Abstract

The Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) curriculum plays a key role in shaping students' moral character (akhlaqul karimah) at SDIT Ulul Albaab Weleri, Kendal. This study explores the strategies, processes, and impacts of the BPI curriculum in fostering Islamic values and noble character. Using qualitative methods, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show effective integration of the BPI curriculum in daily activities, extracurricular programs, and school culture. Religious practices like tahfidzul Qur'an, dhuha prayers, and moral guidance significantly influence students' behavior, instilling Islamic values as the basis of character development.

Abstract

The lack of understanding about how social media affects the language behavior of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Weleri in the context of learning, necessitates research to explore this phenomenon and understand how social media can be utilized to improve students' language skills in Arabic. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study design. The results of this study indicate that students use Arabic on social media to communicate, share information, and express themselves in the context of Arabic language learning. The factors that influence students' language behavior in using Arabic on social media are educational background, language proficiency level, language motivation, social media influence, and environmental influence. This study recommends that Arabic language education should consider the use of social media as one of the strategies for Arabic language learning.

Abstract

The principle of this research is to explore the perspectives of literary academics on AI’s ability to create literary works. This type of research is qualitative and the approach in this research is a case study. There are 3 lecturers who are the subjects in the interview which is packaged in a forum group discussion which is also the data collection technique used in this study. The data in this study are statements from the subjects during the FGD and the data source is the transcript of the FGD. The analysis technique used in this research is thematic analysis. From the analysis, it is found that AI-Generated literary works provides multiple perspectives from literary academics: 1) Concerns about the impact of AI on literature; 2) AI’s potential to expand access to literature; 3) The need for collaboration between humans and AI; and 4) The need for regulation and ethics in the development of AI for literature. This research shows that literary academics have mixed views on the development of literature created with AI. They have concerns about the impact of AI on literary values and traditions, but they also see the potential for AI to expand access to literature. Literary academics emphasise the importance of collaboration between humans and AI in creating literature and the need for regulation and ethics in the development of AI for literature.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the world of education has brought significant changes to the way we learn, teach, and lead in the school environment. The speed of technology adoption as well as the paradigm shift towards digital-based learning requires education leaders to adjust their strategies and approaches. In this context, educational leadership is not only required to be able to understand technology, but also needs to build an organizational culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and inclusive. This change poses new challenges in education governance that require serious attention from academics and education practitioners. While many studies have addressed the integration of technology in learning, there is still a research gap in understanding how education leaders navigate digital change strategically and holistically. Most studies tend to focus on teachers and students as users of technology, while the crucial role of education leaders in designing visions, policies, and digital learning climates is still underexplored. This is important considering that leadership that is responsive to digital changes greatly determines the success of innovation implementation in educational institutions. This study uses a descriptive approach with content analysis techniques to review various documents, scientific articles, educational policies, and reports on leadership practices in a digital learning environment. The data is systematically analyzed to identify leadership patterns, adaptation strategies, and challenges faced by education leaders in managing technology-based change. Through this approach, the research seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of leadership dynamics in the context of educational digitalization. The benefit of this research is that it makes a theoretical and practical contribution to the development of educational leadership models that are adaptive to digital change. The results of the research are expected to be a reference for policymakers, school principals, and academics in formulating leadership approaches that are more relevant to the demands of the times. Thus, the digital learning environment can be optimally utilized to improve the quality of education sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kapitalisasi bank. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perbankan yang terdaftar di Direktori Perbankan Indonesia selama periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kapitalisasi bank yang diproksikan dengan Tier 1, Total Capital dan Common Equity. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah tata kelola perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan ukuran dewan komisaris dan proporsi komisaris independen.Selain itu, variabel kontrol dalam penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitasdan kepemilikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris dan proporsi komisaris independen memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kapitalisasi bank dengan menggunakan tiga pengukuran yang berbeda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh diversifikasi internasional terhadap kinerja dan risiko pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang melakukan penjualan luar negeri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda, data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan selama periode 2010-2014. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah diversifikasi internasional yang diproksikan dengan rasio penjualan luar negeri terhadap total penjualan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja dan risiko perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan diproksikan dengan ROA dan Tobins Q. Risiko Perusahaan diproksikan dengan standar deviasi return. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan diversifikasi internasional mempunyai pengaruh berbentuk U (U-Shaped) terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan diversifikasi internasional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap risiko perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of institutional ownership on dividend initiation with newly appointed CEO holding a role as a moderating variable in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used a logistic regression model and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The data were obtained from the public company's Financial Report and Annual Report published in the 2012-2017 period. Dividend initiation is the dependent variable measured using dummy variable, and institutional ownership is the independent variable proxied by the percentage of shares held by institutional investors. Newly appointed CEO is the moderating variable. The result shows that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on dividend initiation and the newly appointed CEO strengthens the positive effect of institutional ownership on dividend initiation. It is advisable that the companies should improve their corporate governance’s quality by increasing the degree on institutional ownership.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management on profitaility. Working capital management here is seen through cash conversion cycle company. The study also looked at the moderating effect of financial constraints on the effect of working capital management on profitaility. The research used purposive sampling method and the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that cash conversion cycle has a significant negative effect on profitability. The financial constraints variabel strengthens the negative effect of the cash conversion cycle on profitability. Keywords: working capital management, cash conversion cycle, profitability, and financial constraints. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Manajemen modal kerja disini dilihat melalui siklus konversi kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga melihat efek moderasi financial constraints pada pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja melalui siklus konversi kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel financial constraints memperkuat pengaruh negatif siklus konversi kas terhadap profitabilitas. Kata Kunci: manajemen modal kerja, siklus konversi kas, profitabilitas dan financial constraints.

Abstract

The Board of Directors is obliged to take responsibility for its actions on the employment contract agreement of any responsibility born of any transaction or employment contract activity carried out by it in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given by the board of commissioners to it as a director of the company, with the consideration that the activity has been carried out with due regard to prudential standards and good faith from the duties and functions as a director. The research method used is normative juridical research using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials and research places, data collection techniques in this research are literature studies and document studies and interviews, data analysis is carried out by collecting, classifying, and analysing based on the results of literature study research and studies in several companies, the results of the study show that the legal protection of the Board of Directors on agreements with third parties that harm the company so that if something undesirable happens, the sanctions for violations of the Board of Directors in their position as budget users will face criminal, civil and administrative sanctions. So that directors who get authority based on applicable laws and regulations in carrying out a work contract activity either obtained through delegation of authority, then have fulfilled the criteria in each agreement.

Abstract

Pengembangan model analisis yang mengintegrasikan struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel determinan risiko dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap risiko keuangan pada perusahaan jasa rekayasa konstruksi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2021. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan, sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah risiko keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko keuangan, sementara struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko keuangan. Secara simultan, struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh terhadap risiko keuangan. Kemampuan prediksi dari kedua variabel terhadap risiko keuangan diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,291 atau 29,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan mampu mempengaruhi risiko keuangan sebesar 29,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
