Abstract

This study examines the impact of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) on fostering creativity and innovation among lecturers in higher education, focusing on curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment practices. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, including key informant interviews, observations at a university in Tangerang, and literature review, this research explores lecturers' experiences and challenges in adapting to an outcome-oriented educational model. The findings reveal that OBE encourages lecturers to develop more engaging and practical curricula, allowing them to integrate creative and student-centered teaching methods. It also supports the implementation of innovative assessment techniques, including project-based and collaborative evaluations, which provide a more comprehensive understanding of students' abilities. Despite these benefits, lecturers face challenges related to time management, resource constraints, and the need for professional development, highlighting the importance of institutional support and a collaborative culture in successful OBE implementation. This study contributes to existing literature by providing insights into the specific conditions necessary for OBE success and implications for policy and practice in higher education, suggesting pathways for future research to expand OBE's adaptability and effectiveness.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been widely recognized as an effective leadership style in driving innovation, improving performance, and shaping adaptive organizational culture. This article aims to comprehensively examine the influence of transformational leadership on innovation, performance, and organizational culture through a literature review. This research identifies four key dimensions of transformational leadership-idealized influence (charisma), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration-that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and individual development. The results of the literature review indicate that transformational leaders are not only able to improve performance and drive innovation, but also build an organizational culture that supports collaboration, openness to change, and empowerment of team members. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing transformational leadership skills to create an environment that motivates employees, encourages creativity, and ensures the sustainability of innovation in organizations. In addition, this study also provides insight into the role of readiness to change in enhancing transformational leadership effectiveness. Theoretically, this article enriches the literature on transformational leadership, providing new perspectives on the application of this leadership style in the context of dynamic organizational change.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian filosofis Dr. Fahruddin Faiz dari Youtube M Channel yang berjudul "Hargailah Orang Lain, Setiap Orang Mempunyai Pandangan Yang Berbeda - Beda ". Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode simak catat karena sumber data yang peneliti peroleh didapatkan melalui menyimak. Hasil proses menyimak singkat kajian filosofis ini adalah setiap orang mempunyai pandangan hidup masing-masing yang tentunya sangat unik dan berbeda-beda. Pandangan hidup setiap orang bisa kita ibaratkan sebuah kunci elemen data dalam suatu basis data pada database. Merupakan tanda pengenal unik yang mengidentifikasi seseorang sehingga setiap orang mempunyai keunikan tersendiri dalam pendapat yang di aspirasikan. Baik sikap dan perilaku yang positif, bermanfaat, dan inspiratif maupun sikap yang sebaliknya negative, merugikan dan tidak patut dicontoh. Setiap sikap dan perbuatan manusia pasti mempunyai konsekuensi dan membuat dampak yang nyata.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami kajian filosofis Dr. Fahruddin Faiz dalam video Youtube dari Channel “M Channel” yang berjudul “Tapi Yang Engkau Butuhkan Adalah Barang Yang Lebih Sedikit”. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode simak catat mempertimbangkan sumber data yang peneliti dapatkan hanya dari proses menyimak. Hasil telaah singkat dari proses menyimak kajian filosofis ini adalah bahwa ada sebuah prinsip dari cara hidup minimalis. Seseorang yang hidup minimalis akan memiliki prinsip hidup yang berbeda dengan orang lain. Begitu pula dengan cara mereka memperlakukan barang-barang mereka. Bertolak Belakang dari kebiasaan orang untuk membeli segala hal, minimalis justru hadir dan menawarkan konsep yang menarik untuk diikuti.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the work performance of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 123 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have a (negative) significant effect on work performance, peer support and supervisor support have a (positive) significant effect on work performance. Meanwhile, family support has not a significant effect on work performance. This new research proposed a model for building work performance among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial coaching on performance and to investigate the mediating effect of psychological capital on the employee population of a manufacturing company in Tangerang, Indonesia. This study adopted the simple random sampling method with 224 employees as samples. The result of this study indicate that managerial coaching has a significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that the relationship between managerial coaching and performance is significantly mediated by the psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in the face of in the industrial revolution 4.0 era.

Abstract

The widespread use of social media has significantly transformed the way people communicate, often leading to informal, shortened, and mixed-language expressions that deviate from standard linguistic norms. This phenomenon raises concerns about the erosion of proper language usage, particularly among younger generations. This study aims to design an AI-based expert system to support and improve the use of standard Indonesian on digital communication platforms. By integrating language rules into a decision-support model, the system can provide real-time feedback on grammar, spelling, and appropriate word usage during online interactions. This research adopts a qualitative approach through literature review and system design framework, emphasizing the need for intelligent linguistic assistance tools. The proposed expert system will be capable of analyzing user-generated content, detecting deviations from formal language standards, and offering suggestions or corrections. The findings contribute to ongoing efforts to preserve national language identity in the digital age and promote linguistic awareness through technology. Ultimately, this study offers an innovative solution to bridge the gap between informal digital trends and the preservation of standard language, encouraging responsible and high-quality communication in the modern digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi peran PMA dan PMDN terhadap kinerja ekonomi jangka pendek periode tahun 2010-2014. Teknik estimasi yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel dengan random effect. PMA dan PMDN dalam penelitian ini terbukti berdampak positif terhadap kinerja ekonomi jangka pendek. Terlihat juga, investasi asing berdampak lebih besar terhadap kinerja ekonomi dibandingkan dengan investasi dalam negeri. Alokasi PMDN selama periode penelitian lebih diarahkan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur demi pemerataan pembangunan jangka panjang. Sedangkan investasi PMA lebih diarahkan pada sektor alam, seperti pertanian dan pertambangan. Fenomena ini menjelaskan bahwa hasil alam Indonesia ternyata banyak dinikmati oleh orang asing daripada masyarakat domestik.

Abstract

Abstract - Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, the number of the Indonesian labor force was recorded at 144.01 million people in February 2022. Supported by a large number of potential human resources, an organization or company can certainly operate effectively and efficiently supported by the role of employees. Employees who work also have the right to Occupational Safety and Health which in its implementation is based on legislation. However, in reality, the number of work accidents in Indonesia is still relatively high and tends to increase. This research aims to find out how influential occupational safety and health are on employee performance for the company. The research method this time is a qualitative research method presented in the form of a narrative literature review. It was found that good employee performance in a company can have a positive impact on the company as a whole. The safety and protection factor at work is one of the keys to improving employee performance. So that the company makes various efforts in realizing protection for employees, one of which is through the provision of Occupational Safety and Health. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the analysis of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 at PT. Kerta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles being reviewed. The review results show that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia describes the management of railroad asset documents based on ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Assurance Systems in supporting the revitalization program of several railroads in Indonesia. In the process of revitalizing the rail line, of course, documents are needed as the main reference. Asset documents used in the railroad track revitalization activities are documents in the form of technical drawings, asset ownership documents, and cartography. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from participatory observation in 2019, in-depth interviews, and a review of document asset document management activities. Along with the development of increasingly advanced industry, companies are also required to provide the best quality in the products and services they produce but do not forget the environmental impacts that occur from all company activities. In the era of globalization, the challenge for an institution, both government and private, is the ability to guarantee customer or work partner satisfaction. Likewise with the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) PT. Kereta Api (Persero). The conclusion obtained is that asset document management on the basis of ISO 9001: 2015 has an important role in supporting the railroad revitalization program in Indonesia. This is because in revitalizing the railroad, guidelines are needed to reconstruct the structure of the railroad when the track was still actively used. If the asset documents are damaged, both physically and in terms of information, then the reconstruction process will require more money and take longer.
