Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi bisnis berkelanjutan dalam e-commerce melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berbasis PRISMA. Dengan menganalisis 22 artikel dari tahun 2015–2025menghasilkan 10 artikel kunci, studi ini mengidentifikasi tiga fokus utama, yaitu penerapan strategi hijau oleh perusahaan e-commerce, tantangan integrasi keberlanjutan dan dampaknya terhadap daya saing bisnis. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital seperti AI, blockchain, dan big data berperan penting dalam efisiensi operasional dan pengurangan emisi. Namun ada hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, regulasi yang belum adaptif dan resistensi perilaku masih menghambat adopsi. Secara keseluruhan, green e-commerce terbukti memperkuat reputasi merek, loyalitas konsumen, serta membuka peluang ekonomi baru yang mendukung ketahanan dan pertumbuhan bisnis berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Innovations in telecommunications and networking have driven major transformations in public services, particularly in the health and education sectors. This study aims to explore the role of telecommunications technology in advancing public service innovation, especially in the digital era with the adoption of advanced technologies such as telehealth and e-government. Based on a search on Scopus on 25 August 2025, 1,567 articles were found using the keywords ‘Telecommunications,’ ‘network,’ ‘Innovation,’ and ‘service.’ Of these, 208 articles were selected for the period 2021-2025, comprising 102 document articles, 95 articles in English, and 54 open access articles. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this paper analyses the challenges and opportunities in applying telecommunications technology for public service innovation. The findings show that although technology improves efficiency and access, challenges such as the digital divide and privacy issues remain significant. This study provides policy recommendations to strengthen telecommunications infrastructure and address data security issues. The drive for innovation is particularly evident in telehealth, big data & AI-based health monitoring, 5G for remote areas, and open API-based e-government platforms to improve the efficiency of public services.

Abstract

Abstract: The emergence of the Society 5.0 concept demands the integration of information technology in various aspects of human life, including in business models. This study aims to identify and analyze relevant and appropriate Information Technology (IT) business schemes for implementation in Indonesia within the context of Society 5.0. This study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the PRISMA protocol. Literature was collected from academic databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and ScienceDirect, with a total of 156 articles screened until finally 20 articles were selected for qualitative synthesis. The findings indicate that business models based on digital platforms, fintech, agritech, and digital public services are the schemes that best suit Indonesia's digital needs and readiness. In addition, a collaborative, social and community-based approach is also considered effective in empowering the community. This study recommends the development of adaptive, inclusive, and socially impactful IT business models as a key strategy in supporting Indonesia's digital transformation towards Society 5.0.Keywords: Society 5.0, business model, information technology, SLR, Indonesia, digitaltransformation.Abstrak: Munculnya konsep Society 5.0 menuntut integrasi teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam model bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis skema bisnis Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang relevan dan sesuai untuk diterapkan di Indonesia dalam konteks Society 5.0. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti protokol PRISMA. Literatur dikumpulkan dari basis data akademik seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect, dengan total 156 artikel yang disaring hingga akhirnya 20 artikel dipilih untuk sintesis kualitatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model bisnis berbasis platform digital, fintech, agritech, dan layanan publik digital merupakan skema yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kesiapan digital Indonesia. Selain itu, pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis sosial dan komunitas juga dianggap efektif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model bisnis TI yang adaptif, inklusif, dan berdampak sosial sebagai strategi utama dalam mendukung transformasi digital Indonesia menuju Society 5.0.Kata Kunci: Society 5.0, model bisnis, teknologi informasi, SLR, Indonesia, transformasi digital.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to systematically review strategies and implementation practices of sustainable and green information technology (IT) business models using the PRISMA method. Articles from Scopus, IEEE, and ScienceDirect from 2019 to 2025 were searched using keywords related to green IT business models, sustainability, and digital transformation. The review process followed the PRISMA protocol, involving identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. The findings show that sustainable IT business strategies include data center optimization, renewable energy utilization, hardware circular economy, and the integration of sustainability within digital platform business models. However, challenges such as high initial costs, technological gaps, and organizational awareness remain in implementation. This study offers a comprehensive mapping of research trends, best practices, and recommendations for developing sustainable IT business models in the era of digital transformation. Keyword: green IT; sustainable business model; PRISMA; digital transformation; systematic review. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis strategi dan praktik implementasi model bisnis teknologi informasi (TI) yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan menggunakan metode PRISMA. Artikel dari Scopus, IEEE, dan ScienceDirect tahun 2019 hingga 2025 ditelusuri dengan kata kunci terkait green IT business model, sustainability, dan transformasi digital. Proses peninjauan mengikuti protokol PRISMA dengan tahap identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan inclusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi model bisnis TI berkelanjutan meliputi optimasi pusat data, penggunaan energi terbarukan, circular economy perangkat keras, dan integrasi sustainability dalam model bisnis platform digital. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti biaya awal yang tinggi, kesenjangan teknologi, dan kesadaran organisasi. Penelitian ini menyediakan pemetaan tren penelitian, praktik terbaik, dan rekomendasi pengembangan model bisnis TI berkelanjutan pada era transformasi digital. Kata kunci: green IT; model bisnis berkelanjutan; PRISMA; transformasi digital; tinjauan sistematis.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in national economic growth. However, in the digital era, MSMEs' adoption of e-commerce remains suboptimal in addressing current challenges. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to success and obstacles in implementing e-commerce by MSMEs through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. This method was used to analyze 30 relevant international and national journal articles published between 2018 and 2024. These journals were retrieved from credible academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar, and then grouped based on key themes or topics emerging from the data. The study results indicate that success factors include management support, digital literacy, technological infrastructure, and customer trust, while key obstacles include limited human resources, implementation costs, and a lack of understanding of digital regulations. This study provides recommendations for the government and stakeholders to support MSMEs digitalization more strategically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential impacts of future technologies on the transformation of the workforce using a narrative literature review approach. The primary focus lies on three key technologies: artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud computing. The literature analyzed includes scientific journals and reports from leading global institutions published between 2020 and 2025. This study employs a descriptive and conceptual approach to identify recurring themes and patterns across sources. The findings reveal that technological advancements are driving significant changes in job structures, increasing the demand for advanced digital skills, and introducing new challenges related to inequality and job security. On the other hand, these technologies offer opportunities for human-machine collaboration and flexible work models that may enhance productivity. The study highlights the need for adaptive strategies by workers, organizations, and policymakers in navigating the digital transformation era.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key technology in the digital transformation of industries in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research aims to analyze the utilization of AI across various industrial sectors through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by applying the PRISMA protocol to ensure the accuracy and transparency of the literature selection process. Data is obtained from various leading scientific databases with strict inclusion criteria, including the year of publication. The analysis results show that AI is most commonly applied in the manufacturing, logistics, and finance sectors, focusing on process automation, prediction, and data-driven decision-making. In addition, this study identifies several challenges such as limitations in digital infrastructure, resistance to technology, and the need for regulation and ethical use of AI. This research provides significant contributions in mapping trends and research gaps, as well as offering strategic recommendations for researchers and industry practitioners in developing and implementing AI optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in the educational landscape, particularly in entrepreneurship learning which now demands more adaptive and digitally oriented approaches. This study aims to systematically review the utilization of e-commerce as a medium for entrepreneurship education in the context of digital transformation. The research method applied is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach, with literature sourced from Google Scholar and Scopus through the Publish or Perish application for the period of 2022–2025. From a total of 200 articles initially identified, 70 were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bibliometric visualization using VOSviewer was employed to map thematic relationships and identify research clusters. The results indicate that e-commerce significantly contributes to entrepreneurship learning, especially in supporting practice-based education, digital literacy, and curriculum innovation in higher education. Three major clusters were identified: digital technology development, integration of technology in education, and higher education transformation. This study concludes that e-commerce serves not only as a teaching tool but also as a key catalyst in shaping a sustainable digital entrepreneurship education ecosystem.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt e-commerce-based strategies to enhance their competitiveness in the digital economy. This study aims to identify and analyze effective e-commerce strategies in strengthening the competitive position of MSMEs using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted on scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025, following the PRISMA protocol and supported by tools such as Publish or Perish, Covidence, and VOSviewer. Analysis of 64 articles reveals that the use of marketplaces, social media, independent websites, and other digital technologies has significantly contributed to improving operational efficiency, market reach, and customer loyalty. However, the adoption of e-commerce still faces several challenges, including limited digital literacy, uneven infrastructure, and insufficient policy support. This study recommends collaborative efforts between governments, digital platforms, educational institutions, and MSME actors to build an inclusive and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the application of Software Defined Networking (SDN) in telecommunication network traffic management through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Literature data were collected from reputable databases such as IEEE Xplore, Scopus, ACM Digital Library, and ScienceDirect, then selected using PRISMA guidelines and analyzed with the assistance of Covidence and VOSviewer software. From 75 identified articles, 22 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The findings indicate that SDN provides high flexibility, scalability, and efficiency in network management through the separation of the control plane and data plane. SDN enables adaptive traffic engineering, automated configuration, enhanced security, and integration with Machine Learning for network optimization. Nevertheless, challenges such as the risk of a single point of failure, device interoperability, and the need for skilled human resources remain as implementation barriers. Overall, SDN has the potential to become a key technology in the transformation of modern telecommunication infrastructure to meet service demands in the digital era.
