Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of KFC Pettarani employees either partially or simultaneously. The number of respondents in this study were 44 KFC Pettarani employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The collection of data used is a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The analytical method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which previously carried out validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test.The results showed that partially financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.005 (<0.05). While non-financial compensation partially has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.295 (> 0.05). As for simultaneously, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (PPSDM) bagi karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan dikaitkan sebagai suatu strategi yang telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan oleh perusahaan guna meningkatkan core-competency atau kompetensi sumber daya manusianya serta kinerja perusahaan tersebut melalui sejumlah program. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini dilaksanakan oleh dua hal yang mendasar, yakni: terdapat banyak penelitian terkait PPSDM dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif; namun (2) penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kontribusi penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif, khususnya studi literatur sangat sedikit, khususnya dengan eksplorasi PPSDM dalam perspektif ilmu manajemen. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut, penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam diawali dengan: (a) eksplorasi literatur untuk mengetahui definisi serta fungsi PPSDM; (b) teori-teori yang terkait dengan PPSDM; dan (c) PPSDM dalam sudut pandang ilmu manajemen. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kepustakaan/literatur, penelitian ini kemudian merekomendasikan, baik dari sisi implikasi teoretikal dan manajerial, bahwa pemberdayaan segala fungsi dari manajemen diimplementasikan sebagai bentuk upaya dari pihak manajemen organisasi/perusahaan untuk meningkatkan mutu/kualitas serta kompetensi SDM yang dimiliki yang kemudian akan menciptakan SDM yang mampu memberikan kontribusi positif secara efisien dan efektif pada proses pencapaian tujuan dari organisasi/perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, PPSDM kemudian direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu faktor yang vital bagi organisasi/perusahaan dalam meningkatkan mutu, kompetensi, serta keterampilan SDM melalui program-program terkait diimplementasikan secara berkesinambungan dan bersifat jangka panjang secara keseluruhan oleh organisasi/perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial. Sampel yang diambil adalah sampel jenuh dengan total sampel 60 karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sulselbar Kota Makassar yang telah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, kemudian uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, lalu uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis diantaranya itu uji koefisien korelasi dan determinan serta uji t. Temuan dalam variabel ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel X yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan bersifat positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sulselbar Kota Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style partially. The sample taken was a saturated sample with a total sample of 60 employees of the Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar City who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, then classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, then simple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests including correlation coefficient tests and determinants and t tests. The findings in this variable show that partially variable X, namely Leadership Style, is positive and has a significant effect on variable Y, namely Employee Performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that the Leadership Style variable partially affects Employee Performance at the Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Takalar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja, sedangkan variabel terikatnya Kinerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 29 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini di peroleh dari hasil uji t menunjukkan pengaruh  yang signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan probabilitas sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Takalar. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Takalar District Health Service Office. The independent variables in this research are Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This type of research is quantitative, the number of respondents used in this research was 73 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29 for Windows. The results of this research were obtained from the t test results showing a significant influence between the two variables with a sig probability of 0.000 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). The conclusion is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Takalar District Health Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja nonfisik secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja  di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total perhitungan sampel dari populasi karyawan tetap Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ( 1) secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H1 diterima (2) secara parsial lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H2 ditolak. Dan (3) variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) secara simultan/bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H3 diterima. This research aims to (1) To determine the partial influence of the physical work environment on the job satisfaction of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar employees (2) To determine the partial influence of the non-physical work environment on the performance of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar employees (3) To determine the influence of the physical work environment and work environment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses a simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the permanent employee population of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a total sample of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of the research show that: (1) partially the physical work environment (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H1 is accepted (2) partially the non-physical work environment (X2) has no significant effect on job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H2 is rejected. And (3) the physical work environment variable (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously/together influence the job satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 209 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 41 orang dari 209 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian setelah data diolah dengan SPSS.19 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was all 209 employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service. The sample for this study was 41 people out of 209 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results after the data were processed with SPSS.19 show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y). It can be shown through the results of the t test that the work environment on job satisfaction is 0.005 < 0.05 and the t value is 2.898 > t table 1.685. The R Square is 0.177 or equal to 17.7%. Meanwhile, some of it is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables that are not studied. Based on this description, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Financial Distress of Telecommunication Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The data collection technique used is the documentation method. The analytical technique used to measure, identify, and describe the possibility of financial distress. The results of the study show that there are telecommunications companies for the 2016-2021 period that are in a healthy condition (safe zone), namely PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, 2016-2019. The companies that are in the gray area are PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in 2020-2021. And there are companies that are in a state of bankruptcy (distress zone) including PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT. XL Axiata Tbk, PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk, PT. Indosat Tbk.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions on the TikTok Shop Platform for Makassar State University Students Class of 2020-2023. With a quantitative approach, primary data from 140 respondents was analyzed using descriptive methods, assumption testing, validity, reliability and simple linear regression. The results show that Social Media Marketing significantly influences Purchasing Decisions, with a p value = 0.01 < 0.05, a correlation coefficient of 0.741, and an R Square of 0.496, indicating an influence of 49.6%. The implications of this research support the hypothesis (H1) that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions on the TikTok Shop Platform for Makassar State University Students Class of 2020-2023.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Financial Compensation on Job Satisfaction of PDAM Service Region 1 Makassar employees. This research variable consists of leadership style and financial compensation as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative and associative. The population in this study was 127 employees of PDAM Service Area 1 Makassar. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula with a sample size of 56 respondents from the entire population. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis technique in this research uses simple regression with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is proven. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value is 5.783 > t-table 2.0048 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of research on the financial compensation variable have no effect on job satisfaction for PDAM Service Region 1 Makassar employees. This is proven by the results of the t test which obtained a calculated t value of 0.660 > probability 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership style and financial compensation have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of PDAM Service Region 1 Makassar employees. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the F-count value was 187.088 > 3.17 and the significance was 0.000 < 0.05 .

Abstract

Appraisal of a company's performance can be observed from both financial and non-financial perspectives. This study specifically measures financial performance by focusing on the DuPont System analysis. The DuPont system divides performance into three components: net profit margin, rate of return on assets, and rate of return on equity/capital. However, this study only considers two components of the DuPont System, namely return on assets and net profit margin. This research is of a quantitative nature with a descriptive approach. The data analyzed is derived from the financial statements of all state-owned banks, particularly the financial position statements and annual comprehensive income statements from December 31, 2019, to December 31, 2021. The results of the study indicate that, among the four banks, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk exhibits the best financial performance, while Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk displays the lowest financial performance.
