This study tries to observe if mobile transaction has significant effect of income in private and public bank in Indonesia. This study collects the data about bank profitability and the number of mobile banking users before and during Covid-19 pandemic from BCA and BNI in Indonesia. The data of mobile transaction is divided into three, mobile, internet, and SMS banking. The data of income divided into two, premium/net and operational income. The data is analyzed using linear regression method to observe if mobile transaction has effect toward income variables. The data is analyzed using SPSS. The result showed that before pandemic, those three mobile transaction have strong correlation toward the increasing number of net and total operational income in BNI. In BCA, mobile banking has a significant effect on net and total operational income. During pandemic, mobile transactions have negative correlation toward net income, while operational income has positive one for BNI, but negative for BCA. It can be concluded that  internet, mobile, and SMS banking have correlation toward net and total operational income.

Abstract

This research brings to light an urgent dilemma pervading the broadband service supplying sector exemplified by PT. Faznet.Presently, clients have difficulties effectively communicating interruptions owing to manual processes providing scant network performance information. Addressing this communication vacuum, we propose a wireless network monitoring web portal engineered to dynamically present internet conditions in real time (speed, signal quality, status) and enable two-way interactions through disturbance reporting, maintenance advisories, and status updates. The developmental approach applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML), starting with Use Case Diagrams to model user requirements, progressing to Activity Diagrams detailing work processes, Sequence Diagrams sequencing intercomponent operations, and lastly Class Diagrams outlining software structure. It is expected that implementing this system will notably amplify transparency and responsiveness to better serve customers of PT. Faznet. This paper investigates a key challenge in sharing network performance data and service issues with subscribers of an internet provider. The suggested remedy involves designing an online dashboard displaying current network metrics and a feedback mechanism for users and technicians to exchange information on problems, repairs, and network status. System architecture and evolution adheres to modeling best practices to map workflows, message passing, and class relationships with the goal of vastly improving availability of network intelligence to customers while strengthening support reactivity. This aims to boost satisfaction levels among the user base of the featured broadband corporation.

Abstract

The principle of this research is to explore the perspectives of literary academics on AI’s ability to create literary works. This type of research is qualitative and the approach in this research is a case study. There are 3 lecturers who are the subjects in the interview which is packaged in a forum group discussion which is also the data collection technique used in this study. The data in this study are statements from the subjects during the FGD and the data source is the transcript of the FGD. The analysis technique used in this research is thematic analysis. From the analysis, it is found that AI-Generated literary works provides multiple perspectives from literary academics: 1) Concerns about the impact of AI on literature; 2) AI’s potential to expand access to literature; 3) The need for collaboration between humans and AI; and 4) The need for regulation and ethics in the development of AI for literature. This research shows that literary academics have mixed views on the development of literature created with AI. They have concerns about the impact of AI on literary values and traditions, but they also see the potential for AI to expand access to literature. Literary academics emphasise the importance of collaboration between humans and AI in creating literature and the need for regulation and ethics in the development of AI for literature.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the world of education has brought significant changes to the way we learn, teach, and lead in the school environment. The speed of technology adoption as well as the paradigm shift towards digital-based learning requires education leaders to adjust their strategies and approaches. In this context, educational leadership is not only required to be able to understand technology, but also needs to build an organizational culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and inclusive. This change poses new challenges in education governance that require serious attention from academics and education practitioners. While many studies have addressed the integration of technology in learning, there is still a research gap in understanding how education leaders navigate digital change strategically and holistically. Most studies tend to focus on teachers and students as users of technology, while the crucial role of education leaders in designing visions, policies, and digital learning climates is still underexplored. This is important considering that leadership that is responsive to digital changes greatly determines the success of innovation implementation in educational institutions. This study uses a descriptive approach with content analysis techniques to review various documents, scientific articles, educational policies, and reports on leadership practices in a digital learning environment. The data is systematically analyzed to identify leadership patterns, adaptation strategies, and challenges faced by education leaders in managing technology-based change. Through this approach, the research seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of leadership dynamics in the context of educational digitalization. The benefit of this research is that it makes a theoretical and practical contribution to the development of educational leadership models that are adaptive to digital change. The results of the research are expected to be a reference for policymakers, school principals, and academics in formulating leadership approaches that are more relevant to the demands of the times. Thus, the digital learning environment can be optimally utilized to improve the quality of education sustainably.
