Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan yaitu menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, serta menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar. Dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini metode penulisan yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi dengan SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang dibuat, yaitu pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar yaitu tetap mempertahankan pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang sudah dilakukan. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan Influence Of Work Training And Work Motivation To Employee Performance In Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar Abstract Job training and work motivation are important factors in improving employee performance. In this study, the authors conducted a study with the aim of analyzing the effect of job training on employee performance at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, and analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar. In this scientific paper, the research method used was a questionnaire with a saturated sample technique with employee respondents at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, interviews and literature review. The sample in this study were 110 respondents. The method of analysis uses regression with SPSS ver 25. The results of this study support the hypothesis, namely that job training and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. The advice that can be given to Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar is to maintain job training and work motivation that has been done. Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Lingkungan yang mampu membentuk rasa lapar dan meningkatkan nafsu makan pada diri manusia sangat mutlak diperlukan dalam desain interior sebuah restoran. Dengan mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, sebuah restoran tidak hanya semata-mata menjual rasa masakan tapi juga menjual suasana yang nyaman bagi para konsumen. Daya tarik di sebuah restoran dapat dibentuk dengan berbagai cara seperti desain interior ataupun desain eksterior restoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan desain interior terhadap minat pengunjung. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Simple random sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang langsung dilakukan pada unit sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 130 responden yang menjadi konsumen yang mengunjungi The Garden Pantai Indah Kapuk. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap dependen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara desain interior terhadap minat pengunjung restoran The Garden Pantai Indah Kapuk. Abstract

Abstract-  This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on the sales level of Pizza Hut in the Covid-19 era. This research is a basic research to fill the research gap in sales level studies. two hypotheses and tested using data collected from 150 respondents of pizza hut customers. This research is driven by the Covid-19 pandemic which has brought a downturn for companies in marketing products produced by these companies, especially companies in the field of food and beverage. Researchers use quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze how much influence the independent variables interact with. dependent variable. Researchers found that the variable that had the most significant influence on Pizza Hut sales in the Covid-19 era was promotion. The decline in Pizza Hut prices did have an effect on the increase in Pizza Hut sales but the effect was not too significant. This is due to the intense price competition to attract consumers' attention in this pandemic. Thus, it is evident that the Pizza Hut promotion strategy by attracting public sympathy can increase sales in the Covid-19 era.Keywords: price, promotion, sales level, covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to describe internal and external factors with the 7P marketing mix concept at SMA Bogor Raya, define the gap between input and output from internal and external factors in the marketing strategy of SMA Bogor Raya, evaluate the 7P services marketing mix concept applied by the marketing unit of SMA Bogor Raya. This approach to study requires extensive relevant searches, business management, and educational databases on value-based marketing and co-creation. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The type of research used in this research is a case study. Subjects in this study were vital informants with a total of 7 informants. The research field of educational marketing, value, and co-creation is still at a relative pioneer stage. Much research is still to be carried out, both from problem identification and a strategic perspective. To increase public interest in school education services, a mixed market strategy can be applied by combining 7Ps consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Although there is no master plan for implementing the marketing mix at SMA Bogor Raya, the strategy has been implemented.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan konsep bauran pemasaran 7P di SMA Bogor Raya, menentukan gap antara input dan output dari faktor internal dan eksternal dalam strategi pemasaran SMA Bogor Raya, mengevaluasi konsep bauran pemasaran jasa 7P yang diterapkan oleh unit pemasaran SMA Bogor Raya. Pendekatan studi ini membutuhkan pencarian relevan yang ekstensif, manajemen bisnis, dan basis data pendidikan tentang pemasaran dan kreasi bersama berbasis nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah informan vital dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang. Bidang penelitian pendidikan pemasaran, nilai, dan co-creation masih pada tahap perintis relatif. Banyak penelitian yang masih harus dilakukan, baik dari identifikasi masalah maupun perspektif strategis. Untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap layanan pendidikan sekolah, strategi pasar campuran dapat diterapkan dengan menggabungkan 7P yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Meski belum ada masterplan penerapan bauran pemasaran di SMA Bogor Raya, namun strategi sudah diterapkan.

Abstract

In the restaurant industry, customer loyalty has become the most important strategic goal. The impact of service quality dimensions on customer loyalty is investigated using the SERVQUAL scale's dimensional structure in fast food restaurant service environments. Pizza Hut is a well-known fast-food chain that appeals to people of all ages, from children to the elderly. Pizza Hut has locations throughout the city as well as internationally. Each branch's level of service is unquestionably different. Pizza Hut Indonesia will be the subject of this study. A sample of 100 respondents is used to create and test research hypotheses. Quantitative research is the form of research that we used in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data from everyone who has ever visited Pizza Hut Indonesia. PLS-SEM was utilized to perform the data analysis. According to the data, total consumer loyalty is 44,8 percent. As a consequence of this research, consumer loyalty at Pizza Hut Indonesia is substantially influenced by service quality.

Abstract

Telkomsel merupakan sebuah operator telekomunikasi seluler terbesar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh antara brand image, service quality dan price terhadap customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan operator telkomsel di Karawaci Lippo Village. Jumlah Populasi yang diambil seluruh pelanggan yang menggunakan operator telkomsel di Karawaci Lippo Village. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden yang disebarkan secara langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan variabel bebas brand image,service quality, dan price berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat customer satisfaction Kata Kunci : Brand image, Service Quality, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image on purchase intention in selecting a desired University, the effect of brand image on brand trust and the effect of brand trust as the intervening variable on purchase intention when selecting the desired University. The data collection is done by having a survey using questionnaires sent to 100 students in three different high schools who are in  their senior year. This research is using quantitative approach with PLS-SEM method using the assistance of SmartPLS 3.2.7 software to evaluate the outer model and the inner model. The result shows that brand image and brand trust as the intervening variable have significant effect on purchase intention when selecting the desired University by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are, to explore the predictor of service quality, food quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is collected only from a customer who have ever visit and eaten in Ampera restaurant located on Bandung. The hypotheses were tested with primary data (n= 200) collected through structured questionnaire using simple random sampling method. Writer use questionnaire as method of collecting data, The Questionnaire use Likert Scale such as 1 (Strongly Disagree), 2 (Disagree), 3 (Rather Disagree), 4 (Rather Agree), 5 (Agree), 6 (Strongly Agree). The data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23 and the results are: service quality has a positive and significant predictor of customer satisfaction, food quality has a negative and not significant predictor of customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant predictor of customer satisfaction

Abstract

Le Petit Kids Café is a place to sell food and drinks specifically for parents and their children. When they come to this café,parents can bring their children who are babies up to elementary school age, where these ages are the ages at which thechildren practice their motoric movements. Le Petit Kids Café will provide children's toys that can train children's motoricmovements, starting from mini slides, mini trampolines, as well as other toys that stimulate creativity such as legos, woodenblocks and other toys. So besides being a place for children to play and learn, this café also aims so that parents who comewith their children can rest and enjoy time at Le Petit Kids Café, while children are playing in the playground area, or evenbecome a place for family recreation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility of the Le Petit Kids Cafébusiness whether it is feasible to run or not. The research method used is descriptive research method. The data collectionprocess was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 317 respondents using convenience sampling techniques,observation, and interviews. The analysis method consisted of several aspects, namely analysis of market and marketingaspects, operational aspects, organizational and human resources aspects, and financial aspects. Le Petit Kids Café is aviable and profitable business.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the effect of product and promotion on customer satisfaction at Fika Kedai KafiKarawaci. And this study also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction atFika Kedai Kafi Karawaci. The population used in this study are customers or consumers who have tried Fika Kedai KafiKarawaci products. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using aquestionnaire method. The data obtained were analyzed by using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Linear Analysis ofMultiple Regression, Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Test with the F test and t test. Fromthe analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The variable with the most dominant influence on customersatisfaction is the product variable with a regression coefficient of 0.878. Meanwhile, the promotion variable has a regressioncoefficient of 0.093. The results showed that the product and promotion simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at FikaKedai Kafi Karawaci. Products have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Fika Kedai Kafi Karawaci.Meanwhile, promotion does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Fika Kedai Kafi Karawaci.
