Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujan untuk mengetahui  dan mendeskripsikan pentingnya membangun moderasi budaya melalui kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan Desa Sayur Maincat Kecamatan Kotanopan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memehami dan mengeksplorasi fenomena moderasi budaya di Desa Sayur Maincat melalui pengalaman dan persepsi masyarakat setempat. Pendekatan kualitatif memungkinkan Mahasiswa KKN 54 STAIN MADINA untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang praktik moderasi budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan bagaimana nilai-nilai moderasi ini dibangun melalui kegiatan sosial di organisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mempromosikan moderasi budaya dan mengurangi ekstremisme melalui pendekatan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan sosial dilakukan di Desa Sayur Maincat terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang moderasi budaya melalui berbagai kegiatan sosial. Namun tantangan masih ada terutama dalam melibatkan generasi muda kedepan, diperlukan strategi yang lebih inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif semua lapisan masyarakat dalam membangun moderasi budaya.

Abstract

Study purpose. Adaptation is very important for student development, especially in the academic field. This study aims to describe the level of ability of physical education students in adapting to the academic environment in 2023. Materials and Methods. Quantitative research methods were used to achieve the research objectives. A total of 54 physical education students were part of the research sample. The research data was accommodated using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online via a google form link. Quantitative data analysis using ideal standards and ideal mean values was used to determine the classification of student adaptability. Results. The results showed that 11 students had very high adaptability, 29 students had high ability, 13 students had moderate ability, 1 student had low ability, and no students had very low ability. Conclusions. Based on the results found, it can be concluded that the adaptability of Physical Education students is dominantly in the high category.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan optimalisasi media sosial dan marketplace pada UMKM lokal untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di lakukan melalui tahap persiapan, perencaan program, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital, dari 45% menjadi 88%, serta kemampuan praktis dalam mengelola media sosial dan marketplace secara profesional. Jumlah UMKM yang memiliki toko daring meningkat dari 32% menjadi 80%, dengan rata-rata kenaikan penjualan sebesar 27% dalam dua bulan setelah pendampingan. Selain itu, sekitar 70% peserta telah membangun identitas merek yang konsisten dan meningkatkan engagement media sosial dari 1,5% menjadi 4,8%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa optimalisasi media sosial dan marketplace mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan omzet, dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, serta mendorong transformasi UMKM menuju model bisnis yang lebih modern dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Salah satu sumber energi terbarukan yang mulai berkembang saat ini adalah energi matahari/ tenaga surya, hal ini dikarenakan keunggulan yang ditawarkan yaitu ramah terhadap lingkungan. Proses peralihan dari bahan bakar fosil ke sumber energi terbarukan (tenaga surya) tentunya tidak dapat berlangsung begitu mudah dan cepat, melainkan membutuhkan proses yang berkesinambungan yang melibatkan banyak stakeholder, seperti masyarakat, swasta, dan pemerintah. Aplikasi tenaga surya yang paling sederhana dan dapat diaplikasikan langsung ke masyarakat adalah Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) berbasis tenaga surya. Masyarakat RT 22 Kelurahan Sungai Nangka Kota Balikpapan menghadapi permasalahan berupa kurangnya penerangan jalan di salah satu jalan. Minimnya pengetahuan warga RT 22 mengenai cara pembuatan, pemilihan komponen-komponen berdasarkan perhitungan beban yang akan digunakan, serta pemasangan instalasi maupun cara perawatan menjadi kendala bagi warga untuk memanfaatkan PJU berbasis tenaga surya. Luaran dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu warga melakukan instalasi PJU berbasis tenaga surya serta membagikan ilmu terkait instalasi PJU tenaga surya menggunakan panel surya 100 watt peak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of pocket books based on specific motion material for pencak silat self-defense activities in learning self-defense activities for class VII junior high schools and to determine the results of students' readability tests. The research method uses a type of development research or Research and Development (R&D). The population in thi study were students of class VII, totaling 109 students. Then the sampling technique using random sampling amounting to 30 people. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification, feasibility analysis techniques and pocket book readability tests. The results of the research that has been carried out regarding the development of pencak silat learning media in the form of pocket books for junior high schools are pocket books that are "appropriate" for use as alternative teaching materials by PJOK teachers in schools, and pocket books that are very practical to use for students as a medium. This learning can be seen from the results of the readability test with the results of the percentage of the three aspects totaling 81.11 % categorized as Very Practical.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the accounting profession in improving the credibility of financial information. In an increasingly complex and evolving business context, the credibility of financial statements is essential to ensure the trust of investors, stakeholders, and regulators. This study uses a mix methods approach, which is a combination of quantitative methods through surveys and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and case studies of financial statements from five companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the 2018–2023 period. The results of the study show that the professional competence of accountants, professional ethics, and external audits have a significant influence on the credibility of financial statements. As many as 72% of respondents consider that accountants who have professional certifications, such as CPA or CA, can improve the quality of financial reports. In addition, external audits by big firms (Big Four) and the implementation of strict professional ethics have also been proven to increase the transparency and accuracy of financial statements. Analysis of case studies reveals that companies that implement good accounting standards and involve independent auditors obtain "No Modification" audit opinions, which signifies high credibility. On the other hand, companies that do not meet accounting standards well often receive modified audit opinions. These findings show that the credibility of financial information is highly dependent on the expertise of accountants and the independence of auditors, as well as the importance of adhering to the principles of professional ethics in preparing transparent and trustworthy financial statements. This study provides recommendations for companies to improve the competence of their accountants and ensure the independence of external auditors in order to strengthen the credibility of financial statements.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the increasing complexity of career women's consumption behavior. This behavior is influenced not only by basic needs, but also by psychological factors such as self-reward and self-healing. Religiosity is seen as a moderating variable that can control consumption behavior, especially in the context of a religious society in Parepare City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of self-reward and self-healing on the consumption behavior of career women in Parepare City with religiosity as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling of 100 career women aged 18–50 years in Parepare City. The research instrument was a Likert questionnaire, while data analysis was performed using SmartPLS through validity and reliability tests, T-tests, determination coefficients, and path analysis. The results showed that self-reward and self-healing had a significant positive effect on consumption behavior. Religiosity also had a significant effect and was proven to moderate the influence of these two psychological factors. These findings contribute to consumer behavior science and provide practical benefits for career women in managing balanced consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by PT Bank Sumut Syariah, Panyabungan Branch, in increasing the number of Hajj savings customers. The background of this research is based on the importance of the role of Islamic banking in facilitating the community to perform the Hajj pilgrimage through savings products that comply with Sharia principles. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, and data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategies implemented include direct approaches to the community through visits to religious gatherings (majelis) and offices, distributing brochures, collaborating with the local Ministry of Religious Affairs office, promoting through social media, providing free large-scale Hajj rehearsal (manasik haji akbar) in Medan, and delivering fast and friendly service. In addition, the bank also provides education regarding the benefits of Hajj savings and the Sharia-compliant registration procedures. These strategies have proven effective in increasing public awareness and interest in becoming Hajj savings customers.The study concludes that the marketing approach is carried out through a marketing mix (7P) strategy, which includes. Product  Goods or services offered to customers. Price  Pricing strategies that take into account the purchasing power of the target market. Place  Locations and distribution channels that make it easier for customers to obtain products/services. Promotion Activities to introduce and persuade customers, such as advertisements.

Abstract

Dowel pin merupakan suatu komponen yang digunakan untuk menahan bagian- bagian mesin dan menghubungkan komponen mesin dengan cepat pada posisi yang akurat. Pada melakukan observasi di PT.Petrosea Tbk, peneliti mengamati cara pelepasan komponen dowel pin yaitu dengan menggunakan vise grip dan perlakuan khusus dengan cara pengelasan. Metode pelepasan tersebut menimbulkan bahaya pada mekanik, yaitu mekanik dapat terpental pada saat pelepasan dangan vise grip dan bahaya dari pengelasan jika proses pelepasan dilakukan pada suction fabrikasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan field research dengan observasi, teknik kuisoner, wawancara yang dilakukan di PT.Petrosea Tbk. Hasil perhitungan analisa special tool yang diberikan beban 100 N dapat direkduksi dengan gaya yang dihasilkan alat didapatkan hasil yaitu aman digunakan karena hasil yang didapatkan lebih dari beban yang dibutuhkan dan direncanakan. Hasil penelitian safety yaitu sebesar 58% untuk mengurangi potensi bahaya dari metode sebelumnya dan analisa manpower sebesar 50% untuk mengurangi jumlah manpower dari proses pekerjaan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi  semakin cepat, kebutuhan energi semakin meningkat, dan  bahan baku  semakin langka sehingga menyebabkan kenaikan harga. Untuk mengatasi krisis permintaan energi yang semakin meningkat, diperlukan alternatif lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi. Salah satunya dengan mengganti sumber energi  lama dengan sumber energi lain seperti batu bara. Unit dump truck khususnya EH 4500 digunakan untuk mengangkut material baik  berupa tanah maupun batubara menuju disposal.  EH 4500 menggunakan mesin MTU 16V4000kk33. Perawatan rutin dilakukan pada mesin MTU 16V4000 untuk menjaga kondisi performa engine. Pemeliharaan yang dilakukan selain pemeliharaan adalah overhaul dan reuse. Studi juga dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas menggunakan metode literatur dan manual engine MTU 16V4000 sebagai dasar penelitian. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja maksimum dicapai dengan  beban maksimum. Engine dengan  CAC baru menghasilkan tenaga 2020 kW pada beban 100%, sedangkan mesin dengan CAC re-use menghasilkan tenaga 1983 kW pada beban 100%.
