Abstract

Leadership is a critical factor in safeguarding the development of SMEs’ marketing innovation. The literature shows that the concept of transformational leadership has gained significant scholarly attention recently. However, there is a scarcity of empirical research on the role of transformational leadership style within the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, existing studies mainly focus on developed countries ignoring the unique contextual setting of developing countries. In line with such a phenomenon, this study addresses the research gaps by investigating the role of transformational leadership in SMEs’ marketing innovation strategy. The scope of this study is SMEs in the Makassar region of Indonesia. In addition, this study was conducted from July 2024 to February 2025. Through the analysis of the existing studies and the preceding theoretical frameworks, this study identifies several key characteristics of transformational leadership that contribute to the innovative practices of SMEs in Makassar. As such, for theoretical implications, the finding of this study suggests that transformational leadership enhances creativity, encourages risk-taking, and fosters an organisational culture conducive to innovation, ultimately driving the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the region. For managerial implications, this study offers several insights that may be beneficial for SME owners, especially in helping SMEs to be more highly innovative.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on Monitoring the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 39 ASN at the Gowa Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and partial test (t). Based on the research results, simple linear regression results were obtained which showed the equation y= 22.20 + 0.497x The coefficient of determination (r2) for this factor has a value of 0.336 or 33.6%, the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. This is proven by statistical tests showing that the t-value = 2.606 is greater than the t-table = 0.309. The calculation results obtained show that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance and the hypothesis results are acceptable.

Abstract

Sosialisasi mengenai legalitas usaha merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pentingnya izin usaha. Program ini dilaksanakan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM di Desa Kassi, Kecamatan Rumbia, Kabupaten Jeneponto, dalam memahami manfaat legalitas usaha, seperti perlindungan hukum, akses pembiayaan, perluasan pasar, dan kepercayaan konsumen. Pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan metode penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, simulasi, dan konsultasi teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai jenis-jenis legalitas usaha yang diperlukan dan proses pengurusannya. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan stigma terhadap kerumitan proses perizinan masih perlu diatasi. Program ini merekomendasikan adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pelatihan literasi digital untuk mendukung UMKM dalam mengurus legalitas usaha mereka. Dukungan pemerintah juga menjadi faktor penting untuk memfasilitasi proses perizinan yang lebih mudah dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of workload and work life balance on employee work productivity at TVRI South Sulawesi Station. The variables in this study consist of free variables, namely workload and work-life balance, and bound variables, namely employee work productivity. The population in this study is all employees of TVRI South Sulawesi Station. Sampling techniques use the Purposive sampling technique and use the slovin formula in determining the number of samples. The data collection technique used is observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Software version 25 for hypothesis proof. The results of this study show that the workload has a partially significant effect on employee work productivity at TVRI South Sulawesi Station. Also, work-life balance has a partial significant effect on employee work productivity at TVRI South Sulawesi Station. Then, workload and work-life balance have a significant simultaneous impact on employee work productivity at TVRI South Sulawesi Station

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on the productivity of employees of PT. Source of Gems Alignment. The independent variable in this study is occupational health and safety while the dependent variable is employee productivity. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Sumber Permata Selaras as many as 104 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29.00 for windows. The results showed that the results of the t-test analysis showed that the variable Occupational Health (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y). The results of the t-test analysis show that the variable work safety (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y). The results of the F-test show that the Occupational Health and Safety variables (X1 and X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Shopee E-Commerce on Sales Volume in the Makassar League. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, in the Store League located on Jalan Yusuf Dg. Ngawing No. 9B, Tidung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The object of this research is E-Commerce Shopee Liga Store Makassar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data test techniques used as test tools in this study are validity test, realism, normalias test, simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T test), determination coefficient test. The sample used in this study is the customer dishopee of the Liga Store. The overall results of the study show that Shopee E-Commerce has a significant effect on Sales Volume in the Liga Store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency as many as 75. The type of research used was quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of data processing research using SPSS.24 show that based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis there is a positive influence between Competency (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) variables on Employee Performance which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14.390 + 0.302 X1 + 0.087 X2 + e and there is a significant influence between Competency and Employee Performance variables, which can be seen from the Sig value. of 0.017 <0.05 or in other words the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). While the Organizational Culture Variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance which can be seen from the Sig. equal to 0.479 > 0.05 or in other words the significant value is greater than the error level (0.05). The R Square value of 0.143 indicates that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Competence and Organizational Culture by 14.3% while the remaining 85.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dalam meningkatkan laba bersih pada PT.Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020. Dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Bank Sulselbar dari tahun 2016-2020. Sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan laba bersih pada PT.Bank Sulselbar tahun 2016-2020 dapat dilihat dari pendapatan yang meningkat setiap tahunnya, akan tetapi perusahaan tidak dapat mengefesiensikan beban operasionalnya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai laba bersihnya yang mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya.Kata Kunci : Pendapatan , Laba Bersih, ProfitabilitasAbstract: This study aims to determine the effect of income in increasing net profit at PT.Bank Sulselbar in 2016- 2020. By using the profitability ratio. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of PT Bank Sulselbar from 2016-2020. While the research sample is the balance sheet and income statement of PT Bank Sulselbar for 2016-2020. The data collection technique used is documentation. The results of this study indicate that the income and net income of PT.Bank Sulselbar in 2016-2020 can be seen from the income which increases every year, but the company cannot streamline its operating expenses, this can be seen from the value of its net income which fluctuates every year.Keywords: Income, Net Profit, Profitability

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secarabersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai yang bersatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebanyak 93 orang, sedangkan sampel adalah 48 orang pegawai dengan teknik penarikan sampling simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statististical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan KinerjaAbstract . The Population in this study were all employees, especially civil servant as many as 93 people, while samples are 48 employees using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection was carried out by using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The result showed that: 1). There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employees performance at the Housing Office of Residential Settlement Area and Government Land of South Sulawesi Province, 2). There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employees performance at the Housing Office of Residential Settlement Area and Government Land of South Sulawesi Province, 3). Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor bupati di Kabupaten Enrekang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana denga menggunakan spss 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji t menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan probabilitas sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mem[unyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Enrekang.Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja PegawaiAbstract. The independent variable in this research is leadership style, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this research was 65 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research obtained from the t test show a significant influence between the two variables with a probability of sig. of 0.000 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). The conclusion is that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Enrekang Regency Regent's Office employeesKeywords : Leadership Style, Employee Performance
