Abstract

The Internet as part of a Marketing Communication program can be a useful tool in terms of branding. It is unfortunate that many companies have not yet discovered how to become a successful brand through the internet. The virus of social networking makes internet users attractive and marketers intend to spread information by word of mouth. Marketplace is an online intermediary for sellers and buyers. Sellers can sell their merchandise in a marketplace along with other sellers who may sell similar or different items. Then, buyers can also search for the items they want through the marketplace. Abstract

This study aims to develop a smart glass system with heat sensor-based lighting control for Smart Home applications. The developed system integrates temperature (thermal) sensors and light-dependent resistors (LDR) to detect temperature changes and light intensity in the room, allowing the automatic and energy-efficient adjustment of lighting. By using smart glass technology that can alter its transparency, the system is designed to create a comfortable environment for the occupants while reducing unnecessary energy consumption. The research includes system design, sensor selection and testing, hardware and software implementation, as well as system performance evaluation. The testing results show that the thermal sensor can accurately detect temperature changes, while the LDR can measure light intensity with precision. The system successfully adjusts the lighting based on temperature and light changes, saving up to 30% of the energy typically used for lighting. The system provides a more comfortable environment for the occupants, as the lighting is adjusted according to the surrounding conditions. However, there are challenges such as dependence on external conditions and relatively high implementation costs. This study recommends further development to improve the system's effectiveness and reduce production costs, enabling the wider application of this technology.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of mental health awareness programs on reducing stigma in low-income communities in Indonesia. Through an analysis of community workshops, educational campaigns, and outreach initiatives, the research evaluates the effectiveness of these programs in changing community attitudes toward mental health issues and promoting help-seeking behaviors. The findings indicate that mental health awareness programs significantly reduce stigma and increase understanding, though cultural and social barriers remain obstacles to broader acceptance and utilization of mental health services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "ANALYSIS OF INTEREST IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS OF CLASS II STUDENTS OF STATE PRINCIPAL 59 LUBUKLINGGAU USING PUZZLE LEARNING MEDIA ON SPACE BUILDING MATERIALS". This type of research uses qualitative research, namely a research technique that obtains descriptive data based on the percentage of answers from students consisting of 2 indicators of learning interest through questionnaires completed by students. The population in this study was all class II students while the sample used was class II A. The non-test instrument in this research was a questionnaire. The results obtained from 24 class II students were 4 people who still had little interest in the mathematics learning process with spatial material and 20 students had shown their interest in the learning process. In this way, using puzzle learning media to increase interest in learning in mathematics subjects with spatial material can be said to have succeeded in increasing interest in learning.

Abstract

The STEM Project-Based Learning (PjBL-STEM) model enhances students' creative thinking skills, allowing them to explore their potential and design projects accurately. This study aims to analyze students' creative thinking skills (originality) through the PjBL-STEM model, with a case study of 23 fourth-grade students at SDN Balongdowo, Sidoarjo. The research method used is qualitative to describe student activities based on creative thinking within the PjBL-STEM framework, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. The PjBL-STEM project involved the design of a wind-powered vehicle that included activities such as understanding the mechanism of kinetic energy, energy transformation, brainstorming, and completing worksheets related to vehicle assembly for wind-powered motion trials. Students learned to design vehicles that adopted the concept of kinetic energy by utilizing wind power. The results showed that the analysis of students' creative thinking (originality) produced several findings: students independently created and designed projects with asymmetrical but accurate results, with very good criteria; students provide answers in their unique ways, perform calculation processes accurately, explore new methods, and complete projects with varying degrees of accuracy. This study concludes that the PjBL-STEM model effectively encourages students' creative thinking skills, especially in terms of originality, and has implications for improving the implementation of STEM-based learning to encourage innovation and creativity in elementary education.

Abstract

Red mud, a solid waste from extraction process of bauxite mineral in Alumina Industry, was utilized as a solid catalyst for biodiesel production from rice bran oil. Red mud catalyst was prepared at calcination temperature of 800 °C and calcination time of 4 hours. The performance of this catalyst will be evaluated in terms of molar ratio of oil to methanol to, reaction temperature, and catalyst concentration. The results show that biodiesel yield is increasing by increasing molar ratio of methanol to oil, reaction temperature and catalyst concentration. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained at 65 C of reaction temperature, 1:12 of oil to methanol molar ratio, and 10% of catalyst amount. The highest biodiesel yield of 85% was obtained. Red mud catalyst has potential as an effective and economic viability as heterogeneous catalyst for biodiesel production, while offering a solution in the sustainable utilization of industrial waste.

Abstract

The problems faced by MA and MTs Alif Laam Miim in facing the merdeka curriculum are teachers' lack of understanding regarding the implementation of the merdeka curriculum, minimal training that teachers have participated in directly in creating teaching modules, and not having an ideal science learning KIT. This makes learning activities run less effectively. The solution offered by UM service team is to hold a workshop on developing learning modules and KITs for teachers at MA and MTs Alif Laam Miim, especially in science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). The results of this workshop show an increase in teachers' understanding of how to develop modules and also the availability of learning KITs that are following the merdeka curriculum.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan perancangan firewall filtering dan manajemenbandwidth menggunakan MikroTik Router, memperluas ruang lingkup jaringan di SMA Negeri 1Seputih Banyak, Dalam penyusunannya penulis menggunakan metode R&D (Research andDevelopment). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa pengembangan sistem jaringan pada SMA Negeri1 Seputih Banyak. Diantaranya, memperluas ruang lingkup untuk akses jaringan internet dilingkungan SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak serta dibuatkan nya konfigurasi manajemen bandwidth dan firewall filtering untuk para siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak.

Abstract

Kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Sekar Rahayu di dusun 4 kampung Ngestirahayu merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang biasanya menjual olahan hasil panen seperti jahe, kunyit, kencur dan keripik pisang. Namun, Kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Sekar Rahayu biasanya menjual produk hasil KWT hanya di halaman rumah saja yang dengan menggunakan cara dipajang disekitar rumah dengan bertemu langsung dengan pembeli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menghasilkan sebuah website sistem informasi penjualan produk KWT sekar rahayu untuk membantu memudahkan masyarakat kampung ngestirahayu dalam menjual dan mengakses informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakkan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan aplikasi XAMPP, Bahasa pemograman PHP, database MySQL, dan pengujian Blackbox Testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah website sitem informasi penjualan produk KWT Sekar Rahayu berbasis web yang mampu memberikan sistem informasi penjualan produk, harga, dan deskripsi produk kepada semua pembeli dan dapat menyediakan wadah untuk melakukan penjualan secara online hingga metode pembayaran secara online. Kekurangan pada website yaitu masih belum tersedianya fitur kadarluasa pada detail produk hanya bisa menambahkan tanggal kadarluasa produk pada deskripsi produk dan juga masih belum tersedianya midtrans payment gateway dan hanya bisa dengan cara manual yaitu metode pembayaran berupa upload bukti transaksi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk KWT Sekar Rahayu, memperluas target konsumen, serta meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi penjualan secara online bagi masyarakat Kampung Ngestirahayu. The Sekar Rahayu women's farmer group (KWT) in hamlet 4 Ngestirahayu village is one of the activities that usually sells processed crops such as ginger, turmeric, galangal and banana chips. However, the Sekar Rahayu Women Farmers Group (KWT) usually sells KWT products only in their yard by displaying them around the house and meeting the buyers directly. The aim of this research is to produce a sales information system website for KWT Sekar Rahayu products to help make it easier for the people of Ngestirahayu village to sell and access information quickly and accurately. This research method uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the XAMPP application, PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Blackbox Testing. The result of this research is a web-based KWT Sekar Rahayu product sales information system website which is able to provide a product sales information system, prices and product descriptions to all buyers and can provide a platform for online sales and online payment methods. The weakness of the website is that the expiry feature in the product details is still not available, you can only add the product expiry date to the product description and there is also no midtrans payment gateway available and it can only be done manually, namely the payment method is uploading proof of transaction. The implication of this research is that the web-based sales information system is expected to expand the marketing reach of KWT Sekar Rahayu's products, broaden the target consumers, and enhance the efficiency of online sales transactions for the community of Kampung Ngestirahayu.
