Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the role of social entrepreneurship and business innovation in empowering local communities for rural tourism development within the framework of sustainable development goals (SDGs). Research methodology: A comprehensive review of the existing literature on social entrepreneurship, business innovation, and rural tourism development is conducted. The study also involved qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and community members in the selected villages, followed by thematic analysis of the data. Results: The findings reveal that Social entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in fostering community engagement, promoting social inclusivity, and creating sustainable tourism initiatives. On the other hand, business innovation enables local communities to differentiate themselves, enhance visitor experiences, and improve the overall competitiveness of rural tourism destinations. Limitations: This study acknowledges certain limitations, including the selection of a limited number of case study villages and potential bias in qualitative interviews. Further research is needed to explore the generalizability of the findings across different contexts. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of the synergistic relationship among social entrepreneurship, business innovation, and rural tourism development. These findings provide insights for policymakers, community leaders, and practitioners in designing effective strategies to empower local communities and promote sustainable tourism within the SDGs Desa framework. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of the combined influence of social entrepreneurship and business innovation on rural tourism development in the context of sustainable development goals (SDGs Desa). This highlights the potential of these concepts to drive positive change and create inclusive and resilient rural tourism destinations.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of public service quality on the satisfaction of the people of Kubangsari Village partially. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of employee performance on the satisfaction of the people of Kubangsari Village partially. Kubangsari Village community partially. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline of Village Government Apparatus on Community Satisfaction in Kubangsari Village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 6762 by taking as many samples as 99 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Kubangsari Village Hall Office with a t-value of 4.011 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Employee Performance has a negative and insignificant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Balai Desa Kubangsari Office with a t-value of 0.495 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.622 < 0.05. -count 4.914 > 1.661 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H4: Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Kubangsari Village Hall Office with a value of F-count > F-table (45.010 > 2.697) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental awareness, environmental knowledge, and accessibility of information on public concern for increasing environmental capacity in the city of Cirebon. The data was obtained through a survey of respondents who are members of the community in the area. The results of data analysis using the t test and F test show that the three independent variables (environmental awareness, environmental knowledge, and information accessibility) have a significant influence on community awareness individually and collectively. The implication of this research is the importance of increasing public awareness, knowledge, and access to information about environmental issues to strengthen their participation in efforts to preserve and increase environmental capacity. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran lingkungan, pengetahuan lingkungan, dan aksesibilitas informasi terhadap kepedulian masyarakat terhadap peningkatan kapasitas lingkungan hidup di Kota Cirebon. Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada responden yang merupakan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (kesadaran lingkungan, pengetahuan lingkungan, dan aksesibilitas informasi) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepedulian masyarakat secara individu maupun bersama-sama. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan akses informasi masyarakat tentang isu-isu lingkungan untuk memperkuat partisipasi mereka dalam upaya pelestarian dan peningkatan kapasitas lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

House of Rattan is a company operating in the furniture industry made from wood, rattan, aluminum and iron. This company collaborates with sub-partners for the rattan weaving department with a work contract agreement and piecework wages paid every week. This research is motivated by the low productivity of rattan craftsmen at PT. House of Rattan. Thus, the research objective that the author of this study wants to achieve is to find out whether wages influence the productivity of rattan craftsmen at PT. House of Rattan. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. In this research, data analysis uses data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study were rattan craftsmen at PT. House of Rattan numbering 55 people. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the Wage variable (X) has a significant influence on the Labor Productivity variable (Y), with the results of the t test, the results obtained for the Work Wage variable are tcount > ttable (6.022 > 2.004), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So, within a confidence range of 95%, it can be concluded that there is sufficient evidence to say that the wage variable has a significant effect on the productivity of rattan chair craftsmen at PT. House of Rattan ABSTRAK House of Rattan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri furniture dengan berbahan dasar kayu, rotan, alumunium dan besi. Perusahaan ini bekerja sama dengan sub mitra keja untuk bagian anyam rotan dengan perjanjian kontrak kerja dan upah kerja borongan yang dibayarkan setiap minggu nya. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya produktivitas pengrajin rotan pada sub mitra kerja di PT. House of Rattan. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Upah berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas pengrajin rotan pada PT.House of Rattan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengrajin rotan pada Sub Mitra Kerja PT. House of Rattan yang berjumlah 55 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa variabel Upah (X) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (Y), dengan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil untuk variabel Upah kerja diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (6,022 > 2,004) maka diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga pada rentang kepercayaan sebesar 95% didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat cukup bukti untuk mengatakan bahwa variabel upah kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pengrajin kursi rotan di PT. House of Rattan.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of students in the Community Service Program (KKN) in Kedungjaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon City. The aim of this research is to reveal and analyze the role of KKN students in educational development in Kedungjaya Village and the positive impacts produced. The results of the research show that STIE Cirebon Group 3 KKN students have a significant role in improving the quality of education in Kedungjaya Village. They are involved in helping as volunteer workers, providing tutoring, and providing learning facilities to the KOBER Anggrek PAUD. The positive impact can be seen in improving the quality of teaching, student learning motivation, and creating a positive learning environment. Even though there are challenges in implementing the KKN program, collaboration between students, government and village communities is important in village development efforts. The role of KKN students reflects relevance in the context of village development and plays a role in improving the welfare of local communities. The main suggestions are to improve student preparation before the KKN program, strengthen cooperation between various parties, and improve educational infrastructure in Kedungjaya village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

Abstract

Consumer behavior is the basis for consumers to make purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior is an activity that is closely related to the process of purchasing goods or services. In this study, the independent variable is consumer behavior (X), while the dependent variable is online purchasing decisions (Y). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of consumer behavior in making online purchasing decisions for the people of Brebes Regency on e-commerce shoppe. The type of research used is quantitative research. The processed data is the result of distributing questionnaires to the public or consumers randomly via google form, the number of population is unknown with a sample of 100 respondents who have been processed using SPSS 22. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, test normality, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R²), and t-test (Partial). Based on the t-test (Partial) shows a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebuah kunci sukses bagi perusahaan, tidak hanya dalam jangka pendek tetapi akan menjadi sebuah keunggulan untuk bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Loyalitas pelanggan dapat tercipta karena berbagai faktor yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Cafe Uno Snack & Beverages Kota Cirebon. 2) Pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Cafe Uno Snack & Beverages Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan uji hipotesis bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Diketahui hasil statistik uji t untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 3.202 > 2.002. Ada pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan hasil statistik uji t untuk variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X2) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 dan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 3.246 > 2.002. Ada pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 22.652 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa Fhitung 22.652 > Ftabel (3,16), probabilitas signifikansinya 0,000. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,340 atau 34% dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,343 atau 34,3%. Kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Cafe Uno sebesar 0,423 atau 42,3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bali Beauty Skincare pada Nizama Store Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif.Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini 1456 yaitu pelanggan produk Bali Beauty Skincare pada Nizama Store Majalengka. Sampel yang diambil peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 94 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel accidental (sampel tanpa sengaja). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian.Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0 dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dengan alphacronbach, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, koefisisen determinasi (R2), uji F, uji t, analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial sebesar 0,483 atau 48,3 % terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial sebesar 0,571 atau 57,1 % terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) sebesar 0,828 atau 82,8 % terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan store atmosphere dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Shegia Coffee & Eatery Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dari 98 konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling dimana siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh koefisien korelasi f sebesar 493,762 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0,005. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan gaya hidup secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Store atmosphere dan gaya hidup bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 91,2% terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi Shegia Coffee & Eatery untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dengan memperhatikan aspek store atmosphere dan gaya hidup konsumen.
