Abstract

Competition comes from English, namely competition means competition itself or competitive activities, matches, and competition. Competition is when organizations or individuals compete to achieve desired goals such as consumers, share market, survey ranking, or required resources. Whereas In the management dictionary, competition is the efforts of 2 parties/more companies, each of which is active in “obtaining order” by offering the most favorable price/terms. In the online motorcycle taxi industry, competition between companies such as Gojek, Maxim and Grab is very tight. Each company tries to attract more drivers and users by offering various promotions, discounts and additional services. They also compete in terms of technological innovation, such as developing new features to make it easier for users to order motorbike taxis, as well as increasing efficiency in their systems. Apart from that, price competition is also a major factor, where every company tries to offer competitive rates to attract more customers. The method used in this research is a quantitative or statistical method. The population in this research is all odd semester Management students at Bina Bangsa University, namely 73 respondents. Based on the results of research on 73 respondents and discussion regarding online motorcycle taxi competition on the Gojek, Maxim and applications. Seize. It can be concluded that the respondents who use online motorcycle taxis at odd semester Management students at Bina Bangsa University frequently use online transportation, namely the Maxim application because it is cheaper than the Gojek and Grab applications.

Abstract

Temulawak is a cosmetic brand in Indonesia. Temulawak cosmetic products must compete so that their flagship products are able to attract consumer buying interest and dominate market share. The aim of this research is to analyze the quality of ginger cosmetic products on the decision to purchase these products. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form to 100 respondents as a sample. The collected primary data will be tested for validity and readability and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 26 software. The results of the research show that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The research results provide implications for ginger cosmetic products to improve product quality. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that consumer purchasing decisions for ginger cosmetic products can be improved.

Abstract

The concept of beauty currently circulating in society is having white skin. There are a number of whitening products that contain dangerous ingredients such as mercury and hydroquinone that are not permitted by BPOM. Beauty products are currently being discussed, not only because of the products that are flooding the market, but also because of the impact of using these products. This research aims to analyze the quality of HN skincare products based on student perceptions in a business context. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The sample used was 181 Bina Bangsa University students who were willing to become respondents and were taken randomly. The results of this research show that as many as 8 questions significantly show that Bina Bangsa University students do not use and are less interested in using HN products on the grounds that they are dangerous.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the brand equity of four geprek chickens in Serang, namely Geprek Bensu Serang Timur, Ayam Geprek Bun Bun Pakupatan Serang, Ayam Geprek Panglima, and Ayam Geprek Labbaik Chicken Pakupatan Serang. The population in this study were Geprek Chicken consumers in Serang. Using Aaker’s 4 variable method, namely brand awareness, brand association, impression of quality, and brand loyalty. The results of this research revealed that Ayam Geprek Bensu east Serang had the brand awareness that was most remembered by respondents, the brand association for Ayam Geprek Bensu east Serang was the most positive, and brand loyalty was the highest. Meanwhile, Ayam Geprek Labbaik Chicken has the impression of the best quality.

Abstract

Pembelajaran menggunakan metode ekspositori merupakan metode paling dasar yang selalu digunakan. Pembelajaran kooperatif dipandang lebih baik daripada pembelajaran secara individu maupun kelompok. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe tipe STAD siswa dalam kelompok yang memiliki kemampuan dan jenis kelamin berbeda harus aktif saling membantu dalam belajar, menghargai kelompok serta memiliki tujuan belajar yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimendengan rancangan faktorial nonequivalent control group design, yang dilaksanakan pada empat kelas, ditentukan melalui undian yaitu kelas VII orang. Dua kelas (VIIA dan VIIB) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan dua kelas (VIIC dan VIID) sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan prates dan pascates dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik MANCOVA berbantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi pembelajaran tipe STADmenunjukkan hasil belajar pemahaman PPKn yang lebih baik daripada strategi pembelajaran ekspositori; 2) siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field independent menunjukkan hasil belajar pemahaman PPKn yang lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field dependent; 3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap hasil belajar pemahaman PPKn ; 4) siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD mendapatkan hasil belajar lebih tinggi pada pelajaran PPKn dibandingkan dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori; 5) siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field independent menunjukkan hasil belajar PPKn lebih tinggi daripada gaya kognitif field dependent; 6) tidak ada interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap hasil belajar PPKn. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disarankan: 1) guru hendaknya menerapkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PPKn; 2) guru perlu memperhatikan gaya kognitif siswa sebelum menerapkan strategi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Tujuan penelitian: (1) MengujiiadakahpPengaruh penggunaan media interaktif terhadap motivasibbelajar siswa, (2) MengujiiadakahhPengaruh penggunaan media interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (3) MengujiiadakahhPengaruh penggunaannmedia interaktif terhadappmotivasi Belajar dan hasilbbelajar siswassecara bersama- sama. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswi MA Ashri Jember kelas XI A dan XIB sejumlah 57 siswa padaasemesterggenapttahun pelajaran 2018-2019, daerah penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling area. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, tes dan metode bantu dokumentasi danwwawancara. Derajad0valid\dan reliabel=alat=dengan8uji validitassdanrreliabilitas. Uji2analisis6instrumen7dengan menggunakanK:1) uji deskriptif, 2) uji normalitas, 3) uji9homogenitas. Uji hipotesis iniddengan: 1) uji chi square 2) uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)dengan hasil F 1,056 pada T hitung taraf signifikansi 0,063. Karena hasil uji sig. t ? 0.05 maka H0 ditolak artinya hipotesis nihil ditolak sehingga berlaku hipotesis kerja (Ha) yakni “ada2Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran InteraktifTerhadapEMotivasiOBelajar siswa, 2) dengan hasil F 1,056 pada T hitung taraf signifikansi 0,057. Abstract

Kain tenun (Kre Alang) merupakan kain khas Sumbawa yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat baik domestik maupun macanegara. Dusun Sameri desa Poto Kecamatan Moyo Hilir merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki usaha untuk menghasilkan produk kain tenun (Kre Alang) khas Sumbawa. Kain tenun dari Sumbawa ini merupakan salah satu jenis kain tenun yang berkualitas karena ditenun dengan benang emas dan perak sehingga kain tenun terbilang mahal harga jualnya. Pemasaran yang hanya berfokus pada daerah Sumbawa memberikan dampak usaha tenun (Kre Alang) kurang berkembang. Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk-produk melalui pemanfaatan teknologo informasi. Salah satunya dengan merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis e-commerce. Sehingga hasil penjualan dan pemasaran produk melalui e-commerce dapat memberikan banyak keuntungan secara finansial serta tingginya pembeli. Selain itu luasnya area pemasaran produk sebagai dampak positif dari penerapan E-commerce karena tidak mengenal ruang dan waktu, dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze adolescent girls' perceptions of skin whitening products containing niacinamide, an active ingredient known to have skin brightening and hyperpigmentation reduction benefits. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 adolescent girls aged 15-21 years old in the city of Serang. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured factors such as brand awareness, belief in product benefits, and the influence of social media in purchasing decisions. The results showed that the majority of respondents had positive perceptions of products containing niacinamide, especially regarding their safety and effectiveness. However, there are concerns regarding possible long-term side effects. Social media plays a significant role in shaping respondents' opinions through consumer reviews and influencer recommendations.

Abstract

This study is about price trends in two traditional Indonesian food stalls between Warung Nasi Padang and Warteg. Based on a survey of 51 customers, they found that price differences can be caused by basic factors; operational costs, raw material prices and consumer preferences. The result of this study is that the characteristics of Nasi Padang can be seen in stable prices and competitive strategies, while the characteristics of Warteg are more affordable and flexible. This difference affects the management strategy, which provides suggestions to improve productivity and competitive pricing.
