Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline are recognized as pivotal elements that shape the behaviors, attitudes, and outcomes of employees within an organization. Leadership style pertains to the approach adopted by leaders to guide, motivate, and manage their subordinates, while work discipline involves the adherence to established rules, regulations, and norms within the workplace. This study aimed to investigate the impact of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees within the Makassar City Education Office. The research comprised a total of 94 employees from this office. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study involved quantitative analysis to evaluate the research hypothesis, utilizing IBM SPSS version 25 software. The findings revealed a positive and substantial influence of both leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This conclusion was drawn from a t-statistic value of -2.655, which was less than the t-table value (1.66177), and a significance value of 0.000, indicating statistical significance (p < 0.05). The outcomes also demonstrated the significant impact of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 25.215, surpassing the threshold of 3.10, and a significance value of 0.000, further confirming the significance of the findings (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama during 2015 to 2019 using the method Economic Value Added (EVA). Data collection used using documentation techniques. The results showed that the value of the Economic Value Added (EVA) of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama during 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 was negative (EVA < 0) which means the company is not able to provide or generate economic added value in its operational activities. Even though they had a positive value in 2017, they could no longer maintain this condition in 2018 and 2019. This was due to a consistent decline in operating profit (NOPAT) and changes in the capital structure whose value fluctuated and tended to decline as a result of the changing urgency of asphalt demand. to the concrete and make the EVA value of PT. Bumi Sarana Utama continues to have a negative trend.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on work stress and employee performance at PT. Putra Mahalona. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 68 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire data processing uses the SEM-PLS model which is processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software.The results of this study indicate that workload has an effect on work stress with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 4.764, workload has an effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 1.810, work stress has an effect on performance employees with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 8.545. Through improving the currently low indicators, companies should be able to better manage employee work stress. This can be achieved by avoiding factors such as heavy workloads which can cause work-related stress which can also impact employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahu pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi sebanyak 35 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi. Hasil uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Pemukiman Dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sulawesi.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan  Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai.Abstract . This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. This is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and a population study. The sample in this research consists of 35 employees at the office of the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. Hypothesis testing in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and obtains the following results: Based on the hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of work discipline and work environment simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. The results of the hypothesis testing also show that work discipline partially influences the performance of employees at the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province, and the work environment partially influences the performance of employees at the office of the Housing, Settlement, and Defense Agency of Sulawesi Province. .Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Non-Fisik (X2) terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan (Y), yang diuji berdasarkan pengaruh X1 terhadap Y dan pengaruh X2 terhadap Y di Bank BRI Unit Suppa Cabang Parepare. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah 34 responden yang didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi demi keabsahan data. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji intrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji F. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa X1 dan X2 memiliki pengaruh Y dengan nilai F hitung (11,691) > F tabel (3,28) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti variabel independen (X1 dan X2) secara simultan berpengaruh dalam variabel dependen (Y) dengan koefisien regresi X1 sebesar 0,583 dan X2 sebesar 0,476 dan nilai t-tabel (2,866) > t-hitung (1,690) dengan taraf signifikan 0,021 < 0,05 yang berarti X2 secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y. Olehnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan Bank BRI Unit Suppa Cabang Parepare di mana lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi.Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, efektivitas kerjaAbstract: This research aims to determine the influence of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance Effectiveness (Y), which is tested based on the influence of X1 on Y and the influence of X2 on Y at BRI Bank Suppa Unit, Parepare Branch. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a total of 34 respondents supported by observation and documentation for the validity of the data. The data analysis technique for this research uses research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of the t test and F test. The research results show that X1 and X2 have an influence to the Y with F-count (11.691) > F-table (3.28) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means the independent variables (X1 and X2) simultaneously influenced the dependent variabel (Y) with regression coefficient of X1 equal to 0,583 and X2 equal to 0,476 and the t-table (2.866) > t-count (1.690) with a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05, which means that X2 partially influenced to Y in positive and significant. It can be concluded that the physical and non-physical work environment simultaneously influences the work effectiveness of BRI Bank Suppa Unit Parepare Branch employees where the non-physical work environment has a higher influence.Keywords: physical work environment, non-physical work environment, work effectiveness

Abstract

Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan serta distributor alat tulis kantor dan keperluan sekolah sejak tahun 2018. Sebelumnya PT. Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya merupakan CV. Asti karunia yang hanya bergerak dalam bidang distributor barang ulang tahun, seiring berjalannya waktu CV. Asti karunia berkembang hingga menjadi PT. Mitra Bisnis Terpercaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menguji apakah variabel motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Usaha Terpercaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian diambil seluruh populasi yaitu 35 karyawan karena menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. Mitra Bisnis Tepercaya. Artinya, apabila motivasi kerja dan pengalaman kerja ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan begitupun sebaliknya.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and analyze the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. This research employs a quantitative correlation-based approach to investigate the impact of work discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. The study involves a sample of 45 teachers, and data collection is conducted through questionnaires. The analysis methodology comprises validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings demonstrate a significant and positive relationship between work discipline (X) and teacher performance (Y). The calculated regression coefficient for Work Discipline is 0.682 (positive), indicating a direct effect. This implies that a one-unit increase in work discipline corresponds to a 0.682-unit increase in teacher performance. In essence, higher work discipline among teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa leads to enhanced teacher performance, while lower work discipline is associated with decreased performance at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Akzr.id boutique in Makassar City. The data used in this study were primary data as many as 100 samples. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Akzr.id boutique in Makassar city. The methods used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable are descriptive analysis, assumption test, validity test, reliability test, t test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on fashion products at Akzr.id boutique in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in the 2017-2021 period in terms of inventory turnover ratio and to find out the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk in the 2017-2021 period in terms of the working capital turnover ratio. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach where the subject of this research is PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the value of the inventory ratio and the ratio of working capital at PT. Gudang Garam experienced fluctuations when the financial performance tested by the liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios was stated to be good, which means that the financial performance remained in good condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Telecommunications Tbk. This type of research is the Quantitative method. The population in this study are all financial statements from 2017-2022. The sample is the balance sheet and income statement. Data collection is done through the method of documentation, namely collecting information about the company PT. Telekomunikasi Tbk, in the form of financial reports through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis which is obtained from the difference between the NOPAT value and the WACC value. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance at PT. Telecommunications (Persero), Tbk. The period from 2017 to 2022 when measured using Economic Value Added (EVA) obtained positive results, meaning that PT. Telecommunications is able to create added economic value for investors who have invested their capital, and a level of compensation that is higher than the cost of capital. This reflects the company's financial performance in good condition because it has met investors' expectations and has the best financial performance.
