Abstract

Skylite Musical Drama is an annual event initiated by the students of SMA Labschool Kebayoran. This event is entirely student-led, with participants handling scriptwriting, choreography, stage set design, and even sponsorship acquisition independently.The selection process for the Best Actor in this musical drama is both challenging and time-consuming, as it requires a thorough evaluation to ensure the best performance. The assessment criteria include vocals, intonation, articulation, choreography, and expression.Until now, the evaluation process for selecting the Best Actor has been conducted manually, often resulting in subjective assessments due to frequently changing criteria without fixed standards. This research aims to streamline the evaluation process, automate score calculations, and minimize subjectivity in the selection process.The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) is used to calculate the candidates' scores objectively. To enhance efficiency, a web-based system has been developed and integrated with Telegram notifications to announce the final results to participants. This system significantly improves the assessment process by ensuring that calculations are based on structured evaluation attributes.

Abstract

Pricing is a crucial aspect of microeconomics that has broad implications for marketing strategies and consumer behavior, particularly in a perfectly competitive market structure. This study aims to analyze the influence of microeconomic-based pricing principles on marketing strategies and consumer behavior in a market characterized by multiple sellers, homogeneous products, and transparent pricing information. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 150 respondents, consisting of business actors and consumers in homogeneous goods sectors, such as food commodities and basic necessities. The analysis results show that pricing has a significant effect on marketing strategies and consumer behavior, both partially and simultaneously. Marketing strategy also acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between price and consumer behavior. The coefficient of determination value of 53.4% indicates that the independent variables in this study are able to explain more than half of the variation in consumer behavior. This finding emphasizes the importance of price as an economic signal in a perfectly competitive market and the need for integration between price efficiency and marketing strategy to maintain a competitive position. This study provides a practical contribution to business actors in formulating pricing policies that are responsive to market dynamics and oriented towards consumer preferences.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Warung Makan Takodo in facing competition within the rapidly growing local culinary industry. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and customers, as well as observation and documentation, and analyzed using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework. The strengths identified include its strategic location in front of Pasar Baru Makale, authentic local menu such as kapurung and green bean porridge, cleanliness, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, and high customer loyalty. Weaknesses comprise suboptimal operational management, limited staff during peak hours, lack of digital promotion, delays in raw material supply, and minimal innovation in modern menu items. Opportunities arise from the popularity of local and spicy food among young people, increasing economic activity around the market, positive impacts from Toraja cultural events and tourism, and the growth of social media and pre-order services. Threats include price competition, changing consumer preferences, rising raw material prices, dependency on market supplies, and the demand for digital services. The recommended strategies focus on optimizing strengths to seize opportunities, addressing weaknesses through opportunity utilization, using strengths to counter threats, and minimizing weaknesses while anticipating threats. Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) strategies in enhancing employee engagement within Indonesian digital start-up companies. The research employed a comprehensive qualitative methodology, including semi-structured interviews with 12 participants across various roles and company sizes within the start-up ecosystem. Data collection involved in-depth interviews, thematic analysis, and examination of HRM practices through multiple lenses. The findings reveal that successful employee engagement in digital start-ups is achieved through strategic implementation of flexible work arrangements, continuous learning programs, digital communication tools, and transparent leadership practices. Key themes emerged around the importance of work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and innovation culture in driving engagement levels. The study demonstrates that start-ups with fully implemented HRM strategies, particularly those emphasizing employee autonomy and career growth, achieve significantly higher engagement scores and job satisfaction rates. Digital transformation in HRM practices, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automated performance management systems, contributes substantially to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. The research concludes that effective HRM strategies in digital start-ups require a holistic approach that integrates technology adoption with human-centered practices, emphasizing the critical role of leadership engagement and organizational culture in fostering sustained employee commitment

Abstract

Permasalahan proses pelayanan yang tidak sesuai Standar Operasional Pelayanan yang seharusnya memakan waktu tujuh hari namun memakan waktu hingga satu bulan, serta kurangnya respon petugas dalam memberikan pemahaman edukasi tentang pelayanan menjadi pendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Kualitas pemberian izin pendirian apotek dan toko obat pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Tasikmalaya menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Dalam eksplorasi ini pencipta menggunakan hipotesis Zeithaml dan Hardiansyah yang terdiri dari 5 aspek, yakni Unmistakable, Dependability, Responsiveness, Konfirmasi, dan Simpati. Pemeriksaan ini menggunakan strategi eksplorasi grafis subjektif dengan metode pengumpulan informasi melalui pertemuan, studi persepsi dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi sumber digunakan untuk teknik keabsahan data, dan wawancara dengan informan digunakan untuk metode pengumpulan data. Penulis mengambil kesimpulan, berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, bahwa kualitas pelayanan Pelayanan Penanaman Modal Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Tasikmalaya sudah sangat baik. Namun dari sisi kualitas pelayanan yang diukur dengan indikator nyata, masih terdapat permasalahan antara lain masyarakat kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi. Masyarakat belum memahami bagaimana konsep dan sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi kualitas administrasi, masih belum adanya sosialisasi dari pemerintah terkait perizinan administrasi ke daerah yang bersangkutan. Indikator Daya Tanggap masih belum optimal karena masih terdapat kecerobohan waktu reaksi dalam proses administrasi permohonan perizinan yang saat ini tertuang dalam pedoman fungsional bantuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penyebab keterlambatan proses permohonan perizinan layanan harus kita perhatikan dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya dan memastikan kepatuhannya terhadap Standar Operasional Pelayanan. Abstract

Perbaikan sistem manufaktur merupakan salah satu usaha perbaikan yang intensif dilakukan agar nantinya dapat merespon perubahan pasar dengan cepat. Perusahaan ini selalu berusaha akan peningkatan produktifitas, salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan sistem perawatan preventive dan corrective. Namun padakenyataannya hasil yang dicapai belum sesuai dengan harapan.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa besarnya waktu yang terpakai untuk melakukan breakdown maintenance, yang merupakan salah satu permasalahan sesungguhnya, sehingga tindakan perbaikan difokuskan pada permasalahan ini. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran OEE, analisis perhitungan Six Big Losses, dananalisis diagram sebab akibat untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan usulan penyelesaian masalah. Dari analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh beberapa hasil yakni nilai OEE di mesin Reverse Osmosis berksar antara 38,2% - 45,3%dan berada di bawah standart OEE (85%). Rendahnya nilai OEE ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya availability rate yang hanya berkisar antara 62,5% - 83,3% dan berada jauh di bawah standart availability rate(90%). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi rendahnya efektivitas mesin adalah faktor reduced speed sebesar 30,31% dan yield scrap loss sebesar 53,37%. sehingga tindakan yang disarankan adalah penerapan TPM.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the competency of SMA Cinta Kasih Medan teachers in utilizing information technology (IT) to support teaching effectiveness in the digital era. The importance of IT training is emphasized given the identified initial problems of varying digital skills among teachers and minimal use of interactive media and online learning platforms. The methods employed include training, workshops, and mentoring. The implementation stages cover identifying teacher needs through surveys and interviews, developing relevant training modules (encompassing Google Classroom, interactive presentations, simple video creation, and effective utilization of online learning resources), conducting training with demonstration and direct practice methods, and continuous mentoring and evaluation. The activity was participated by 15 SMA Cinta Kasih Medan teachers with a 100% attendance rate. The main results indicate that most teachers successfully mastered the taught skills, with proficiency percentages reaching 93% for virtual classroom management and 100% for utilizing online learning resources. This training positively impacted teachers' knowledge, skills, and confidence in integrating IT, potentially increasing student engagement and diversifying teaching methods. The training successfully enhanced teachers' digital competency significantly, making it a model for sustainable educational development.

Abstract

The study explores the impact of tax cuts designed to support vulnerable communities as an attempt to empower and improve social well-being. With a focus on tax cutting policies as a tool to reduce socio-economic inequalities, the study identifies how tax reductions can contribute to improving the economic conditions of individuals and families in vulnerable groups, as well as their impact on the economy as a whole. Through analysis of literature and empirical survey data, the study found that tax cuts programmes have significant potential in increasing purchasing power, stimulating small investments, and reducing poverty and economic inequality. However, the effectiveness of the program depends heavily on proper design, implementation, and monitoring to avoid abuse and ensure that benefits are directed to those who really need it. The study also highlights the importance of considering the fiscal impact of tax cuts and the need to integrate them into broader economic and social development strategies. The findings from this study provide insight into how tax policies can be used to empower people and make recommendations for more responsive and inclusive tax policy formulation in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan adalah Pembuatan mural di SMA Negeri 18 Makassar, sebagai salah satu sarana yang digunakan untuk pengembangan seni visual di sekolah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mahasiswa KKN Tematik angkatan II Universitas Islam Makassar sebagai pelaksana yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa, meningkatkan apresiasi seni visual, dan mempercantik lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, pembuatan desain, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya adalah mural-mural yang memperindah dinding sekolah dan memberikan nilai estetik. Pembuatan mural di sekolah memiliki manfaat seperti meningkatkan motivasi belajar, memperkaya pendidikan seni siswa, memperkuat identitas sekolah, dan mempererat ikatan sosial dalam komunitas sekolah. Dalam pembuatan mural, kolaborasi dengan pihak sekolah dan partisipasi siswa sangat penting. Saran untuk kegiatan ini adalah melibatkan siswa lebih aktif, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam desain mural, dan melakukan dokumentasi untuk keperluan promosi.

Abstract

In Indonesia, economic growth can be encouraged through the demographic bonus. Therefore, this research aims to explore the influence of the demographic bonus (labor force and human development index) on the economic growth of North Sumatra. The research method used is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra Province 2001-2021. Data testing in this study was carried out using eviews-10.The research results show: 1) In the short term, the Labor Force variable has a negative and insignificant relationship with the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 2) In the long term, the labor force variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 3) In the short term, the HDI variable has a negative and insignificant relationship with the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021. 40 In the long term, the HDI variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra Province in 2001-2021.
