Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed commercial practices, including the emergence of online transactions that require legal and ethical adaptation in accordance with Sharia principles. In this context, the akad salam, a deferred sale contract in Islamic law, becomes increasingly relevant, particularly within the framework of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, KHES). This study aims to examine the validity and relevance of akad salam in online sales based on KHES provisions and to evaluate the compatibility of e-commerce practices with the principles of fiqh muamalah. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this research identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes scholarly literature published within the last five years that discusses akad salam, digital transactions, and Sharia economic regulations. The findings indicate that akad salam can be legally applied in online transactions, provided that essential conditions such as clarity of goods, delivery schedule, and upfront payment are fulfilled. However, gaps in understanding among business actors and limitations in digital regulations accommodating Sharia principles remain evident. This article contributes to the field by constructing a conceptual framework that integrates KHES with electronic transaction regulations and offers recommendations for policy enhancement, business education, and future research directions in the development of Sharia-compliant digital commerce.

Abstract

Effective communication in an educational environment serves not only as a tool to convey information, but also as a means to inspire, motivate and better coordinate school activities. Through clear and open communication, principals and teachers can ensure each team member understands their goals and tasks, build trust and create a positive and collaborative climate. In addition, good communication also facilitates the process of receiving constructive criticism and sharing innovative ideas that can improve the quality of educational programmes and activities. Conflicts that arise within the team can also be managed wisely through dialogic and open communication approaches, maintaining harmony and keeping the school environment conducive to learning and development. Thus, good communication skills are essential in the development of effective leadership and solid teamwork in schools

Abstract

Global digital transformation compels Islamic schools to harmonize religious values with modern competencies, necessitating effective digital Leadership and the management of ICT resources. This study aims to test an integrative model analyzing the direct and indirect effects of technology-driven Leadership and ICT resource management on teacher professionalism and student digital literacy within Islamic educational settings. A quantitative cross-sectional survey method was employed, involving 377 teachers from Islamic secondary schools in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that digital leadership exerts a powerful direct influence on both ICT resource management (β ≈ 0.99) and teacher professionalism (β ≈ 0.99). Teacher professionalism emerged as a key mediator and a stronger predictor of students’ digital literacy than mere ICT resource availability. The study concludes that the efficacy of digital leadership is enhanced by integrating Islamic values and recommends strengthening value-based leadership capacity and sustaining teacher professional development to achieve holistic educational excellence.
