Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on nurse performance, the influence of the work environment on nurse performance and the influence of motivation and the work environment on nurse performance in the nursing and ER fields at the Mamasa Community Health Center. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem being studied with a sample size of 44 people. The research results show that the motivation variable has a significant level of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.465 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable. The work environment variable has a significance level of 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.0448 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable

Abstract

His research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. The sample in this study was all employees of the Takalar Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center (BPBAP), totaling 83 employees. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and R determinant tests. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the Training variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the positive influence of Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through the results of the hypothesis test (t test) where the calculated t result is greater than the t table. Based on this description, it can be concluded that training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Jeneponto pada masa pandemic covid-19 berdasarkan empat jenis rasio yaitu : rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Jeneponto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Jeneponto selama tiga tahun terakhir (2020-2022). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Jeneponto selama tiga tahun terakhir (2020-2023) dalam kondisi baik. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan likuiditas yang terdiri dari Current ratio menunjukkan kinerja baik karena berada diatas rata-rata standar industri. Namun cash ratio dinilai dalam keadaan kurang baik karena dibawah rata-rata industri disebabkan oleh meningkatnya karena kas dan setara kas adalah aktiva yang paling likuid sehingga mudah digunakan untuk memenuhi hutang lancar masih belum baik. Rasio solvabilitas yang terdiri dari debt to assets ratio dinilai dalam keadaan baik. Rasio aktivitas yang terdiri dari total assets turn over dan fixed assets turn over jika dilihat dari segi total assets turn over dinilai kurang baik karena dibawah rata-rata industri sedangkan fixed assets turn over dinilai dalam kondisi baik. Rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari net profit margin dinilai dalam kondisi baik dan return on assets dinilai dalam keadaan kurang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kerjasama tim dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT UPT Pendapatan Wialayah Makassar I Selatan sebanyak 48 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel kerjasama tim dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan. Hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama tim secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor SAMSAT UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Makassar I Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on teacher performance at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Muna. This research variable consists of Financial Compensation and Nonfinancial Compensation as independent variables and Teacher Performance as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative which uses primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 40 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Muna teachers. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to teachers and school principals. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that financial and non-financial compensation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Muna.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran organisasi mahasiswa dalam peningkatan keterampilan manajerial mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini secara geografis terletak di kelurahan Gunungsari kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar tepatnya di Fakultas Ekonomi  dan  Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar, perguruan tinggi dimana peneliti menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Februari -Maret tahun 2024. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap 13 informan yang dibagi menjadi 3 macam yaitu informan kunci, informan ahli dan informan tambahan. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi mahasiswa memiliki peran dalam pengembangan keterampilan manajerial mahasiswa. Kegiatan operasional dalam organisasi mahasiswa secara tidak langsung mengembangkan keterampilan manajerial mahasiswa baik dari segi konseptual, interpersonal dan teknisnya.

Abstract

Leadership is a critical factor in safeguarding the development of SMEs’ marketing innovation. The literature shows that the concept of transformational leadership has gained significant scholarly attention recently. However, there is a scarcity of empirical research on the role of transformational leadership style within the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, existing studies mainly focus on developed countries ignoring the unique contextual setting of developing countries. In line with such a phenomenon, this study addresses the research gaps by investigating the role of transformational leadership in SMEs’ marketing innovation strategy. The scope of this study is SMEs in the Makassar region of Indonesia. In addition, this study was conducted from July 2024 to February 2025. Through the analysis of the existing studies and the preceding theoretical frameworks, this study identifies several key characteristics of transformational leadership that contribute to the innovative practices of SMEs in Makassar. As such, for theoretical implications, the finding of this study suggests that transformational leadership enhances creativity, encourages risk-taking, and fosters an organisational culture conducive to innovation, ultimately driving the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the region. For managerial implications, this study offers several insights that may be beneficial for SME owners, especially in helping SMEs to be more highly innovative.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on Monitoring the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 39 ASN at the Gowa Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t). Based on the research results, simple linear regression results were obtained which showed the equation y= 22.20 + 0.497x The coefficient of determination (r2) for this factor has a value of 0.336 or 33.6%, the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. This is proven by statistical tests showing that the t-value = 2.606 is greater than the t-table = 0.309. The calculation results obtained show that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance and the hypothesis results are acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Shopee E-Commerce on Sales Volume in the Makassar League. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, in the Store League located on Jalan Yusuf Dg. Ngawing No. 9B, Tidung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The object of this research is E-Commerce Shopee Liga Store Makassar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data test techniques used as test tools in this study are validity test, realism, normalias test, simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T test), determination coefficient test. The sample used in this study is the customer dishopee of the Liga Store. The overall results of the study show that Shopee E-Commerce has a significant effect on Sales Volume in the Liga Store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency as many as 75. The type of research used was quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of data processing research using SPSS.24 show that based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis there is a positive influence between Competency (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) variables on Employee Performance which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14.390 + 0.302 X1 + 0.087 X2 + e and there is a significant influence between Competency and Employee Performance variables, which can be seen from the Sig value. of 0.017 <0.05 or in other words the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). While the Organizational Culture Variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance which can be seen from the Sig. equal to 0.479 > 0.05 or in other words the significant value is greater than the error level (0.05). The R Square value of 0.143 indicates that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Competence and Organizational Culture by 14.3% while the remaining 85.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
