Abstract

This study examines the revitalization of coastal settlements and tourism in Tihu Village using qualitative-descriptive methods. Field surveys were conducted from April to May 2025 in Tihu Village, Bone Pantai Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo, including data collection, interviews, observations, and field verification. The results indicate that Tihu Village has high tourism potential but faces serious issues: irregular building structures, environmental degradation, inadequate housing conditions, poor road infrastructure, and pollution caused by waste disposal into the sea, creating an unhealthy environment. Comprehensive revitalization is necessary to improve environmental quality, strengthen coastal community resilience, and promote local economic growth through tourism. The program includes infrastructure improvements, spatial planning, enhanced accessibility, coastal conservation, and community-based sustainable tourism development. Implementation is expected to create a well-planned, comfortable, and sustainable area while improving community well-being through the tourism sector.

Abstract

This article examines the complex relationship between the digitalization of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) and their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in rural areas, focusing on the specific opportunities and challenges in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. Based on a qualitative case study methodology, the research identifies that digitalization offers significant opportunities for BUM Desa, including expanding market reach, improving operational efficiency and transparency, and increasing access to capital. These opportunities directly support several SDGs, such as poverty eradication (SDG 1), equitable economic growth (SDG 8), and strengthened partnerships (SDG 17). However, the findings also highlight that realizing this potential is significantly hampered by fundamental challenges in Sigi Regency. These challenges include limited human resource capacity and digital literacy, uneven digital infrastructure, insufficient capital and small business scale, suboptimal organizational management, and a lack of coordination among stakeholders. The study concludes that while digitalization is a powerful tool, its effectiveness is highly dependent on a strong foundation of capacity and governance. Without addressing these structural issues, digitalization risks widening existing disparities or failing to deliver the expected transformative impact. This research provides a nuanced understanding of how digitalization, BUM Desa, and SDGs interact in a challenging socioeconomic and geographical context, emphasizing the need for a holistic and tailored digitalization strategy that combines technological investment with human capacity building and institutional strengthening.

Abstract

Dalam menjalani kehidupan, kita dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas kita sebagai manusa, baik itu kualitas yang bersifat duniawi hingga akhirat.ada banyak cara dalam mrningkatkan kualitas duniawi dan akhirat kita sebagai manusia. Salah satu jalan dalam meningkatkan kualitas akhirat kita atau meningkatkan iman kita dengan selalu menyirami hati kita dengan ayata-ayat Al-qur’an dan Hadist Rasulullah. Begitu pula dalam meningkatkan kualitas duniawi kita sehingga kita tidak dengan mudah terperangkap dalam kebodohan. Berdasarkan ayat yang pertama diturunkan oleh Allah dalam Al-qur’an yaitu membaca maka kita sebagai manusia juga harus meningkatkannya juga, ada banyak cara juga yang dipakai dalam meningkatkan minat kita dalam membaca.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development process of Diorama as an instructional medium for the topic Knowing the Earth in elementary school, as well as to determine its effectiveness in enhancing the quality of learning. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the 4D model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The developed Diorama is a three-dimensional medium that visually and concretely represents the Earth's structure, its layers, and various natural phenomena. The key characteristics of this medium are its attractive visual presentation, ease of understanding, and interactivity, as students can directly observe and manipulate the objects in the Diorama. The media was tested on fifth-grade elementary school students. Based on the questionnaire results, out of 10 indicators measured using a Likert scale, the average percentage of students who responded “Strongly Agree” and “Agree” exceeded 85%, with the average score for each item above 3.3. Most students reported feeling happier, more active, and better able to understand the material when using the Diorama. Thus, the Diorama has been proven effective in improving understanding, interest, motivation, engagement, and in creating a fun and non-monotonous learning atmosphere. This medium is recommended for use in thematic learning that requires concrete visualizations to support student comprehension.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah di Kab. Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini mengacu pada metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis statistik parametrik melalui uji t dan uji F. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan menganalisis prasyarat yang telah dipenuhi seperti normalitas distribusi data, dan tidak adanya gejala heteroskedastisitas. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; Secara bersamaan, variabel manajerial kepala sekolah terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kab. Cirebon, Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on assets simultaneously and partially. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). The results of the multiple linear regression equation research are Y = -9.440 + 0.728X1 + 6.099X2, correlation coefficient test of 0.8046, coefficient of determination of 64.73%, f count value < f tabel (2.75 < 9.55) and t count value < t table b1 (2.274 < 2.353), t count value < t table b2 (0.955 < 2.353). This shows that accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have an insignificant effect on return on assets, while partially the variable accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a positive but insignificant effect on the return on assets variable.

Abstract

This research conducted by title analysis religion values in the novel ground zero by Agustinus Wibowo. This research were aimed (1) To analyze the religion values in the novel ground zero by Agustinus Wibowo; (2) To analyze the causes of religion values in the novel ground zero by Agustinus Wibowo. The method used was descriptive qualitative design. The source of the data is uses the primary data and secondary data. This research found that; (1) there was two kinds of religion value found in the ground zero novel namely; (1) positive religion valuethere are religion value of source of hope and optimism form that found on the data 01 and 21; promotes feelings of belongingness. This can be found on the data 3, 10, 12, 22, and 24; boosts self-esteem, and this can be found on the data 16, 17, and 25’ provides protection from existential threats. This can be found on the data 9, and 11; promotes healing of mind and body, this can be seen on the data 27; an improved mental and physical health, this data can be found on the data 20; encourages charity and altruism, this data can be found on the data 26; and (2) negative roles of religion. In this case, that content of anxiety created through scientific and religious views. This can be found on the data 34; content of bad religious programming on data 19; content of the data 34 too; rationalisation for hatred and prejudice. This can be found on the data 18; Power hungry religious leaders, this can be seen on the data 13, 14 and 16; segregation of humanity, this can be seen on the data 2, 5, 7, and 18. (2) The cause of Religion value those found by Agustinus Wibowo in his trip was religion symbol that had been found in the trip and about the people with different religion who had met with him along of way.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how short-term and long-term debt affect the operating income of palm oil companies. This study is a type of quantitative research using the panel data multiple regression analysis method. The independent variables in this study are Short-Term Debt (X1) and Long-Term Debt (X2). The dependent variable in this study is Operating Income (Y). The data source in this study is the Indonesia Stock Exchange Report in 2019-2023 and uses the Purposive Sampling Technique. The results of the study show that Short-Term Debt and Long-Term Debt partially do not have a significant effect on the Operating Income of Palm Oil Issuer Shares. In addition, simultaneously Short-Term Debt and Long-Term Debt have a significant effect on the Operating Income of Palm Oil Issuer Shares.

Abstract

Kasus Bullying dewasa ini sedang marak terjadi di dalam Pendidikan formal maupun non formal, lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri seharusnya jauh dari prilaku tersebut. Bullying adalah perilaku perundungan atau ejekan yang bertujuan unuk menyakiti atau merendahkan korban. Tindakan ini bisa berupa kekerasan fisik, mengejek, memanggil dengan sebutan nama orang tua dan berkata kotor terhadap korban. Melihat masih maraknya kasus bullying di Dusun Mindi meskipun sudah ada tindakan dari pihak sekolah dan Pendidikan non formal. Kelompok 02 PPKM-MBKM IAI Hasanuddin Pare, mengadakan program kerja kampanye anti bullying yang dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Kelutan dan TPQ Al-Mujaddadiyah di desa itu pula. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penggalian data melaui observasi dan wawancara, adapun bentuk pengabdian meliputi observasi, seminar anti bullying, dan pendampingan dengan memasang poster anti bullying pada tempat-tempat strategis disekolah dan TPQ. tujuan dari diadakannya program ini adalah untuk mencegah agar tidak terjadi kasus bullying di dalam Pendidikan di Dusun Mindi. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat berkontribusi untuk mengurangi dan mencegah secara prefentif terjadinya kasus bullying di Dusun Mindi, Desa Kelutan, Kecamatan Ngronggot, Kabupaten Nganjuk sangat signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the Notary's responsibility for the alleged crime of forgery in an authentic deed based on Decision Number: 1398/Pdt.G/2017/PA.JP. And to find out and analyze how the legal consequences of a will made by a notary are contrary to the applicable legal system. Using the theory of legal certainty, the theory of authority, the theory of responsibility, and the theory of the strength of authentic deed proof. Normative juridical research methods. The approach used is a conceptual approach, statutory approach and legal case approach. The results of this study, against a notary who is proven to have made a deed that is suspected of having a criminal element, needs to be seen first from the factors of error and intentionality, so that a notary who is consciously involved on purpose or is involved in making a fake authentic deed if it is proven legally and convincingly true, then the notary can be subject to criminal sanctions, with the alleged criminal act of forgery committed by a Notary, criminal law accountability will be held. Meanwhile, if the elements of the error are not fulfilled, the Notary cannot be punished. The legal consequence of an authentic testament made by a Notary who commits an unlawful act for negligence in making the deed is the loss of the authenticity of the deed and it becomes an underhanded deed and the authentic deed can be canceled if the party who argues can prove it in a trial in court , because the making of an authentic deed must contain outward, formal, and material elements, or one of these elements is incorrect and gives rise to criminal or civil cases which can then be proven untrue.
