Abstract

Di Desa Bontomate'ne, Kabupaten Jeneponto, inisiatif layanan masyarakat berfokus pada pelatihan komprehensif bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah inti terkait kewirausahaan, pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, dan legalitas bisnis. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dalam satu hari ini mencakup pelajaran teoritis, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab, berhasil melibatkan 30 peserta UMKM lokal. Evaluasi menggunakan tes pra-pelatihan dan pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta, dengan skor rata-rata meningkat dari 4,43 menjadi 10,67 dari 11, mencerminkan tingkat pemahaman sebesar 97%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut secara signifikan memperkuat keterampilan dan kemampuan peserta UMKM. Disimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan komprehensif ini dapat membantu mengembangkan usaha yang lebih mandiri, profesional, dan berkelanjutan, sehingga meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Jeneponto

Abstract

This study explores the integration of indigenous spiritual knowledge into modern environmental ethics, focusing on the role of traditional ecological wisdom, spiritual cosmology, and stewardship practices in promoting sustainability. Indigenous worldviews often emphasize the interconnectedness between humans, the spirit world, and nature, viewing these relationships as sacred and reciprocal. This paper highlights the philosophical contributions of indigenous environmental ethics, which contrast with Western anthropocentric frameworks, offering a more holistic, spiritual, and culturally embedded perspective on ecological stewardship. Through a qualitative comparative approach, the study examines indigenous practices such as those found in the Anishinaabe philosophy of mino-mnaamodzawin and the Sarnaism faith of the Oraon community, demonstrating how spiritual connections to nature foster a deep sense of responsibility and environmental ethics. Additionally, the study discusses the challenges of integrating indigenous spiritual principles into Western academic and policy frameworks, including issues of cultural appropriation and the preservation of traditional knowledge. The research further explores potential strategies for collaboration, emphasizing community-driven approaches that respect and incorporate indigenous knowledge into global environmental governance. This integration can lead to more inclusive and sustainable environmental practices that honor both ecological balance and cultural heritage. The findings suggest that indigenous spiritual knowledge offers essential insights into creating a more sustainable and ethical approach to environmental challenges, providing a model for future policy development and global ecological strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the agribusiness activities of Islamic boarding schools in East Lampung Regency, examine community perceptions of Islamic boarding school–based agribusiness development, identify the agribusiness development model, and assess its economic feasibility. The research was conducted at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, located in Sumbergede Village, Sekampung Sub-district, East Lampung Regency. A descriptive analytical approach was employed to evaluate both economic and socio-cultural aspects of agribusiness development. The findings indicate that Islamic boarding schools play a significant role in influencing rural communities and therefore have strategic responsibility in strengthening local economic activities. The leadership of the kiai (head of the Islamic boarding school) is a key supporting factor in encouraging the adoption and sustainability of agribusiness initiatives. Furthermore, agribusiness production units function not only as income-generating enterprises for the Islamic boarding school but also as practical learning facilities for students to develop technical skills and entrepreneurial capacity. Overall, the study demonstrates that Islamic boarding school–based agribusiness has strong potential as an integrated model of economic empowerment and education in rural areas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kendala siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjasorkes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang jenis penelitiannya menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif , kemudian dilakukan uji coba instrumen untuk mengetahui validitas menggunakan uji kelompok kecil di SMK Negeri 2 Tolitoli yang hasilnya diolah dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk angket yang berisikan pernyataan dan pernyataan tersebut ada 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kendala Siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Penjasorkes berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 2,8% (2 siswi), “rendah” sebesar 25,7% (18 siswi), “sedang” sebesar 35,7% (25 siswi), “tinggi” sebesar 27,1% (19 siswi), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 8,6% (6 siswi). Maka dapat ditarik simpulkan bahwa Kendala Siswi SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Penjasorkes dikategorikan “sedang”, itu diperoleh dari presentasi sebesar 35,7%

Abstract

English speaking skill is an essential competency in the 21st century, yet many Indonesian students face challenges such as limited practice, low confidence, and lack of opportunities in class. This study explored students’ perceptions of using the Mango Languages application to practice conversations and enhance speaking skills. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected from 15 English education students through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis revealed five themes: enhanced confidence, vocabulary and pronunciation development, flexibility and accessibility, motivation and engagement, and challenges and limitations. Based on these identified themes, Mango Languages showed potential in reducing students’ anxiety, improving pronunciation accuracy, and supporting independent learning. However, challenges such as limited conversation topics, lack of direct teacher feedback, and technical barriers were also reported. Therefore, Mango Languages was best positioned as a supplementary tool for improving speaking skills in higher education when integrated with classroom instruction.
