Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of information technology-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) utilization in Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to develop an Electronic LKPD (E-LKPD) using the Liveworksheet platform that is valid, practical, and effective on the topic of Social and Cultural Diversity for Grade IV students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Trial subjects consisted of 5 Grade IV students from SDN 27 Talago Gunung, while research subjects included 7 Grade IV students from SDN 12 Sapan. Results showed: (1) material validity 83.3% (very valid); (2) language validity 100% (very valid); (3) media validity 97% (very valid); (4) teacher practicality 100% (very practical); (5) student practicality 100% (very practical); and (6) effectiveness 100% (very effective). Therefore, Liveworksheet-based E-LKPD is proven valid, practical, and effective as a Pancasila Education learning medium in Grade IV elementary school.

Abstract

This study was motivated by low IPAS learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at SDN 11 Padang Magek, Tanah Datar Regency. Only 18 of the 26 enrolled students achieved the KKTP minimal proficiency criteria, resulting in a class average of 74.5. The study's objectives were to assess the effectiveness of the Deep Learning Plan (RPM), outline the teaching methodology, and record improvements in student performance in IPAS using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach with Google Sites media assistance. A class instructor and 26 fifth-grade children participated in the study, which used a classroom action research (CAR) design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart framework over two cycles of three sessions. RPM evaluation rubrics, teacher and student activity observation checklists, LKPD evaluations, and written test results were used to collect data. RPM quality increased from 87.5% (Cycle I, Session 1) to 91.66% (Cycle I, Session 2) and 95.83% (Cycle II); teacher activity improved from 82.14% to 92.85% and 96.42%; student engagement followed the same trajectory; average LKPD scores increased from 64.6 to 73.6 and 80.8; and individual written exam averages increased from 55.4 to 67.3 and 79.6, with a mastery rate of 80.8% by Cycle II. With an overall mean score of 78.5, the final learning outcomes showed that 88.5% of students (23 out of 26) attained the KKTP. These findings confirm that the PBL paradigm combined with Google Sites media is a successful strategy for raising fifth-grade students' IPAS achievement at SDN 11 Padang Magek.

Abstract

This development research is motivated by the reality found in the field where teachers have difficulty in creating learning media, teachers also often experience network disruptions when accessing learning media on the internet, students are often saturated in the learning process, students who prefer to play rather than learn, students are less active in learning because of the lack of variety of learning media and students find it difficult to understand IPAS learning Many understanding theories are like historical material. This study aims to develop monopoly board media based on educational games in science learning in grade IV elementary school that is valid and practical. The type of research used is development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results of research on the development of monopoly board media based on educational games in IPAS learning in grade IV elementary school are valid and practical. The type of research used is development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results of this monopoly board media development research obtained validation results from three validators, namely aspects of media, material and language with an average percentage of 93.31% with valid categories. The results of the teacher response questionnaire in the research school showed that monopoly board media was very practical with an average percentage of 87.51% and the student response questionnaire showed that monopoly board media was very practical with an average percentage of 92.34%. Thus, it can be concluded that the educational game-based monopoly board media in IPAS learning in grade IV elementary school has been declared valid and very practical for use in learning.

Abstract

The current state of technology-integrated learning media is not optimal, thus this study sets out to improve it by developing valid, practical, and effectivel Articulate Storyline 3 learning materials for fourth graders in primary schools. The type of research used is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The overall validation results obtained a percentage of 91.8%, where material validity was 87%, language validity was 94%, and media validation was 94.6%. The practical results at the trial school SDN 04 Bakir obtained a percentage of 94.3%. At the research school at SDN 05 Alang Rambah, the percentage was 95.5%. The effectiveness of learning media is very successful, as can be seen from 87.5% of students in the trial school achieving learning mastery. Achieve 90% learning completion at research school Thus, it can be concluded that the Articulate Storyline 3 learning media in class IV primary school is declared valid, practical and effective for use.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' learning outcomes which are still low, during the learning process students are less active, students lack focus and pay attention beyond the concept of the material, students lack self-confidence when asked by the teacher to express opinions, lack of student cooperation in the learning process, when learning is still centered on the teacher or teacher centre. The aim of this research is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in science learning using models take and give Class IV of SD Negeri 01 Pasar Ladang Panjang, Pasaman Regency. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Implemented in two cycles, cycle I consists of 2 meetings and cycle II consists of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were teachers and 24 class IV students at SD Negeri 01 Pasar Ladang Panjang, Pasaman Regency. Data from this research were obtained from the assessment of teaching modules, implementation processes, and learning outcomes. Data collection techniques use test sheets and non-test sheets. The results showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The increase in research results is in: a) Teaching modules in cycle I, namely 81.81% (good) and cycle II 93.18% (very good), b) Teacher activity in cycle I 79.54% (fair) and cycle II 90 .90% (very good), c) Student activity in cycle I 79.54% (fair) and cycle II 90.90% (very good), d) Learning outcomes of cycle I students obtained an average of 74.92 and cycle II obtained an average of 86.3. Based on the results obtained from the research, it can be concluded that the model take and give can improve student learning outcomes in science learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unavailability of digital-based interactive learning media for IPAS learning in Grade IV Elementary School, Cluster 1, Baso District, Agam Regency. This study aimed to produce Articulate Storyline 3-based interactive learning media on Cultural Diversity and Local Wisdom material that is valid, practical, and effective. This R&D study used the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results showed that the media obtained an average validity percentage of 94.7% (very valid) based on material experts (87.5%), media experts (96.7%), and language experts (100%). Teacher practicality reached 97.5% at SDN 20 Tabek Panjang and 100% at SDN 01 Baringin Anam, while student practicality reached 97.5% and 97.2% respectively (all very practical). Learning outcomes increased significantly from 67% to 87% at SDN 20 Tabek Panjang (7 students, 100% mastery) and from 71.8% to 89.1% at SDN 01 Baringin Anam (22 students, 100% mastery). Thus, the developed media is declared valid, practical, and effective for IPAS learning in Grade IV Elementary School.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of fourth-grade Public elementary school students at 01 Bandar Buat in Padang, became the basis for conducting study. Problem arose due to the lack of optimization in implementing group-based learning as a means of discussion among students and the limited use of innovative learning models during classroom activities. This situation led to low of students motivation and boredom in learning because of the limited variety in learning activities and the students’ weak understanding of the concepts because they lacked confidence in working with peers. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ learning outcomes through the use of the Listening Team Cooperative Learning Model in IPAS instruction in Grade 4 at SDN 01 Bandar Buat, Padang. Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research instruments consisted of tests and non-tests. The results of research showed that study an improvement in IPAS learning outcomes from the implementation of Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, students achieved a mean learning outcome of 77.21%, which increased 96.29% in Cycle II. There was an improvement in students’ learning outcomes from Cycle I to Cycle II by 86.78%. This indicates that the application of this model in classroom learning activities has an impact that can improve student learning outcomes, wherein the classroom serves as a forum for discussion by involving students so they can actively participate, think critically, and collaborate with their peers in learning activities, enabling them to thoroughly understand the material presented.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the less than optimal utilization of digital learning media in science learning in grade IV of elementary school. Teachers still tend to use conventional learning media so that student participation and motivation in the learning process are not optimal. This study aims to develop interactive media based on Google Sites with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach in science learning in grade IV of elementary school that is valid and practical. The method applied in this study is Research and Development (RandD) using the ADDIE model, which consists of five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The location of the research is at SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur, SDN 28 Air Tawar Timur, SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur, and SDN 18 Air Tawar Selatan. The results of the study show that the interactive media Google Sites gets a validity score of 87% with a very valid category. The level of practicality of teachers at SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur reached 94%, SDN 28 Air Tawar Timur 90%, SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur 82%, and SDN 18 Air Tawar Selatan 92%, all in the very practical category. The level of practicality of students at SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur reached 85%, SDN 28 Air Tawar Timur 85%, SDN 26 Air Tawar Timur 85%, and SDN 18 Air Tawar Selatan 90%, also in the very practical category. Thus, the developed media is deemed feasible and practical for use in the science learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low involvement of students in the science learning process in the fourth grade of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City. Students are less enthusiastic and easily lose focus during learning because the learning process is still teacher-centered. This study aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in science learning using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model in the fourth grade of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were teachers and 24 fourth grade students in the January–June semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Research data were obtained through PPM observations, observations of teacher and student activities, and assessment of learning outcomes in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects. The results showed an increase in each cycle. The PPM assessment increased from 89.58% in cycle I to 95.83% in cycle II. Teacher activity increased from 89.58% to 95.43%, while student activity increased from 85.42% to 95.43%. Student learning outcomes also increased, namely the affective aspect from 77.72 to 91.67, the psychomotor aspect from 79.16 to 92.19, and the cognitive aspect from 80.21 to 91.25. Thus, the NHT model can improve student learning outcomes in Science Learning in grade IV of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City.

Abstract

The background of this study lies in students' unsatisfactory learning achievement in IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences), resulting from teaching practices that had not yet fully embraced a student-centered design and execution. This study sought to portray how applying the 7E Learning Cycle Model could raise pupil performance among fourth graders at SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, located in Padang City. A Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was adopted, blending qualitative and quantitative methods across two cycles, each progressing through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflective evaluation. Involved in the research were the homeroom teacher together with 28 pupils from Class IV.A of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut 15 boys and 13 girls. The data gathered pointed to gains across multiple dimensions: a) the lesson plan quality (RPM) climbed from 80.56% (Fair) during cycle I to 91.67% (Excellent) by cycle II; b) teacher performance grew from 71.87% (Fair) to 90.62% (Good); c) pupil participation likewise rose from 71.87% (Fair) to 90.62% (Good); and d) overall achievement scores advanced from 69.43% (Fair) in the first cycle to 87.68% (Good) in the second. Based on these results, the 7E Learning Cycle Model can be considered an effective approach for raising elementary-level achievement in IPAS subjects.
