Abstract

The age of preschool children is the age range of 3-6 years with various characteristics, at this time children like to imagine believing that they have strength. Preschool-age children are in a golden period of human development because at that time their physical and non-physical developments develop rapidly. The golden period is the age of children when they are 0-5 years old, this period is a sensitive and critical period, where children are especially easy to receive stimuli from their environment and is a period of brain development. Thus the golden age lies at an early age, to be able to stimulate the development of children's intelligence so that they can develop optimally to be a shared responsibility between teachers and parents at home. It is quite difficult for a child to be able to sit still for a long time and concentrate. So one of the things that can be done is with children's yoga. Several studies explain that yoga practice can help children to concentrate, regulate their breath, calm their minds with certain poses. This service is carried out in 4 stages, namely observing children's learning in the classroom, licensing to the school, carrying out activities, testimonials from teachers and children. This service aims to increase children's learning concentration and provide education to teachers at schools about children's yoga. The population of this service is kindergarten students, totaling 15 children. This activity uses leaflets and is carried out face-to-face at TK Sukomarsudi Putro I.   Abstrak Usia anak prasekolah adalah rentang usia 3-6 tahun dengan berbagai macam ciri, pada masa ini anak-anak senang berimajinasi percaya bahwa mereka memiliki kekuatan.

Abstract

Abstract

This research examines the potential of melinjo leaves (Gnetum gnemon L.) as a natural sunscreen, with a focus on the content of phenolic compounds, especially flavonoids. Through plant determination, sample preparation, methanol extraction (12.416% yield) and multilevel fractionation (n-hexane 12.1%, ethyl acetate 11.86%, butanol 10.16%), as well as examination of extract and fraction characteristics, phytochemical screening showed the presence of tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins (except the butanol fraction), steroids (methanol extract and n-hexane fraction), and terpenoids (ethyl acetate and butanol fractions). Melinjo leaf extract meets the Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia standard for ash content (6%) and is safe from heavy metal contamination (Hg, Pb, Cd), with a water content of 2.98% and a pH of between 4.5-6.5. The in-vitro sunscreen activity test showed high SPF values (High category) in the methanol extract and fractions (especially 1000 ppm), with the lowest %Te (Sunblock category) in the methanol extract and n-hexane fraction (200 and 250 ppm). Ethyl acetate and butanol fractions (1000 ppm) are effective in preventing skin pigmentation (Sunblock category). It was concluded that melinjo leaves have potential as a natural sunscreen because of their flavonoid content, with extracts and fractions showing good sunscreen activity, but only the highest concentrations of ethyl acetate and butanol fractions are effective in preventing pigmentation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the household income of Palembang woven fabric craftsmen. It employs an optimal response surface regression model to identify the ideal levels of working capital, business experience, partnerships, and working hours that maximize household income. To establish the relationship between the tar-get response and the independent variables, the study uses a second-order central composite design within a quadratic model framework. The research sample consists of craftsmen who are members of the Griya Tuan Kentang joint business group, with data collected through questionnaires. The findings indicate that the optimal working capital is IDR 12,069,541.74. This amount enables craftsmen to manage periods of declining demand and rising raw material costs while minimizing unnecessary ex-penses and increasing profitability. The study also reveals that 18.2 years of business experience is the optimal duration for achieving superior business performance. This level of experience allows craftsmen to set realistic, long-term business goals. Fur-thermore, an optimal working schedule of 7.99 hours per day ensures efficient produc-tivity without compromising work quality or work–life balance. Finally, maintaining a partnership for two years is identified as the ideal duration. This period encourages craftsmen to regularly evaluate and enhance the sustainability of their partnerships, effectively optimizing resources and networks.
