Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh Spaylater terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce shoppe online shop khalisha hijab Tasikmalaya, (2) Pengaruh COD terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce shoppe online shop khalisha hijab Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kalisha Hijb Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah sebanyak 7000 konsumen/Tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah teknik analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Spaylater berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce shoppe online shop khalisha hijab Tasikmalaya sebesar 47,3% dan dibuktikan dengan nilai sign 0,000 > 0,05 dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,558. (2) COD berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce shoppe online shop khalisha hijab Tasikmalaya sebesar 46,0% dan dibuktikan dengan nilai sign 0,000 > 0,05 dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif sebesar 0,387.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to ascertain the following: the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction; the impact of packaging design on customer satisfaction; and the combined effect of packaging design and product quality on customer satisfaction. The study's sample consisted of 96 respondents in total, and it used a quantitative descriptive technique. The following conclusions were drawn from the study's findings: The significance level is 0.00 <0.05 (below the threshold of 0.05), and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted whereas the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected since 10.491> 1.661. The Packaging Design variable (X1) of 86.4% (0.864) in Home Industry Snack 324 demonstrates a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. The same goes for Ha and H0; if the result is more than 1.661 and the significance level is 0.00 <0.05 (below the threshold of 0.05), then Ha is accepted. Product Quality (X2) has a positive and significant association with Customer Satisfaction in the Household Snack Industry 324, contributing 73.3% (0.733) to it. Furthermore, customer satisfaction (Y) is positively and significantly influenced by both packaging design (X1) and product quality (X2), with a determination coefficient of 0.875, or 87.5%. The estimated values concurrently exceed the ftable limit (333.246 > 3.09) at a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine: How big is the significant influence between price on consumer purchasing decisions, how big is the significant influence between product diversity on consumer purchasing decisions, and how big is the interactive influence between price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Jihan Fashion Store. The research method used is a quantitative method. The number of samples in this study was 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: there is a positive influence of price perception on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test statistics (0.424> 0.05), with a calculated t value (4.307)> t table (1.672). There is a positive influence of product diversity on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test statistics (5.570> 1.672) the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.795. From the F test in table 3.15, a F-calculation value of 115.535 was obtained. The above shows that Fcalculation (115.535) > Ftable (3.15), the probability of significance is 0.000. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Price, Product Diversity together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Jihan Fashion Store by 0.795 or 79.5%.

Abstract

In the modern era, the advancement of information and communication technology has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including consumption behavior and business practices. The internet, as a core technological tool, has become an inseparable part of daily activities. E-commerce, particularly platforms like Shopee, has gained immense popularity in Indonesia, providing easy and efficient online shopping experiences. This study examines the influence of two key factors, ease of use and consumer trust, on purchase decisions in e-commerce, specifically in the rural community of RW 07, Desa Sirnasari, Tasikmalaya. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs associative causal methods and data collection through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The findings reveal that both ease of use and consumer trust significantly affect purchase decisions, with trust having a more substantial impact. The study's results highlight that improving user-friendliness and transparency can enhance consumer trust and purchasing behavior. This research contributes to the literature by offering insights into consumer behavior in rural areas and provides practical recommendations for e-commerce platforms to improve services. Future research can explore other influencing factors such as price, social influences, and product quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari keandalan (realibility), jaminan (assurance), bukti fisik (tangible), empati (emphaty), dan daya tanggap (responsiveness) dengan kepuasan masyarakat dalam penyaluran program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLTDD) yang berasal dari Kementerian Desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Desa Cikakak Kecamatan Banjarharjo Kabupaten Brebes dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 247 orang penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa dan sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 153 orang berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitan ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer seperti wawancara dan penyebaran angket serta data sekunder hasil olah data secara statistik menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas dengan teknik analisis uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan secara parsial responsiveness (daya tanggap) dan  assurance (jaminan) memiliki pengaruh yang sangat dominan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sedangkan hubungan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari keandalan (realibility), jaminan (assurance), bukti fisik (tangible), empati (emphaty), dan daya tanggap (responsiveness) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of administrative service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Limusnunggal sub-district, Sukabumi City. Public services, which fulfill citizens' fundamental needs and civil rights, are vital in human life, and the demand for improved public services has become a significant public expectation. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on employees in the Limusnunggal sub-district as the study's subject. A random sampling technique was used, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 23. The results indicate that both administrative service quality and employee performance have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-test results of (4.482 > 1.987) for service quality and (5.374 > 1.987) for employee performance, with significance values of (0.000 < 0.05) for each variable. The F-test results (F_count = 232.023 > F_table = 3.090, sig = 0.000 < 0.05) further confirm a significant simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination reveals that 82.4% of the variance in community satisfaction in Limusnunggal is explained by the quality of services and employee performance, while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by factors not addressed in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: Background. Agriculture is vital for human survival. Therefore, we must continue agriculture and its development. There are several ways we can increase agricultural productivity, one of which is through hydroponics, a method of farming without soil and relying on nutrient solutions as a food source for plants.. Aims. Agriculture is a vital activity for human survival. Therefore, we need to continue agriculture and its development for human survival. Methods. On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, during Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities in Kedung Jaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency, a hydroponic farm was visited. The method used was a qualitative approach, intending to understand the impact of the hydroponic system's application. Result. Moreover, in the current situation, the land used for agriculture is decreasing because of the increasing conversion of land, so it is necessary to use a method that takes up less land and is cheap. The emergence of this hydroponic method is to overcome this problem. Conclusion. In this case, the Kedung Jaya Village Government in Kedawung District took the initiative to increase agricultural productivity with this hydroponic method. Implementation. With support from the government and related parties, hydroponics has the potential to become one of the main strategies in achieving sustainable food security in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract: Background. Business Identification Number (NIB) is an essential element in business legality that provides various benefits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), such as access to capital, legal protection, and broader marketing opportunities. However, many MSMEs in Kedungjaya Village still do not have an NIB due to limited understanding and access to the registration process. Aims. This study aims to describe the mentoring process for making an NIB for MSMEs in Kedungjaya Village and analyze its impact on awareness of business legality. Methods. This study used a qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Result. The study's results show that intensive assistance can improve MSME actors' understanding of the importance of business legality and accelerate the NIB registration process. In addition, increasing legal awareness among MSME actors also has a positive impact on their businesses' sustainability and development. Conclusion. Thus, assistance in making NIB can be an effective strategy in improving the legality and competitiveness of MSMEs at the local level. Implementation. This study confirms that mentoring is crucial in increasing the understanding and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding business legality. In terms of practice, this study shows that systematic and technology-based mentoring can accelerate the process of making NIB and increase MSME compliance with business regulations.

Abstract

Abstract: Background. Real Work Lecture (KKN) has transformed, focusing on community empowerment and sustainable development. KKN provides benefits for students, the community, and universities. Methods. In Dusun III, Kedungjaya Village, STIE KKN students carried out a community service program, cleaning the environment and increasing awareness of cleanliness. Result. As a result, the environment is cleaner, social relations improve, and the risk of disease decreases. Conclusion.This activity instills the values of mutual cooperation and environmental awareness, proving the positive synergy between students, the community, and universities in advancing the village. Implementation. Mutual cooperation activities organized by KKN students in Dusun III, Kedungjaya Village has succeeded in achieving its main objective, namely creating a healthy environment. which is cleaner and healthier. Through the active involvement of students, village officials, and local community, this activity not only improves environmental cleanliness, but also strengthen social relations between residents.
