Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis adalah hasil bagaimanakah gambaran Profil Manajemen Perangkat Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Jasmani guru SD Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo memperoleh nilai analisis deskriptif frekuensi di atas dapat diketahui bahwa profil manajemen perangkat pembelajaran guru SD Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo analisis deskriptif berdasarkan data pada table di atas dapat digambaran tentang data manajemen perangkat pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan SD Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo sebagai berikut. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan diperoleh Nilai rata-rata sebesar 146,08 dengan standar deviasi 18,688. Nilai maksimal yang diperoleh adalah 176 dan nilai minimalnya adalah 90, sehingga diperoleh nilai range sebesar 86.Dan gambaran berkategori Sedang. Hal ini di buktikan bahwa 11 orang (44 %) menunjukkan kategori Sedang, selebihnya 3 orang (12%) yang berkategori rendah dan sebanyak 8 orang (32%) berkategori tinggi, sedangkan berkategori sangat tinggi 1 orang (4%) dan berkategori sangat rendah 2 orang (8%).

Abstract

Student Self-Confidence Through movement education is very important in helping to overcome fear and doubt. Through movement education programs can build student self-confidence. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The sample consisted of 100 students from elementary schools in Makassar City in the 2023/2024 academic year. The experimental group followed a program that included physical activities of coordination, balance, and strength. Meanwhile, the control group did not receive intervention during the same period. Before and after the intervention, participants underwent a self-confidence test using a valid and reliable measuring instrument, the Children's Self-Perception Scale, interviews were also conducted with several participants. The results of the t-test showed a significant difference between the two groups, the average level of self-confidence of the experimental group was 2,320 points higher than the control group, with a difference within the 95% confidence interval between 1,927 and 2,713. Implementing a structured program, educators can help students build stronger self-confidence so that it has a positive impact on other aspects. Further research is needed to explore other factors that may influence the relationship between movement education and self-confidence, and to develop more effective interventions in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the application of traditional games can overcome the boredom of learning PJOK for class IV students at Parang Tambung State Elementary School 1 semester II of the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with the research subjects being 20 class IV students of Parang Tambung 1 State Elementary School. Meanwhile, the object of this research is reducing student learning boredom by implementing traditional games. Data on the results of the learning implementation were collected using a questionnaire method. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of traditional games is very effective in overcoming learning burnout for class IV students at Parang Tambung State Elementary School 1 semester II of the 2023/2024 academic year. The average decrease in student learning boredom is in the very high category. Meanwhile, classical completeness is 100%.

Abstract

Background and Study Aim. Physical fitness is a very important factor for students to fight fatigue when doing activities, so that during the learning process at school students can still concentrate on learning. Information on physical fitness in elementary school students is a source of health that really needs to be considered. Therefore, this study aimed to review the scientific literature on physical fitness of primary school children through learning with traditional games in Indonesia.Material and Methods. The search in this study used databases such as ScienceDirect, Scopus, Google Scholar, and PubMed. The search began using the ScienceDirect database, then Scopus, Google Scholar and PubMed. The search strategy included a combination of keyword variations ("traditional games" OR "Play Model" AND "physical fitness" AND "students" AND "elementary school"). The search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. After following the exclusion criteria, only 6 articles remained.Results. The results showed that the provision of traditional games can improve students' physical fitness. Traditional games are developed with a play approach and activities are designed according to the basic movement skills possessed or are in their developmental stage. Traditional games have values and elements of movement that are in accordance with the need to develop basic skills.Conclusions. This increase occurs because of traditional games that can encourage children to be actively involved in learning, want to do movements and effectively improve physical fitness. That way, in the context of physical learning conceptualized in a traditional game can be applied.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas latihan sepak bola bagi pemain di SSB Remacob Gowa melalui penerapan metode pelatihan dengan variasi latihan yang komprehensif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai respon terhadap kebutuhan pengembangan keterampilan teknis, fisik, dan pemahaman taktik yang optimal pada pemain muda. Metode pelatihan yang diterapkan meliputi berbagai variasi latihan, seperti dribbling, passing, shooting, serta latihan fisik berupa kecepatan, kelincahan, dan stamina. Selain itu, kegiatan juga mencakup simulasi permainan kecil dan latihan formasi tim guna menumbuhkan kesadaran taktis dan kerjasama antar pemain. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mengutamakan metode partisipatif, dimana pelatih profesional dan relawan bekerja sama dengan pengurus SSB Remacob Gowa untuk menyusun program latihan yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan potensi pemain. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan teknik dasar, daya tahan fisik, serta pemahaman strategi permainan para pemain. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan performa individu pemain, tetapi juga memperkuat fondasi sepak bola lokal sebagai upaya pengembangan bakat muda di daerah Gowa

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness comparison of the commando teaching style with the practice teaching style on the subject matter of dribbling in the sport of football. The research method used in this study was experimental research which was conducted in 10 meetings to see the significance of the two treatments. This research was conducted at SMPN 4 Polewali with participants in this study being students who were willing to follow all research procedures. Through this sampling, the number of samples in this study amounted to 40 students. The instrument used in this study was a dribbling ability test. The results showed that the commando teaching style was better than the practice teaching style in football dribbling subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between aerobic endurance and haemoglobin levels in soccer players at SMP Negeri 26 Makassar. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 20 football players who were selected purposively. Aerobic endurance measurements are carried out using appropriate methods, while haemoglobin levels are measured using standard laboratory equipment. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between aerobic endurance and haemoglobin levels in football players at SMP Negeri 26 Makassar with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.308 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). There is a positive and significant relationship between aerobic endurance and haemoglobin levels. This shows that the better a player's aerobic endurance, the more optimal the haemoglobin levels in his body, which plays an important role in oxygen-carrying capacity and athletic performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore various effective training methods for improving javelin-throwing skills. Through a literature review, it was found that methods such as strength training, plyometric, and automatic recognition techniques showed positive results in improving athlete performance. Additionally, factors such as flexibility and muscle strength also contribute significantly to javelin throwing ability. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for coaches and athletes in designing more effective training programs, as well as be the basis for further research on the development of javelin throwing training methods in the future.

Abstract

According to Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2009, article 1 paragraph 11 means that health services are a form of activities that have become a unit and have a relationship and are carried out continuously. The purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of service quality based on the waiting time for examinations at the Bontomarannu Health Center general poly. The research method used observation with a cross-sectional research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the average number of outpatients at the Bontomarannu Health Center every year in the last three years as many as 9,375 people. The sample in this study was 95 people using the Axial Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average length of outpatient examination at the general polyclinic of the Bontomarannu Health Center for new patients is 6.95 minutes and 5.23 minutes for old patients, the service at the public poly is of high quality and is in accordance with the service standards set by the Ministry of Health regarding the length of examination at the general polyclinic for both new and old patients, which is 10 minutes

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi guru pendidikan jasmani dan 21 siswa kelas 4 di SD Islam Athirah Makassar dalam evaluasi keterampilan gerak dasar menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Program yang dilaksanakan selama satu hari ini terdiri dari empat kegiatan utama: sosialisasi dan diskusi dengan guru tentang metode evaluasi, pelaksanaan permainan berbasis keterampilan, pelaksanaan evaluasi, dan wawancara dengan lima siswa yang dipilih secara acak untuk mengumpulkan persepsi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang penilaian keterampilan motorik secara objektif dan respons positif siswa terhadap permainan yang menyenangkan yang meningkatkan kemampuan motorik mereka. Evaluasi mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan aspek yang perlu dikembangkan pada keterampilan locomotor dan manipulatif siswa. Umpan balik guru dan siswa mendukung efektivitas TGMD-2 sebagai alat evaluasi yang praktis. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan jasmani dengan mendorong pengembangan keterampilan motorik yang sistematis, menyenangkan, dan terukur bagi siswa sekolah dasar di Makassar.
