Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to understand the Handling of Student Injuries during the time of the Sports Teachers at Eria High School. The service was carried out at Eria Junior High School. Data collection techniques used include observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in research took place simultaneously with the data collection process. It was achieved using three phases of the model, namely data redaction, data synthesis, and data verification. Based on data analysis from the initial survey conducted at Eria High School, it can be concluded that there were still a lot of anxiety around Olympic fencing training. There was training for understanding that was more basic and easy to implement based on the results of discussions on handling injuries to students. It can be done based on personal experience. For this reason, this service was carried out for training. The results of the discussion were  presented by socialization and instructions with the aim of assisting teachers and students. By providing scientific knowledge in the field of handling sports injuries using the RICE method,  it is expected to make it easier for teachers and students in Eria Junior High School.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence Of Cooperative Learning Models On Student's Beginning Ability In Subjects Head Of Class V Sd State 104188 Sei Sends. The results showed that there was an increase in PJOK learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim after using the cooperative learning model for physical fitness training materials. Based on the test results in the implementation of learning with cooperative learning models, students who achieved a score of 64 by 45.45% in physical fitness exercise I increased by 31.82% to reach 77.27% in physical fitness exercise II. The increase in learning outcomes occurred after the improvement of actions in physical fitness training II, namely the teacher asked questions and gave rewards to students who could answer questions and get high scores. The action was dismissed in physical fitness II because it had reached the success criteria. The conclusion of this research is the application of the cooperative learning learning model can improve learning outcomes of fifth-grade PJOK students at SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Physical Fitness Exercises, Student Values  AbstrakAbstrak: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Awal Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran  Pjok Kelas V Sd Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar PJOK siswa kelas V SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning pada materi latihan kebugaran jasmani. Berdasarkan hasil tes dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif learning, siswa yang mencapai nilai ≥ 64 sebesar 45,45% pada latihan kebugaran jasmani I meningkat sebesar 31,82% mencapai 77,27% pada latihan kebugaran jasmani II. Peningkatan hasil belajar tersebut terjadi setelah adanya perbaikan tindakan pada latihan kebugaran jasmani II yaitu guru melakukan tanya jawab dan pemberian reward kepada siswa yang bisa menjawab pertanyaan dan mendapat nilai tinggi. Tindakan diberhentikan pada latihan kebugaran jasmani II karena telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK siswa kelas V SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim. Keyword: Kooperatif Learning, Latihan Kebugaran Jasmani, Nilai Siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Intellegence on Reading Ability Kids Garden Students. Reading is a receptive written language skill. Reading skills are complex activities that involve multiple skills. This study aims to determine the differences in reading skills of Kindergarten students Nurul Azizi Medan in the academic year 2005/2006 between those who have high intelligence compared to those who have low intelligence. The sample of this study consisted of 20 children. The method used is a quasi experimental 2x2 factorial design. The analysis technique used is two way analysis of variance (two way anava 2x2) with a level of α = 0.05 using the F-test, further testing using the Tuckey test. The result is that there is a difference in the reading ability of Kindergarten students between those who have high intelligence is better than those who have low intelligence at the level of confidence α = 0.05 with Fh = 13.42> FT = 4.09, using the Tuckey test. obtained Qcount = 4.58> Qtable = 3.96. Overall Kindergarten students who have high intelligence are better than those who have low intelligence.Keywords: Intelligence, Reading Ability, Tuckey, Kindergarten.Abstrak:  Pengaruh Intelegensia Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Peserta Didik Taman Kanak-Kanak. Membaca merupakan keterampilan bahasa tulis yang bersifat reseptif. Kemampuan membaca termasuk kegiatan yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan membaca peserta didik Taman Kanak-kanak Nurul Azizi Medan tahun pelajaran 2005/2006 antara yang memiliki intelegensia tinggi dibandingkan  dengan yang memiliki intelegensia rendah sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental desain factorial 2x2. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis varians dua jalur (two way anava 2x2) denga taraf α = 0,05 dengan menggunakan uji-F, pengujian uji lanjut menggunakan uji Tuckey. Hasilnya terdapat perbedaan kemampuan membaca peserta didik Taman Kanak-kanak antara yang memiliki intelegensia tinggi lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki intelegensia rendah pada taraf kepercayaan α = 0,05 dengan Fh = 13,42 > FT = 4,09, dengan menggunakan uji Tuckey diperoleh Qhitung = 4,58 > Qtabel = 3,96. Secara keseluruhan peserta didik Taman Kanak-kanak antara yang memiliki intelegensia tinggi lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki intelegensia rendah. Kata Kunci: Intelegensia, Kemampuan Baca, Tuckey, Taman Kanak-kanak

Abstract

Abstract: The Impact of Educational Reform in the 21st Century. The ongoing educational reform is to restore the role of education because everyone should not miss episodes of the education system that can elevate the high and noble dignity of life. With the will of various parties will certainly be able to realize the ideals and hopes of human life. Those expectations include; In politics, reform, which is believed to be rolling in the desired direction, not only stops reform but also continues these ideals and hopes. To advance the concept of education in Indonesia, several changes must be made, such as: 1) revamping the concept of conventional education; 2) Understanding education as an important part of efforts to create change for the better management of the life of the nation and state; 3) Creating education that can adapt to the changing nature of globalization; 4) Responding positively to the current globalization changes and then directing them to the concept of sustainable management, and 5) Creating the concept of sustainable education. Keywords: Reform, Education Abstrak: Dampak Reformasi Pendidikan di Abad 21. Reformasi pendidikan yang sedang berlangsung adalah mengembalikan peran pendidikan karena setiap orang tidak boleh melewatkan episode-episode sistem pendidikan yang dapat mengangkat harkat dan martabat kehidupan yang tinggi dan agung. Dengan kemauan berbagai pihak tentunya akan mampu mewujudkan cita-cita dan harapan hidup manusia. Harapan itu meliputi; politik, reformasi, yang diyakini akan bergulir ke arah yang diinginkan, tidak hanya menghentikan reformasi tetapi juga melanjutkan cita-cita dan harapan tersebut. Untuk memajukan konsep pendidikan di Indonesia, beberapa perubahan harus dilakukan, seperti: 1) pembenahan konsep pendidikan konvensional; 2) Memahami pendidikan sebagai bagian penting dari upaya menciptakan perubahan untuk pengelolaan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang lebih baik; 3) Menciptakan pendidikan yang dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan sifat globalisasi; 4) Merespon perubahan globalisasi yang terjadi saat ini secara positif dan selanjutnya mengarahkannya pada konsep pengelolaan berkelanjutan (sustainability management), dan 5) Menciptakan konsep pendidikan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Reformasi, Pendidikan

Abstract

Membaca merupaka keterampilan bahasa tulis yang bersifat reseptif. Keterampilan membaca termasuk kegiatan yang kompleks dan melibatakan berbagai keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan membaca siswa Taman Kanak-kanak antara yang diberikan media petak huruf dibandingkan dengan yang diberikan pembelajaran media kartu huruf. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa Taman Kanak-kanak Nurul Azizi Medan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental desain factorial 2x2. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji-F, pengujian uji lanjut menggunakan uji Tuckey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan membaca siswa Taman Kanak-kanak antara yang diberikan pembelajaran media petak huruf lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran media kartu huruf pada taraf kepercayaan ? = 0,05 dengan Fh = 17,54 > FT = 4,09, dengan menggunakan uji Tuckey diperoleh Qhitung = 7,23 > Qtabel = 3,96. Secara keseluruhan siswa Taman Kanak-kanak antara yang diberikan pembelajaran media petak huruf lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran media kartu huruf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang perilaku mendengarkan dua puluh satu pegawai Perpustakaan Umum berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, dan respon mendengarkan non-verbal mereka seperti tetap mendengarkan atau tidak, tersenyum, dan memberikan tanggapan seperti menjawab pertanyaan pengunjung. apakah jawabannya panjang atau tidak. Hasilnya, pegawai perpustakaan yang mendengarkan sekitar 47% lulusan diploma. Berdasarkan usia mereka, sebagian besar berusia 46-55 tahun sekitar 54% mendengarkan permintaan pengunjung. Respon staf yang tersenyum saat menjawab pertanyaan hampir sama untuk semua kategori, dan untuk usia 46-55 tahun ada 4 orang yang tersenyum, yaitu 50% dari total yang tersenyum pada kategori usia. Dengan memberikan jawaban panjang, diploma memiliki 4 orang (57%). Pada kategori umur 35-45 tahun dan 46-55 tahun memiliki hasil yang sama dari total yang menjawab panjang. Sebagai bahan pertimbangan, staf yang bergelar sarjana hanya ada 3 orang, artinya pada kategori pendidikan semua staf bergelar sarjana mendengarkan pertanyaan pengunjung dan memberikan jawaban panjang yang ditanggapi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness or influence of the Principal's Leadership Style on Teacher Performance at SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership has a positive influence on teacher performance. Thus it can be stated that the principal's leadership style was very good. It is due to the school schedule and good direction, the principal was motivated to teach, and the principal paid attention to the availability of learning facilities including technology facilities in schools.

Abstract

The advent of COVID-19 and the subsequent national lockdown has catapulted higher education institutions into emergency remote teaching. It is make the students must study from home. Multimodality is an emergent phenomenon that may influence how digital learning is designed. By the Multimodal the teacher and the students can study well, eventhough they are at home. Multimodal employed in highly interactive and immersive learning environments. In this research, the author investigates and analyzes the multimodal theory and proposes an effective way to teach English in higher education under the multimodal vision. This study aims to analyze the multimodal approach theory and proposes an effective way to teach English in higher education under the multimodal vision.  The instrument used by the writer in this research is a questioner and interview.  The interview was made after administering the questionnaires to verify the students’ responses. The questioner is sent by G-form. From the data and analysis that have been completed from the results of the questionnaire regarding the students’ interest in learning English. There are 47 respondents. The respondents or 93.7 % were attracted to learn English by Multimodal Approach. It means that the Multimodal Approach help to improve the quality of English language teaching in higher education institutions. The students can understand through a multimodal approach to teaching English Online in Higher Education during the covid-19. Keywords: Multimodal Approach, Online Learning, Teaching and Learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of blended learning on the results of learning English in PJKR study program. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The quasi-experimental method is different from the actual experiment. In the quasi-experimental method, it has a control group. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster sample or called group sample. Data collection is the most important part of research. Effective and complete data determine the quality of researchers. In this study the authors used the learning achievement test technique, test, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research that had been done, the size of the concentration and distribution of the pretest result data for the experimental group were: the largest score was 75 and the smallest score was 36, the mean (mean) was 51.67 , the median is 52, the mode is 40.5 and the standard deviation is 11.91. While the posttest data results, the highest score was 91 and the lowest score was 45, the mean (mean) was 72.8, the median was 76.9, the mode was 77.6 and the standard deviation was 15.58. So, the objectives to be achieved in the learning design have been implemented for that, the blended learning model is able to influence student learning outcomes in English.
