Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk using the Profitability ratio, the data analysis techniques in this study are the Return On Asset (ROA) Ratio and the Return On Equity (ROE) Ratio, the data used is quantitative data and the data source in this study is secondary data obtained based on financial records for the last five years 2019-2023 at PT Astra International Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study which were tested partially showed that return on assets had a fluctuating ratio each year, but the value of the return on assets ratio did not exceed the set industry value so that financial performance was declared unhealthy. The return on equity produced has the same value as the return on assets ratio, which is fluctuating and the industry value does not exceed the return on equity ratio value so that the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk is not good.

Abstract

Masa sekolah dasar (SD) merupakan periode kritis dalam perkembangan anak yang mencakup aspek kognitif, sosial, emosional, dan fisik. Perkembangan ini memiliki dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesejahteraan dan kesuksesan akademik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian tentang perkembangan anak SD melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data penelitian diambil dari basis data Scopus dengan menggunakan kata kunci "perkembangan anak" dan "sekolah dasar". Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Biblioshiny untuk mengidentifikasi topik penelitian populer, tren publikasi, kolaborasi antar peneliti, dan dampak penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan minat dan publikasi dalam bidang ini sejak tahun 2000-an, dengan "Child Development" sebagai jurnal yang paling berpengaruh. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan kolaborasi yang kuat antara peneliti dan institusi internasional, serta berbagai tema utama seperti perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi peneliti, pendidik, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan relevan bagi anak SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi terkait penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran numerasi di sekolah dasar dalam kurun waktu 2014 hingga 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan memetakan data publikasi yang terindeks di database Scopus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi terkait topik ini mengalami peningkatan dengan puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2022. Penulis yang paling produktif dalam bidang ini antara lain Amir MF, Canbazo?lu HB, dan Tarim K, sedangkan institusi yang sering muncul adalah Federal University of Alagoas dan University of Oregon. Negara yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam publikasi ini adalah Indonesia, diikuti oleh USA dan Malaysia. Kata kunci yang sering digunakan dalam publikasi adalah “numeracy,” “mathematical literacy,” dan “primary school,” yang mencerminkan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan matematika dasar menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai arah perkembangan penelitian dan pentingnya teknologi dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran numerasi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Terrorism is a crime that is now widely discussed in print and electronic media, especially in Indonesia, which has been seriously affected since the Bali Bombing I in 2002. To this day, acts of terrorism continue to occur in various forms, involving both individuals and groups. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Penta helix concept in efforts to prevent and counter terrorism in Kananga Village, Bima Regency, as well as to identify the challenges encountered. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach involving informants representing the five elements of the Pentahelix: government, academia, business, community, and media. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that applying the pentahelix concept through a culturally-based approach, education, and solidarity effectively maintains social harmony and prevents the community from being exposed to radicalism. However, the main challenges faced include a need for coordination among institutions, limited access to vulnerable communities, and negative perceptions from some community members toward these efforts. The study concludes that the Penta helix concept can create a positive synergy between the government, academia, business, community, and media. However, challenges in coordination and perception need to be addressed to maximize its effectiveness in preventing terrorism

Abstract

The agricultural sector is important in every country, especially in Indonesia, where the majority of the population are farmers. The problem faced in this modern era is that the agricultural system still uses traditional methods which are less efficient in the use of time. The main aim of this research is to make the agricultural sector more superior in Indonesia, to increase the efficiency of agricultural production using IoT (internet of things) technology. The research method used is by detecting the water content in the soil, temperature and humidity in the air and the weather on agricultural land. The tools and materials used are soil moisture sensors and ESP32. Soil moisture levels are also adjusted by irrigation using a water pump. If the soil humidity is below the limit, the humidity sensor will send information data to the ESP32 module and the data will be sent to the IoT (Internet of things) platform. ESP32 collects data from all sensors and connects the data to the cloud and displays it in Blynk. The results of this research were that the highest solar panel voltage read by the multimeter was 20.5 V and the lowest was 18.3 V. The soil moisture sensor can work according to commands, when the soil moisture condition is (< 50) the pump will turn on and when the soil condition is (> 50) the pump will not turn on. The INA219 sensor displays the voltage, current and power of the load when it is on or off. The average error read from the INA219 sensor voltage is 2.515%, the highest error is 5.6% and the lowest is 0.8%.

Abstract

Kasus Bullying dewasa ini sedang marak terjadi di dalam Pendidikan formal maupun non formal, lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri seharusnya jauh dari prilaku tersebut. Bullying adalah perilaku perundungan atau ejekan yang bertujuan unuk menyakiti atau merendahkan korban. Tindakan ini bisa berupa kekerasan fisik, mengejek, memanggil dengan sebutan nama orang tua dan berkata kotor terhadap korban. Melihat masih maraknya kasus bullying di Dusun Mindi meskipun sudah ada tindakan dari pihak sekolah dan Pendidikan non formal. Kelompok 02 PPKM-MBKM IAI Hasanuddin Pare, mengadakan program kerja kampanye anti bullying yang dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Kelutan dan TPQ Al-Mujaddadiyah di desa itu pula. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penggalian data melaui observasi dan wawancara, adapun bentuk pengabdian meliputi observasi, seminar anti bullying, dan pendampingan dengan memasang poster anti bullying pada tempat-tempat strategis disekolah dan TPQ. tujuan dari diadakannya program ini adalah untuk mencegah agar tidak terjadi kasus bullying di dalam Pendidikan di Dusun Mindi. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat berkontribusi untuk mengurangi dan mencegah secara prefentif terjadinya kasus bullying di Dusun Mindi, Desa Kelutan, Kecamatan Ngronggot, Kabupaten Nganjuk sangat signifikan.

Abstract

Education is an important sector that creates the nation's next generation, who are superior and competent in their fields. One of the Islamic organizations that is committed to the field of education is Muhammadiyah. This article describes the results of the community service program, which aims to solve the problems of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Bayat regarding their plans to develop their educational facilities in new locations to enhance students' character. The method of community service begins with a location survey, initial design FGD, initial architectural design, final design FGD, and final architectural design. The results of the service implementation are in the form of final architectural design drawings based on the partners' needs and land area. The shape of the building follows the shape of the triangular land with a vertical facade on the front side of the building to place the school's identity. The school's equipment consists of classrooms, a teacher's office, a principal's office, an administrative room, a library, a basketball field, and other complementary rooms. There is also a two-story mosque above the library building, a BLK room designed on the second floor, and a school hall room on the third floor. Apart from that, the design concept uses a local architectural theme to provide an identity related to the area's potential around the school.

It focuses on Netflix's strategies for international expansion, including its innovative distribution methods, personalized user experiences, and localization efforts. By adapting its business model to meet diverse cultural and regulatory demands, Netflix has successfully navigated significant challenges such as cultural barriers and competition from local and global players like Disney+ and Amazon Prime. The review synthesizes insights from two academic articles: The Business Strategy Analysis of Netflix by Yu-Hao Hsiao, which emphasizes Netflix’s subscription model and technological advancements, and Strategy for Growth and Market Leadership: The Netflix Case by Kishwar Joonas et al., which explores marketing strategies and competitive dynamics. Key findings highlight the importance of original content development, technological innovations like AI and machine learning for user engagement, and effective localization strategies. This analysis aims to provide valuable perspectives for other technology companies seeking global expansion while maintaining a competitive edge. Ultimately, it underscores the significance of aligning long-term strategic vision with short-term tactical adaptations in navigating the complexities of the global entertainment landscape. Abstract

The problem faced by English teachers when teaching listening was how to make all students focus on the learning material and be active, considering that not all students can focus on what is conveyed and often there were students who also busy playing cellphones. To overcome this problem, the English teacher sometimes asked students some questions to regain their learning intention. The objective of this research is to analyze the strategies in teaching listening to students and the problems found by the English teacher in teaching listening as well as how they overcome the problems. The research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research was a English teacher. The research collected the data through interview guidance and uses library research, which compiles extensive documentation on a single or a number of topics. Both original sources and secondary sources are used in this investigation. As a conclusion, this study can argue that using multimedia to teach listening suppresses some of the unnatural aspects of the more conventional ear training in EFL classrooms while also bringing about a number of potential advantages.
