnO/Perlite 20% in degrading methylene blue is achieved with a mass of 0.3 grams, at pH 11, with 2 hours of stirring under ultraviolet light irradiation, resulting in a photocatalytic activity of 47.59% and a combined adsorption and photocatalytic activity of 78.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the influence of leadership on employee performance; and (2) examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 37 employees of Singsing Decoration Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that leadership has a positive influence on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance.
