Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan supaya mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa setiap variabel kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Hasil pengujian penelitian memperoleh hasil nilai R Square sebesar 45,2% dan sisanya sebesar 54,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini misalnya harga, citra merek,dan promosi dan lain-lain. Hasil uji simultan penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan mediabelajar berupa gambar seri. Penerapan media ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didikdalam menulis kembali cerita fiksi pada peserta didik kelas IV di UPT SDN 187 Gresik. Penelitian inidilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan beberapa tahapan, antara lain: tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasidan refleksi dalam setiap siklus. Setiap siklus peneliti menggunakan pengumpulan data dalam bentuk nontes dan tes. Berdasarkan dari hasil data yang diperoleh, peneliti melakukan analisis terhadap data yangdisajikan dalam bentuk kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini peserta didikterlihat sangat antusias, karena peserta didik secara berkelompok mendengarkan dan menyimak cerita fiksidalam bentuk video kemudian mendiskusikan gambar seri sesuai dengan urutan cerita. Selanjutnya pesertadidik dapat menggunakan urutan pada gambar seri sebagai alat bantu untuk menuliskan kembali ceritafiksi sesuai dengan susunan katanya sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatanketuntasan belajar klasikal dalam menuliskan kembali cerita fiksi pada siklus 1 yaitu sebesar 78,26%meningkat menjadi 86,96% pada siklus 2.

Abstract

Effective communication is a key element in creating a productive and conducive learning environment. This research uses the literature study method to analyze the impact of teachers' communication competence and classroom culture on the learning process. The study revealed several important findings. First, teachers' ability to deliver material clearly and listen to students actively can increase students' participation and engagement in the classroom. Second, respect for learners' socio-cultural backgrounds can prevent misunderstanding and create an inclusive learning atmosphere. Third, emotional support from teachers has been proven to increase students' motivation to learn and help minimize behavioral problems in the classroom. Therefore, teachers' communication competence needs to be continuously improved to maximize the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of a diversification strategy with the development of innovation in Sanggabuana coffee products. This study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies and analyzed using technical and source triangulation. The study results were obtained to apply a diversification strategy focused on concentric diversification by producing new product outputs based on the raw material of KoSa as a coffee flavouring in desserts with the types of Pudding Kopi and Bolu Kopi, scrubs, and air fresheners. Furthermore, Bumdes can maximize e-commerce marketing.

Abstract

Masa remaja di mana individu berkembang dari saat pertama kali menunjukkan tanda-tanda seksual sekundernya hingga mencapai kematangan seksual. Adanya perubahan pada masa remaja menimbulkan beberapa masalah kesehatan, salah satunya yang terjadi pada masa remaja yaitu anemia. Sekitar 53,7 % dari semua perempuan di negara berkembang mengalami anemia dikarenakan stres, haid tidak teratur, atau kebiasaan makan yang buruk. Penyebab Anemia pada remaja putri salah satunya yaitu kekurangan gizi, dan perdarahan saat menstruasi yang berlebihan. Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Telur Ayam Rebus Pada Mahasiswi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 7 hari dengan setiap pemberian telur ayam rebus sebanyak 1 butir per hari. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif dengan 2 subjek penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar informed consent, lembar pengkajian keperawatan, standar prosedur operasional pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin, lembar kontrol pemberian telur ayam rebus, dan lembar observasi kadar hemoglobin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kadar hemoglobin setelah dilakukan intervensi pemberian telur ayam rebus pada subjek 1 sebesar 2,4 gr/dl dari 10,8 gr/dL menjadi 13,2 gr/dL dan pada subjek 2 sebesar 2 gr/dl dari 10,5 gr/dL menjadi 12,5 gr/dL. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pemberian telur ayam rebus dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia. Diharapkan telur ayam rebus dapat berguna untuk menangani masalah anemia pada remaja putri selain dengan farmakologi.   Adolescence is where individuals develop from when they first show their secondary sexual signs until they reach sexual maturity. Changes during adolescence give rise to several health problems, one of which occurs during adolescence, namely anemia. Around 53.7% of all women in developing countries experience anemia due to stress, irregular menstruation, or bad eating habits. One of the causes of anemia in teenage girls is malnutrition and excessive menstrual bleeding. This scientific paper aims to determine the effect of giving boiled chicken eggs to female students. This research was carried out for 7 days with each giving 1 boiled chicken egg per day. This research used a descriptive case study with 2 research subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used were informed consent sheets, nursing assessment sheets, standard operating procedures for checking hemoglobin levels, control sheets for administering boiled chicken eggs, and hemoglobin level observation sheets. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in hemoglobin levels after the intervention of giving boiled chicken eggs to subject 1 by 2.4 gr/dl from 10.8 gr/dL to 13.2 gr/dL and to subject 2 by 2 gr/dl from 10. 5 gr/dL becomes 12.5 gr/dL. The conclusion of this research is that giving boiled chicken eggs can increase hemoglobin levels in anemia. It is hoped that boiled chicken eggs can be useful for treating the problem of anemia in adolescent girls apart from pharmacology.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of religion and work-family conflict on employee performance by utilizing job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The workforce of the manufacturing industry will be used as the sample population, and there will be a total of 120 individuals involved in the study. For the purpose of this study, the data gathering method that was utilized was a questionnaire. The analysis method that was utilized was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), and the SmartPLS version 3.0 was utilized. The result of this research showed that religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work-family conflict does not significantly affect employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to employee performance, religiosity has a significant positive effect to employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work-family conflict does not significantly affect the employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. It is possible that the findings of this study could serve as a foundation for enhancing and sustaining the performance of an organization by focusing on religious improvement and addressing the work-family conflict that is encountered by working individuals.

Abstract

The results of this study show that; first, the values of muticultural education that are instilled are: democracy, mutual respect, tolerance, mutual respect, justice and equality, brotherhood, togetherness, and cooperation. Second, the process of internalizing muticultural education values is applied in the form of; curriculum planning, democracy in discussions and workshops, interaction between teachers and students, and democratic evaluation. Third, improving the quality of alumni through; acceptance of students, distribution of alumni benefits in the community and other surrounding places formally and non-formally. Fourth, supporting factors are; visionary kiyai and sustainable integrated Islamic education system, textbook curriculum, while inhibiting factors; limited muticultural understanding, need to increase cultural and interfaith dialogue, limited understanding of the meaning of tolerance. The values of muticultural education can be influenced by integration in a sustainable integrated Islamic education system through the curriculum content of textbooks and pesantren books, coaching pattern time, and a conducive climate environment.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher training and teacher competency on the performance of educators at SMK Sehati Karawang. Research method—The research involved a population of 50 teachers, employing a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Result— The findings revealed that teacher training does not significantly affect teacher performance. In contrast, teacher competency has a positive and significant impact, as indicated by a t-count of 6.230, which exceeds the critical t-table value of 2.002. Simultaneously, the overall model demonstrated a significant influence on teacher performance, with an F-value of 150.305, surpassing the critical value of 3.20. Conclusion— The study concludes that while teacher training may not enhance performance, teacher competency is critical for improving educator effectiveness. These insights suggest a need for focused initiatives to develop teacher competency in educational environments.

Abstract

The curriculum is a comprehensive, holistic, methodical and collaborative curriculum management system. One way to optimise the curriculum is with curriculum management to oversee the policies of an education system, especially in Muhammadiyah Schools. The purpose of this study is to examine how curriculum management in Muhammadiyah schools can improve the quality of graduates. This research examines the synchronisation function of management in educational settings using qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis techniques. The type of data comes from primary data in the form of words or speech from informants, and secondary data in the form of documentation either from school documents, photos or recordings. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected was then analysed with descriptive analysis that provides a detailed description of the phenomena observed. The research findings show that improving the quality of graduates largely depends on efficient planning, coordination, mobilisation, supervision and empowerment of resources. It has been proven that effective curriculum management can achieve the required quality criteria and promote a good teaching and learning environment. To achieve higher graduate quality, this study offers suggestions for implementing better curriculum management.

Abstract

The online flipped classroom is growing in popularity as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread throughout the world. This type of learning is necessary in many places where traditional classrooms are not possible or safe to attend. To examine the effects of the OFC model, this study used a quasi-experimental design. Moreover, this study aimed to identify English language students’ attitudes toward the OFC model of instruction. There were sixty-five students of classes XIC and XID at MAN 3 Palembang that were split into experimental and control groups randomly. The control group was treated with Blended Learning, while the experimental group was treated with Online Flipped classroom. Mixed-method design was carried out in this research. To ensure homogeneity and normality, both groups took a reading comprehension pre-test at the beginning of the study. After the experiment, the post-test was given to the experimental and control groups. The statistical analyses of independent samples t-test showed that the experimental group had better reading comprehension scores than the control group. The results of frequency analyses showed that EFL students in the experimental group had more positive attitude towards OFC model of instruction and agreed that it was helpful to them in many ways. It is suggested that OFC can be used as an effective methodology for teaching reading comprehension to EFL students.
